Description

The present invention relates to a dry finishing device for clothing that is dry-finished by extending the heel of clothing such as a suit, trousers, coat, etc. in sewing work or dry cleaning work, as well as lint, cotton dust, fluff, etc. The present invention relates to a garment deposit removal method and a removal apparatus for automatically removing deposits.

A tunnel finisher that performs steaming and dry finishing to make it easier to stretch the garment through the inside of the tunnel-like clothing transport path when finishing clothing such as a suit, trousers, coat, etc. after sewing or cleaning (For example, see Patent Document 1). According to this tunnel finisher, in the drying process, hot air is blown from the upper side to the lower side of the drying chamber, and hot air is blown onto the clothing. At this time, the hot air blows the clothing so that vibration is applied to the clothing. Some litter, cotton dust, and other deposits are shaken off. However, since only the blowing of hot air from above the drying chamber cannot be sufficiently shaken to remove the deposits from the clothes, the deposits often remain on the clothes.
In such a case, remove the attached items such as lint, cotton dust and fluff from the clothing by holding it in your hand and shaking it. If it still cannot be removed, remove it with adhesive tape. However, it is inefficient because it is a manual operation.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-12597

The conventional tunnel finisher has only a system that blows hot air from the upper side to the lower side of the clothing conveyance path, and has a limit in finishing processing capacity.
That is, in the conventional tunnel finisher, in order to enhance the finishing processing ability to quickly stretch the ridges and remove deposits, the blower's ability to blow hot air from the top to the bottom of the clothing transport path is increased to increase the wind pressure. There are machines, but increasing the wind pressure causes the following problems.
(A) In the clothes transport path, the problem is that clothes pockets such as suits and coats hung on hangers swell or stretch due to strong winds from above and lose their shape and cannot be restored to their original shape. Occurs.
(B) A clothing such as a suit or a coat suspended from a hanger is pressed against the hanger by a strong wind from above, and the shape of the hanger remains on the clothing and becomes a claim.
(C) In order to increase the wind pressure, a blower having a large capacity is used, and accordingly, the air volume increases, and the capacity of the heater needs to be increased in proportion to the increase in the air volume. In this case, there is a problem that consumption of the steam amount increases and the running cost increases.
(D) Since the garment is crushed and stretched by the beating action of the hot air from only above the garment conveyance path, the garment is likely to be worn or damaged due to rubbing.
(E) Simply blowing strong winds from the top to the bottom of the garment transport path is not satisfactory because the amount of garments that can be shaken is very small and the ability to remove deposits is extremely low.

The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and the object of the present invention is to blow hot air from above the clothing transport path by blowing hot air from both sides of the clothing transport path. It is possible to eliminate defects such as drying only the upper part of the garment as fast as the conventional tunnel finisher that only stretches the heel of the clothes and drying finish, and variations in the finish, and only above the clothing transport path Clothing that can eliminate the above-mentioned adverse effects caused by increasing the wind pressure of hot air blown out from it, and can automatically and reliably shake off litter, cotton dust, fluff and other deposits without damaging the clothing. It is to provide a dry finishing apparatus.

The present invention also provides a garment capable of automatically and reliably shaking off litter, cotton dust, fluff and other deposits without damaging the garment by blowing wind from both sides of the garment conveyance path. An object is to provide a deposit removing method and a deposit removing apparatus.

According to the dry finishing apparatus for clothing of the present invention, as described in claim 1, in the dry finishing apparatus for clothing that stretches and finishes the garment after sewing or cleaning, the clothes suspended on the hanger are attached to the hanger. A plurality of means for blowing wind from above to below the clothing transport path to be passed, and for blowing hot air downward on both side plates facing each other across the clothing transport path. Are arranged in a row, and a steam chamber for performing steaming treatment by spraying steam on clothing is provided in communication with the clothing transport path between the side plates on the upstream side of transport of the clothing transport path. It has a special feature.

