Description
Claims (5)
- 長手方向軸線を有する操縦可能なワイヤガイドにおいて、
複合構造であって、
当該複合構造の遠位端部に位置する先導部分において柔軟なループによって互いに結合される第1部材及び第2部材と、
前記第1及び第2部材を取り囲む管状のシースと、
前記管状のシースの近位端部に位置し、前記第1及び第2部材に接続されて該第1及び第2部材の動きを制御するハンドルと、
を有する複合構造を備え、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材は、互いに対して及び前記管状のシースに対して軸線方向で可動であり、前記第1及び第2部材を遠位方向に同時に動かすことにより前記先導部分を前進させ、前記第1及び第2部材を近位方向に同時に動かすことにより前記先導部分を後退させ、前記第1部材を前記第2部材に対して遠位方向に動かすことにより前記先導部分を第1の側方に向け、前記第1部材を前記第2部材に対して近位方向に動かすことにより前記先導部分を前記第1の側方とは反対の第2の側方に向けるようになっており、
前記第1部材は、前記第2部材に対して同軸状にして該第2部材の周りを囲むようにされている、操縦可能なワイヤガイド。 - 前記第1及び第2部材は、円形状の断面とされている請求項1に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記ループはプラスチックからなる請求項1に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記ループは放射線不透過材料の被膜を有するプラスチックからなる請求項1に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記ループは形状記憶材料からなる請求項1に記載のワイヤガイド。
