【0001】

【0027】
CFB1(s)=Kp1+(Ki1/s) ・・・・・・(1)
K=Kt/[(R+Rω)Dm+KtKe] ・・・・・・(2)
a=TeTmRDm/[(R+Rω)Dm+KtKe] ・・・・・・(3)
b=[(R+Rω)Tm+TeR]Dm/[(R+Rω)Dm+KtKe] ・・・・・・(4)
[Vsec/m]
[Nsec/m]
ζ=[M(Lf 2Kf+Lf 2Kr)+J(Kf+Kr)]/P ・・・・・・(10)
【0047】
A=−M(LfKf−LrKr)/(2L2KfKr) ・・・・・・(11)
P=2L[MJKfKr(1+AV2)]1/2 ・・・・・・(12)
たとえば、挙動系フィードバック補償部422がPID(Proportional-Integral-Differential)補償器で構成される場合、挙動系フィードバック伝達関数CFB2(s)は、下記第(13)式で表すことができる。
【0048】
CFF2(s)=Kc2(Tc2s+1)/(Tνs+1) ・・・・・・(14)
ただし、Kc2=1/Kν
Tc2=2ζ/ωn

Tc21=2ζ/ωn
Jγ=2(LfKfβf−LrKrβr)
【0067】
Kf'=Kf/(τs+1) ・・・・・・(22)
Kr'=Kr/(τs+1) ・・・・・・(23)
Gν'(s)=Kν'(Tν's+1)/(s2/ωn'2+2ζ's/ωn'+1) ・・・・・・(24)
Kν'=V/[L(1+A'V2)]=Kν/α2 ・・・・・・(25)
ζ'=[M(Lf 2Kf'+Lf 2Kr')+J(Kf'Kr')]/P'=ζ/α ・・・・・・(28)
A'=−M(LfKf')/(2L2Kf' Kr')=(τs+1)A ・・・・・・(29)
P'=2L[MJKf'Kr'(1+A'V2)]1/2 ・・・・・・(30)
ただし、α=[(1+A'V2)/(1+AV2)]1/2
=[1+AV2τs/(1+AV2)]1/2
Tc22'=1/ωn'2=(τs+1)2/(α2ωn 2) ・・・・・・(34)
Tc21'=2ζ'ωn’=Tc2(τs+1)・α2 ・・・・・・(35)
T2=Tc2+AV2τ/(1+AV2)
T3=τTν
T4=Tν
V=40[km/h] : 3.8+1/s+0.1s
V=80[km/h] : 2.5+5.8/s
V=40[km/h] : 1+0.8/s+0.1s
V=80[km/h] : 2.9+2.1/s+0.09s
V=40[km/h] : 2.5+1/s
V=80[km/h] : 1.5+4/s

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle steering apparatus configured to steer a steering wheel based on an operation of an operation means such as a steering wheel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
It eliminates the mechanical coupling between the steering wheel and the steering mechanism to steer the steering wheel, detects the steering wheel operation direction and operation amount, and controls the operation of the steering mechanism based on the detection result. There has been proposed a vehicle steering device (so-called steer-by-wire system).
In such a vehicle steering apparatus, since there is no mechanical connection between the steering wheel and the steering mechanism, the steering wheel can be prevented from being pushed up at the time of a vehicle collision, and the configuration of the steering mechanism can be simplified and reduced in weight. Can do. Further, the degree of freedom of the arrangement position of the steering wheel is increased, and further, other operation members such as a lever or a pedal other than the steering wheel can be employed.
[0003]
The operation of the steering mechanism is controlled by a control device including a computer. That is, each detection signal from the operation angle sensor that detects the operation angle of the steering wheel and the torque sensor that detects the steering torque applied to the steering wheel is input to the control device. Conventionally, a target turning angle of a steering wheel corresponding to an input signal from a sensor is determined, and a steering actuator including an electric motor as a driving force generation source is feedback-controlled based on the target turning angle. It is a typical configuration.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the first control system shown in FIG. 13 described above, the proportional gain KpAnd integral gain KiBy appropriately adjusting, the actual steering angle of the steering wheel can be made to follow the target steering angle to some extent while maintaining control stability. However, the transfer function {Kp+ (Ki/ S)} has no term to compensate for the control delay due to electrical and mechanical factors of the steering actuator, and the target turning angle δ*There is a problem that the phase lag of the actual turning angle δ is large.
[0007]
On the other hand, in the second control system shown in FIG.1, Τ2Can be reduced and the spring constant k can be increased to improve the response, and the target turning angle δ*And the steady deviation produced between the actual turning angle δ can be reduced. In addition, the stability of the control system can be ensured. However, since the value of the spring constant k is limited by the saturation characteristics of the hardware configuration, the target turning angle δ is high at a high load such as when the steering wheel is suddenly operated.*And a steady deviation occurs between the actual turning angle δ.