According to the garment dry finishing apparatus having such a configuration, after the garment is steamed in the steam chamber, the uniform hot air blown downward from the three directions of the garment conveying path and the side plates is blown onto the garment. By carrying out the drying treatment, it is possible to finish the garment over the entire garment and finish it uniformly and quickly without variation. Moreover, since hot air is blown to the clothing not only from above the clothing conveyance path but also from both sides, it is possible to increase the processing capacity for stretching and drying finishing without particularly increasing the wind pressure from above. Therefore, the above-mentioned adverse effect caused by increasing the wind pressure of hot air blown only from above the clothing transport path as in a conventional tunnel finisher, that is, a clothing pocket such as a suit or a coat suspended on a hanger in the clothing transport path Swells or stretches due to strong winds from above, or loses its shape, or clothes such as suits and coats suspended on hangers are pressed against the hangers by strong winds from above, leaving the hanger shape on the clothes. Further, it is possible to eliminate adverse effects such as garment rubbing due to hot air wind pressure only from above the clothing transport path, and bruising caused by rubbing.
In addition, by blowing uniform hot air on the clothing from above the clothing transport path and from the three directions of the side plates, a blower and hot air heater having the same capacity in terms of performance of the blower and hot air heater are provided. Compared to a conventional tunnel finisher, the running cost is about 2/3, which is extremely economical.
Moreover, at the same time as this dry finish, the clothes flutter in small increments with the hot air blown downward from the air blowing holes on the opposite side plates, and this flaking automatically deposits such as lint and cotton dust on the clothes. It also demonstrates the function of being shaken down reliably.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, in the garment dry finishing apparatus, the air outlet hole of one side plate and the air outlet hole of the other side plate of the both side plates are mutually connected. It can be set to an arrangement relationship that is zigzag in the vertical direction. According to this, clothes can be more reliably and sufficiently removed than when the air outlet hole of one side plate and the air outlet hole of the other side plate are faced to each other, and the deposits are removed. The effect can be enhanced.

The garment deposit removal method according to the present invention is the garment deposit removal method for removing deposits adhering to the garment after sewing or cleaning as defined in claim 3, wherein the garment conveyance path is separated. The side plates facing each other are lined with a plurality of air blowing holes for blowing the air downward toward the clothing transport path, and the air blowing holes on one side plate and the other side plate are blown out. The holes are set in a zigzag arrangement relationship with each other in the vertical direction, and the clothes hung on the hangers are passed through the clothes transport path together with the hangers, and the wind is blown from the wind blowing holes of the side plates on the way of the passage. It is characterized in that the deposits adhering to the clothing are shaken off by blowing downward toward the clothing transport path and flapping the clothing.
According to the garment deposit removing method having such a structure, the garment flutters in small increments by the wind blown downward from the air blowing holes of the opposite side plates. Dust and other deposits are automatically shaken off reliably. In particular, the air outlet holes on one side plate and the air outlet holes on the other side plate are set in a zigzag arrangement so as not to face each other. Thus, the clothes can be more reliably and sufficiently applied than the case, and the effect of removing the deposits can be enhanced. In addition, since the clothing can only be worn by the wind, the clothing is not damaged.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, the garment deposit removing method can blow the wind from the upper side of the garment conveying path to the lower side. According to this, the deposit can be dropped by the wind pressure from above, and the deposit removal effect can be further enhanced.

According to the garment deposit removing apparatus of the present invention, as described in claim 5, the garment deposit removing apparatus removes deposits adhering to the garment after sewing or cleaning, and is hung on a hanger. A plurality of air blowing holes are arranged in rows on opposite side plates facing each other across the clothing transport path through which the clothes pass together with the hanger, and blows downward toward the clothing transport path. This air blowing hole and the air blowing hole of the other side plate are characterized in that they are set in a zigzag arrangement relationship in the vertical direction.
According to the garment deposit removing apparatus having such a configuration, the garment is chopped by the wind blown downward from the wind blowing holes of the opposite side plates as in the case of the deposit removing method according to claim 3. In spite of this, deposits such as lint and cotton dust adhering to the clothing are automatically shaken off by this flapping.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the garment deposit removing device can blow air from the upper side to the lower side of the garment conveying path. According to this, the deposit can be dropped by the wind pressure from above, and the deposit removal effect can be further enhanced.

The garment deposit removing apparatus according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the wind blowing hole has a descending slope toward the clothing conveying path on the upper edge side of the wind blowing hole. It can be set as a louver. According to this, it is possible to reliably and smoothly blow the wind downward from the wind blowing hole.

