Description

The present invention relates to a pet toilet and toilet sheets.

Conventionally, a pet toilet is composed of a rectangular sheet-shaped pet sheet for receiving excrement and one shallow tray on which the pet sheet can be placed and fixed.

The pet sheets need to be large enough to reliably receive pet waste. In a commercially available pet sheet that is readily available, the size of the pet sheet called the smallest regular size is about 30 cm × 45 cm.

Even with regular-sized pet sheets, not all water-absorbing surfaces are used in a single excretion. Therefore, pet sheets are changed after multiple excretion.

When a pet uses a pet sheet multiple times, the pet sheet is not used evenly by searching for an unused part of the pet sheet. Pets tend to use limited portions of pet sheets and must be replaced before pet sheets can be used efficiently.

In order to use pet sheets without waste, a method of making the sheets partially exchangeable can be considered. However, if the sheets are divided and can be partially exchanged, the following three problems will newly occur.

The first problem is that when a plurality of sheets are arranged, excrement flows out from the boundary surface between the sheets and the sheet to the bottom surface side of the pet sheets.

The second problem is to form a sheet with thickness and strength to prevent the first excrement from flowing out, and to make the boundary between the sheet and the sheet tight, but with this method, Because of the increase in the raw materials for pet sheets, it becomes uneconomical and not good for the environment.

The third problem is that it is necessary to fix the sheet-like pet sheets so that they are not peeled off by the pet. However, when multiple sheets are fixed from above with mesh-like panels, the mesh-like panel members are unsanitary. Therefore, it takes time to change sheets.

If the structure of the current sheet-like pet sheet is greatly changed, the raw materials for production increase, which is not good for the environment. Therefore, it was not suitable for practical use.
The present invention solves the above technical problems and provides a practical pet toilet.

It was uneconomical because pets did not use the entire sheet.
When a pet evacuates several times to a pet sheet, the excrement adheres to the body of the pet and is unsanitary.
The shape of the toilet could not be changed according to changes in the breeding environment.
There were no pet sheets that were in close contact with the upper and side surfaces of the three-dimensional polygonal plate-shaped member and did not cause a surplus of dough on the side surface of the plate-shaped member.

A pet toilet system according to the present invention includes a plurality of pet sheets, a polygonal plate-shaped sheet fixing member for fixing each pet sheet so as to form a plane, and a line for arranging the sheet fixing members without gaps. It consists of a base material.

The base part is composed of one or a plurality of members. The base members can be freely combined on the side surfaces, and a plane having an arbitrary shape can be formed. Furthermore, a wall surface can be formed by connecting the side surfaces of the base members at right angles.

The sheet fixing member is fixed when placed on the upper surface of the base member. The sheet fixing member is detachable from the base member, and after the sheet fixing member is removed from the base member, the sheet fixing member can be re-installed by changing the direction. Further, it can be rearranged with another sheet fixing member having the same shape.

In the pet toilet according to the present invention, when a gap is generated at the boundary surface between the pet sheet and the pet sheet, excrement may flow out from the gap between the sheets to the bottom surface side of the pet sheet.
In the case where the pet sheet is a conventional rectangular sheet, it is difficult to realize the present invention. Therefore, the pet sheet is simply processed.

In order to place the sheet fixing member on the base member without any gaps, the pet sheet is processed so as to be in close contact with the upper surface and the side surface of the sheet fixing member and not to cause a gap at the boundary surface between the sheet and the sheet by the remainder of the fabric. Yes. For example, the sheet is cut into a corner portion or processed into an envelope shape. Since these processes can be realized by simple methods such as cutting and bonding of pet sheets, raw materials do not increase significantly compared to conventional pet sheets and can be easily produced.

According to the present invention, by changing the arrangement of the sheet fixing member or changing the mounting direction, a portion that is not soiled by excrement moves to a location where the pet can easily excrete, and the pet sheet can be used without waste.

Further, in the pet toilet of the present invention, since the entire toilet is composed of a plurality of pet sheets, only a portion soiled by excrement can be replaced, so that it is economical and hygienic.

By changing the arrangement of the base members, the shape and size of the pet toilet can be freely changed, so that it can flexibly correspond to the pet breeding environment.

A pet sheet that is in close contact with the upper and side surfaces of a three-dimensional polygonal plate-shaped member and does not cause a surplus of dough on the side surface of the plate-shaped member can be easily manufactured.

Hereinafter, the form for carrying out the toilet for pets concerning the present invention is explained, referring to drawings.

The pet toilet of the present invention is a pet toilet that uses a plurality of pet sheets, and is mainly composed of the following three elements.

Main components are a pet sheet, a sheet fixing member that tensions and fixes the pet sheet in a flat shape, and a base member that can align the sheet fixing member without a gap.

An overall view of a pet toilet 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG.
In this embodiment, it comprises four pet sheets, four sheet fixing members, and four base members.
The base member is connected so that the toilet has a rectangular shape.