[0036]
As described above, the steering angle system feedback transfer function CFB1Proportional gain K in (s)p1Is set to a small value and the integral gain Ki1By setting to a large value, the responsiveness of the control system can be improved, and the steady deviation generated between the input and output can be reduced. Therefore, proportional gain Kp1Kp1Set to = 0. Also, axial force constant Kt, Back electromotive force constant Ke, Circuit resistance Rω, internal resistance R, electrical time constant Te, Machine time constant TmAnd viscosity constant DmAre the above values, and the steering angle system feedforward transfer function CFF1Time constant T of (s)c1Tc1= Set to 10 ms. [0037]
From the frequency characteristic shown in FIG. 6 and the step response shown in FIG.i1= 20,30, the frequency-phase characteristics at a frequency of 10 [Hz] or less are excellent, the overshoot when a step pulse is input is small, and the subsequent convergence is excellent. . [0038]
By such a method, the steering angle system feedback transfer function CFB1proportional gain K of (s)p1And integral gain Ki1Can be set to an appropriate value.

The attenuation coefficient ζ and the natural angular frequency ωnThe vehicle behavior steady gain Kν and the time constant Tν are obtained by variously changing the boarding conditions of a person on the vehicle in which the vehicle behavior control system is adopted, and measuring the load applied to the front wheels and the rear wheels under each condition. Can be set based on the results obtained. That is, the front wheel load Wf and the rear wheel load Wr are measured under each condition, and the center-to-front axis distance L under each condition is determined from the measurement results.fAnd center-to-rear axis distance LrIs calculated. Furthermore, front wheel cornering power K under each conditionfAnd rear wheel cornering power KrIs calculated. Then, the average value of each measurement result and calculation result is taken, and the natural angular frequency ω is calculated based on the average value according to the above equations (7) to (10).nThe vehicle behavior steady gain Kν and the time constant Tν are calculated.

CFB2(s) = 1 + (0.8 / s) + 0.1s (15)
CFB2(s) = 1 + (1 / s) + 0.1s (16)
From the step response result shown in FIG. 9, it is found that when only the configuration relating to feedforward compensation is used, the effect of phase compensation appears, but the deviation between the target yaw rate and the output yaw rate is not compensated. Also, it can be seen that the overshoot is large and the vibration behavior is obtained. On the other hand, in the case of the vehicle behavior control system of FIG. 8, it can be seen that the effect of phase compensation appears and the deviation between the target yaw rate and the output yaw rate is small.