According to the garment dry finishing apparatus of the present invention, only the upper part of the garment is quickly dried or finished like a conventional tunnel finisher that stretches the heel of the garment with only hot air blown from above the garment conveying path and finishes drying. Disadvantages such as variations can be eliminated, and the above-described adverse effects caused by increasing the wind pressure of hot air blown only from above the clothing transport path can also be eliminated. In addition, the clothes can be stretched and dried to finish, and at the same time, deposits such as lint and cotton dust attached to the clothes can be easily and reliably shaken off without damaging the clothes.

According to the garment deposit removing method and the garment deposit removing apparatus of the present invention, the deposits such as lint and cotton dust adhering to the garment are automatically and reliably shaken off without damaging the garment. Can do.

A screen 15 is laid at the bottom of the clothing transport path 6 so that steam also blows upward from the screen 15.

On the other hand, the drying chamber 3 includes means for blowing hot air from the upper side to the lower side of the clothing transport path 6. As the means, as shown in FIG. 3, an underfloor space 21 is formed under the floor of the drying chamber 3, and the underfloor space 21 and the bottom of the clothing transport path 6 communicate with each other via a screen 22. I am letting. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a circulation blower 33 is installed outside the drying chamber 3, and the suction port 33 a of the circulation blower 33 and the underfloor space chamber 21 are connected to each other. The discharge port 33b and the air outlet 34 provided in the upper part of the clothing conveyance path 6 are connected in communication by a circulation duct 35. A heater 36 is disposed in the circulation duct 35. When the circulation blower 33 is driven, the hot air heated by the heater 36 blows into the clothing conveyance path 6 from above the drying chamber 3, and the hot air in the clothing conveyance path 6 is sucked through the screen 22 and the underfloor space chamber 21. Then, the air in the clothing transport path 6 is sucked through the screen 22 and the underfloor space chamber 21 and returned to the circulation duct 35, and blown into the clothes transport path 6 from above the drying chamber 3, and this is repeated. .

Further, as shown in FIGS. 3, 5, and 6, the drying chamber 3 is provided with both side plates 16 and 17 that are opposed to each other across the clothing transport path 6, and the side plates 16 and 17 each have clothing. A plurality of air blowing holes 18, 19 for blowing hot air downward toward the inside of the conveyance path 6 are arranged in a row, and the air blowing holes 18 of one side plate 16 and the air blowing holes of the other side plate 17. 19 is set to be arranged in a zigzag shape in the vertical direction. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, each of the air blowing holes 18 and 19 is a louver provided with a slat 20 having a downward slope toward the clothing transport path 6 on the upper edge side of each of the holes 18 and 19.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, air passages 23 and 24 that guide the hot air to the air blowing holes 18 and 19 are attached to the rear surfaces of the front and rear side plates 16 and 17 by welding or the like. Circulating blowers 25 and 26 are installed at the upper ends of the air passages 23 and 24, respectively. The discharge port 25a of one of the circulating blowers 25 is disposed at the upper end of the one air passage 23 and the discharge of the other circulating blower 26 is discharged. The outlet 26 a faces the upper end of the other air passage 24, and the suction ports 25 b and 26 b of the circulation blowers 25 and 26 are connected in communication with the underfloor space 21 and the circulation hoses 27 and 28.
As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, each of the air passages 23, 24 is provided with a plurality of air guide plates 29, 30. Is formed in a shortest length, and the length is gradually increased as it goes to the lowermost air guide plates 29 and 30. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, heaters 31 and 32 are provided in the circulation hoses 27 and 28 as necessary.
When the circulation blowers 25 and 26 are driven, the hot air heated by the heaters 31 and 32 blows out above the air passages 23 and 24 and passes through the air guide plates 29. The air is blown out from the air blowing holes 18 and 19 into the clothing conveying path 6, and hot air in the clothing conveying path 6 is sucked through the screen 22 and the underfloor space chamber 21 and returned to the circulation hoses 27 and 28. Blows upward on the roads 23, 24 and repeats.
The temperature and air volume of the drying chamber 3, the speed of the chain conveyor 7, the steam blowing time of the steam chamber 2 and the like are appropriately adjusted according to the type, material, size, etc. of the clothing 4.