The sheet fixing member of the pet toilet according to the present invention is a polygonal plate-shaped member.
In the present invention, the material for the sheet fixing member is not particularly limited, and may be made of, for example, synthetic resin or wood.

The shape of the sheet fixing member is not particularly limited, but a rectangle or a triangle is practical.

In addition, the upper surface and the side surface of the sheet fixing member are substantially flat.
In many embodiments, since it is necessary to fix the peripheral edge of the sheet with the bottom surface of the sheet fixing member, the bottom surface of the sheet fixing member has means for fixing the sheet.
Details of the sheet fixing method will be described separately.

The pet toilet sheets according to the present invention can be made of the same material as conventional sheets.
Specific examples include an absorber such as a polymer and vinyl chloride that forms the bottom surface and prevents the outflow of excreta.

However, a significant difference from the conventional sheets is that a three-dimensional structure in which the upper surface and side surfaces of the plate-like member are covered with a moisture absorber can be formed.

The shape of the sheet is preferably the same as the shape of the upper surface of the sheet fixing member in order to eliminate waste in manufacturing.
However, the size of the sheet needs to have a larger area than the upper surface of the sheet fixing member. This is because the sheet covers the upper surface and the side surface of the sheet fixing member, and the blank portion of the sheet can be fixed on the bottom surface of the sheet fixing member.

Next, two methods for forming a three-dimensional structure by a sheet will be exemplified below.
In the example, a rectangular sheet fixing member is a target, but a three-dimensional sheet can be configured in a similar manner with other polygons.

Sheet processing methods when the pet sheet is formed into a sheet form include excision of the four corners of the sheet, cutting into the periphery of the four corners, crease, printing of crease lines, and the like.
FIG. 2 illustrates a specific example of the above sheet.

Moreover, the upper surface and side surface of a plate-shaped member can also be covered with a water | moisture-content absorber by the method of processing a sheet | seat three-dimensionally from the beginning. For example, an envelope shape, a string passing through the back of the sheet, or a method of bonding the end of the band to the peripheral edge of the sheet, a substantially cylindrical shape, and the like.
FIG. 3 shows a specific example of the sheet.

The base member of the pet toilet according to the present invention is preferably plate-shaped so that it can be easily placed on the floor. The size of the base member may be a size that allows a plurality of sheet fixing members to be placed, or a shape that is substantially the same shape as the sheet fixing member and that allows only one sheet fixing member to be placed.
The reason for having substantially the same shape is that there is a possibility that an uneven portion for connecting the base members to each other is provided on the side surface of the base members.

In the present invention, the material of the base member is not particularly limited, and may be made of synthetic resin or wood, for example.

By allowing the base member to be freely combined and separated, the shape of the pet toilet itself can be freely changed.
The method for joining the base members is not limited, and examples thereof include hook- and- loop fasteners , magnets, and fixing by fitting uneven portions.

The following method is illustrated as an example of the joining method of the base member.
A cylindrical member having a square cross-sectional shape is attached so as to be parallel to the side surface of the base member.
The width of the cylinder of the regular square column is equal to the thickness of the base member, and the length is about half of the side length of the base member to be attached. The mounting position is unified to either the left or right toward the side surface and fixed to the four side surfaces of the base member. When the base members are arranged side by side, the attached regular square cylinders are arranged in series. The base member is fixed by fitting a regular quadrangular prism core material into both cylinders of the adjacent base member.
By this connection method, the base members can be coupled horizontally or vertically.
FIG. 4 illustrates a state where the above-described regular square cylinder is attached.

The method of fixing the pet sheet to the sheet fixing member is not limited, but clamping by a clip and the following method are given as examples.

A groove that runs in parallel with the outer periphery of the bottom surface of the sheet fixing member is formed, and the sheet can be fixed by sandwiching the sheet between the groove and the core material on the frame that fits in the groove.
Further, the sheet may be fixed by making the sheet fixing member into a lunch box shape and winding a sheet blank portion between the lid and the bottom.
Further, the sheet fixing tool can be omitted by applying an adhesive to the back surface of the sheet.
FIG. 5 illustrates a sheet fixing method using a sheet fixing member.

The base member has a function of aligning the sheet fixing members without gaps and a function of fixing the sheet fixing members so that they are not easily displaced and separated.
As a method for making the sheet fixing member detachable from the base member, there are means such as a magnet, a hook- and- loop fastener , and a connection by fitting unevenness.

In addition, in order to give a degree of freedom in the direction in which the sheet fixing member is placed, the connecting portion between the sheet fixing member and the base member is arranged at a position where the sheet fixing member is aligned even when the sheet fixing member is rotated in the horizontal direction.
FIG. 6 illustrates the state of the rotatable sheet fixing member and the base member.

Since the sheet fixing member can be freely attached and detached, the sheet fixing member having the same shape can be freely arranged and exchanged.
FIG. 7 illustrates a state in which the position of excrement is changed by arranging and rotating.