Vehicle behavior control when the behavioral
[0063]
In this step response test, vehicle model parameters (vehicle inertia mass M, yaw moment of inertia J, front wheel cornering power KfRear wheel cornering power Kr, Wheelbase L, center of gravity-front axis distance Lf, L-center-center distance LrThe stability factor A) is the value shown in Table 2 above, the vehicle speed V is V = 40 [km / h], and the natural angular frequency ωnThe vehicle behavior steady gain Kν and the time constant Tν were determined. The behavioral feedback transfer function CFB2(s) was defined as the following formula (18).
[0064]
CFB2(s) = 2.5 + 1 / s (18)
From the step response result shown in FIG. 10, in the case of compensating to the second-order lag of the vehicle model characteristics, the responsiveness can be further improved compared to the case of compensating to the first-order lag of the vehicle model characteristics, and It can be seen that the overshoot can be suppressed to a small extent and the followability can be further improved.
Further, in the vehicle behavior control system shown in FIG. 8, the side slip of the wheel is not taken into consideration, but a transfer function Gν ′ (s) of the vehicle behavior considering the side slip of the wheel is set, and the control system including this By designing this, it is possible to obtain better dynamic characteristics of vehicle behavior.
[0065]
Wheel slip angle βwLateral force F againstyIs approximated by a first-order lag transfer function expressed by the following equation (19).
Fy(s) / βw(s) = K / (τs + 1) (19)
However, τ: Time constant [sec] (= 5 / V)
The above equations (7) to (12) are derived from the equations of motion of the following equations (20) and (21).
[0066]
MV (γ + β) = 2 (Kfβf+ Krβr(20)
Jγ = 2 (LfKfβf-LrKrβr) ······(twenty one)
Where γ: Yaw rate [rad / sec]
β: Vehicle side slip angle [rad]
βf: Side angle of front wheel [rad]
βr: Rear wheel skid angle [rad]
Therefore, based on the above equation (19), the front wheel cornering power K of the above equations (6) to (12).fAnd rear wheel cornering power KrFront wheel cornering power K expressed by the following equation (22)f'And rear wheel cornering power K expressed by equation (23)rBy substituting “′”, the vehicle function transfer function Gν ′ (s) with respect to the front wheel steering angle expressed by the following equation (24) and the following equations (25) to (30) can be obtained.
[0067]
Kf'= Kf/ (Τs + 1) (22)
Kr'= Kr/ (Τs + 1) ・ ・ ・ ・ ・ ・ (23)
Gν ′ (s) = Kν ′ (Tν ′s + 1) / (s2/ Ωn'2+ 2ζ's / ωn'+1) ・ ・ ・ ・ ・ ・ (24)
Kν ′ = V / [L (1 + A′V2)] = Kν / α2 ······(twenty five)
Tν '= MLfV / (2LKr') = (Τs + 1) Tν (26)
ζ '= [M (Lf 2Kf'+ Lf 2Kr') + J (Kf'Kr')] / P' = ζ / α (28)
A ′ = − M (LfKf') / (2L2Kf'Kr') = (Τs + 1) A (29)
P ′ = 2L [MJKf'Kr'(1 + A'V2)]1/2 ・ ・ ・ ・ ・ ・ (30)
However, α = [(1 + A′V2) / (1 + AV2)]1/2
= [1 + AV2τs / (1 + AV2)]1/2
Therefore, from the above equations (24) to (30), the transfer function Gν ′ (s) of the vehicle behavior with respect to the front wheel steering angle is a function of a quaternary vibration system represented by the following equation (31).
[0068]
Gν ′ (s) = Kν [(τs + 1) Tνs + 1]
/ [(Τs + 1)2s2/ Ωn 2+ 2ζ (τs + 1) s / ωn+ Α2] (31)
A feedforward transfer function C for compensating for a lag component included in the transfer function Gν ′ (s).FF2Think of '(s). When compensating up to the second order delay, the feed forward transfer function CFF2'(s) is expressed by the following equation (32).
CFF2'(s) = Kc2'(Tc22's2+ Tc21's + 1) / (Tν's + 1) (32)

From the above equations (32) to (35), the feedforward transfer function C of the following equation (36)FF2′ (S) can be obtained.

In this step response test, the target yaw rate γ*A step pulse (step input time 0.5 [sec]) with a value of 1.4 [rad / sec] was input to the control system. For reference, FIGS. 11 and 12 also show an ideal yaw rate and steering angle change (Target) when the step pulse is input.
Vehicle model parameters (vehicle inertia mass M, yaw inertia moment J, front wheel cornering power KfRear wheel cornering power Kr, Wheelbase L, center of gravity-front axis distance Lf, L-center-center distance LrAs the stability factor A), the values shown in Table 2 above were used.
[0071]
The behavioral feedback transfer function CFB2(s) was set for each case as follows.
(a) Feed forward transfer function C in the above equation (36)FF2When applying the phase compensator represented by '(s)
V = 40 [km / h]: 3.8 + 1 / s + 0.1 s
V = 80 [km / h]: 2.5 + 5.8 / s
(b) The behavioral feedforward transfer function C of the above equation (14)FF2When the phase compensator represented by (s) is applied
V = 40 [km / h]: 1 + 0.8 / s + 0.1s
V = 80 [km / h]: 2.9 + 2.1 / s + 0.09s
(c) Behavioral feed-forward transfer function C of equation (17) aboveFF22When the phase compensator represented by (s) is applied
V = 40 [km / h]: 2.5 + 1 / s
V = 80 [km / h]: 1.5 + 4 / s
From the step response results shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the vehicle behavior transfer function Gν ′ (s) taking into account the side slip of the wheel is set, and the control system including this is designed to further improve the responsiveness and follow-up performance. I know you can.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, this invention can also be implemented with another form. For example, in the steering angle control system shown in FIG. 2, the steering angle system