Next, the operation of the clothes finishing apparatus 1 having the above-described configuration will be described.

First, the clothes 4 are suspended from the hanger 5 of the chain conveyor 7 outside the steam chamber 2 and the drying chamber 3, and the chain conveyor 7 is circulated. Steam is blown when the clothes 4 pass through the steam chamber 2, and then the clothes 4 are carried to the drying chamber 3 to be blown with hot air.

In the steam chamber 2, as shown in FIG. 4, steam 37 is ejected from each spray nozzle 13 of the steam supply pipe 14, and the steam 37 is uniformly sprayed over the clothing 4 through the steam blowing holes 11, 12 to humidify. Then, the steaming process for facilitating the extension of the garment 4 is performed.

Subsequently, in the drying chamber 3, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the circulation blowers 25 and 26 are driven, and the hot air heated by the heaters 31 and 32 blows out above the air passages 23 and 24. Blows downward from the air blowing holes 18 and 19 of the opposite side plates 16 and 17 through the air guide plates 29... 30. While being blown and dehumidified, a drying process is performed in which the clothes 4 are stretched by applying vibration to the clothes 4 by blowing hot air. Further, the circulation blower 33 is driven to blow hot air heated by the heater 36 from above the drying chamber 3 into the clothes conveying path 6, and the clothes 4 are also dehumidified and dried by this hot air, in particular, the downward direction. When the garment 4 receives the hot air, a downward tension is applied to the garment 4, and the heel-stretching treatment effect can be further enhanced.

At the same time as the spreading and drying process, the lint and cotton dust adhered to the garment 4 as the garment 4 flickers with hot air blown downward from the air blowing holes 18 and 19 of the side plates 16 and 17. The deposit is automatically shaken off. In particular, the air blowing holes 18 of the one side plate 16 and the air blowing holes 19 of the other side plate 17 are set to be arranged in a zigzag shape in the vertical direction without facing each other. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the garment 4 is blown in the direction of the rear side plate (in the direction of arrow 41) by the wind 40 that blows downward from the uppermost air blow hole 18 of the front side plate 16. It is lower than the wind blowing hole 19 in the direction (arrow 43 direction) of the front side plate 16 by the wind 42 blown downward from the uppermost wind blowing hole 19 of the rear side plate 17 at a position lower than the hole 18. In the direction of the rear side plate 17 (in the direction of arrow 45) with the wind 44 blown downward from the wind outlet hole 18 of the front side plate 16 at the position, the rear side plate located at a position lower than the wind outlet hole 18 A wind blowout hole of the front side plate 16 located at a position lower than the wind blowout hole 19 in the direction of the front side plate 16 (arrow 47 direction) by the wind 46 blown downward from the wind blowout hole 19 of the side plate 17. The direction of the rear side plate 17 with the wind 48 blown downward from 18 (in the direction of arrow 49) ) Is pushed in the direction of the front side plate 16 (in the direction of the arrow 51) by the wind 50 blown downward from the wind blow hole 19 of the rear side plate 17 at a position lower than the wind blow hole 18. It will be alternately stacked back and forth in small increments. This flaking can easily and reliably shake off deposits such as lint and cotton dust adhering to the clothing 4. Further, the garment 4 is only damaged by the wind and is not damaged. Since each of the air blowing holes 18 and 19 is a louver provided with the slats 20, the wind can be reliably and smoothly blown downward from the wind blowing holes 18 and 19.

As another example of use, in the case of clothing made of cashmere, Angola material, etc., the steaming process is not performed in the steam chamber 2 because it easily shrinks with steam.

Next, an embodiment of the garment deposit removal method and deposit removal apparatus of the present invention will be described.

This garment deposit removing apparatus is basically the same as the internal structure of the drying chamber 3 of the garment dry finishing apparatus 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, 5, and 6. The air blowing means from above the steam chamber 2 and the clothing transport path 6 as described above is not necessarily required, and is not limited to hot air, but may be air at normal temperature. The same reference numerals are assigned to the same members, and the description will be repeated.

