閉弁動作時及び復帰操作時において前記遮断弁の弁本体と相互に押圧力を授受し当該弁本体の動作方向に進退する復帰軸と、
当該復帰軸をその進退に応じて遮断表示マーク付きの操作部が出没する様に支持する筒状の復帰軸ボックスと、
当該復帰軸を前記復帰操作に抗する向きへ付勢する復帰軸付勢手段と、
を具備してなり、
前記復帰軸の遮断弁側の端部に、当該復帰軸の長手方向へ弾性的に進退可能な緩衝部材を備え、
前記復帰軸ボックスに前記復帰軸の側面に向けて付勢したボールプランジャを備え、
前記復帰軸の側面に、前記ボールプランジャが嵌まる凹部を備え、
当該凹部の位置は、当該復帰軸が前記復帰軸付勢手段で前記復帰操作に抗する向きへの付勢状態で前記ボールプランジャが嵌まる位置であり、