That is, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the garment adhering substance removing device is provided with side plates 16 and 17 that are opposed to each other across the garment conveying path 6 and conveys the garments to the side plates 16 and 17, respectively. A plurality of air blowing holes 18 and 19 for blowing hot air or room temperature air (hereinafter simply referred to as “wind”) downward toward the path 6 are arranged in line, and the air blowing of one side plate 16 is performed. The holes 18 and the air blowing holes 19 of the other side plate 17 are set to have a zigzag arrangement in the vertical direction. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, each of the air blowing holes 18 and 19 is a louver provided with a slat 20 having a downward slope toward the clothing transport path 6 on the upper edge side of each of the holes 18 and 19.

As shown in FIG. 3, an underfloor space chamber 21 is formed under the floor of the clothes transport path 6, and the underfloor space chamber 21 and the bottom of the clothes transport path 6 are communicated with each other via a screen 22. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, air passages 23 and 24 that guide the wind to the respective air blowing holes 18 and 19 are attached to the rear surfaces of the front and rear side plates 16 and 17 by welding or the like. The outlet 26a faces the upper end of the other air passage 24, and the suction ports 25b, 26b of the circulation blowers 25, 26 are connected to each other by the underfloor space 21 and the circulation hoses 27, 28, respectively. Each of the air passages 23, 24 is provided with a plurality of descending gradient air guide plates 29, 30 ... in the vertical direction, with the uppermost air guide plates 29, 30 being the shortest and the lowermost air guide plates. The plates 29 and 30 are formed longer in order. At this time, when the circulation blowers 25 and 26 are driven, the wind blows out above the air passages 23 and 24, and the clothes are blown from the wind blow holes 18 and 19 through the air guide plates 29. The air is blown into the conveyance path 6, and the wind in the clothes conveyance path 6 is sucked through the screen 22 and the underfloor space chamber 21 and returned to the circulation hoses 27 and 28, and blown above the wind paths 23 and 24. repeat.

Also in this deposit removing device, as in the case of the dry finishing device 1, the wind may be blown out from above the clothing conveying path 6. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a circulation blower 33 is installed, and the suction port 33 a of the circulation blower 33 and the underfloor space chamber 21 are connected in communication, and the discharge port 33 b of the circulation blower 33. And the air outlet 34 provided in the upper part of the clothing transport path 6 are connected in communication by a circulation duct 35. When the circulation blower 33 is driven, the wind blows from the upper side to the lower side of the clothing transport path 6, and the wind in the clothes transport path 6 is sucked through the screen 22 and the underfloor space 21 to enter the circulation duct 35. In addition, the air is blown from the upper side to the lower side of the clothing transport path 6 and the process is repeated.

Next, the operation of the clothes deposit removing device having the above-described configuration will be described.

First, the garment 4 is suspended from the hanger 5 of the chain conveyor 7, and the chain conveyor 7 is circulated and conveyed to the garment conveyance path 6.
In the middle of the clothing transport path 6, the blowers 25 and 26 for circulation are driven to blow the wind upwards of the air passages 23 and 24, and the both side plates facing each other through the air guide plates 29. As the garment 4 blows downward from the wind blow holes 18 and 19 of 16 and 17, and the garment 4 flutters in small increments, the attached matter such as lint and cotton dust attached to the garment 4 is automatically shaken off. . At that time, similarly to the case where the operation of the drying chamber 3 of the drying finishing apparatus 1 is described, the air blowing holes 17 of the one side plate 16 and the air blowing holes 19 of the other side plate 17 are connected to each other. Since they are set in a zigzag arrangement relationship in the vertical direction without being opposed to each other, the garment 4 can be reliably and sufficiently folded, and the effect of removing the deposits can be enhanced. Since the clothes 4 are only fluttered by the wind, they are not damaged.
Further, when the circulation blower 33 is driven and the wind is blown from above the clothing transport path 6, the effect of shaking off the deposits on the clothing 4 can be further enhanced. If each of the air blowing holes 18 and 19 is a louver provided with a slat 20 having a downward slope toward the clothing transport path 6, the wind can be reliably and smoothly blown downward from the air blowing holes 18 and 19. .

Note that a static electricity removing means (not shown) for facilitating removal of foreign matters adhering to the clothing 4 due to static electricity can be provided on the entrance side of the clothing attached matter removing device.
