Description
The present invention relates to a trampoline for play health that is safe and easy to handle even if used by infants and children.
Conventionally, a trampoline has legs that lift a pipe-shaped frame, and has made the cloth elastic by connecting the frame and the cloth in the frame with a flexible wire (Patent Document 1). reference).
However, the trampoline is too resilient to be used by infants and the like, and thus not only does not work well but also presents a risk of injury. Further, the structure of the conventional trampoline has a problem in that it is bulky and heavy because it has a complicated structure and is difficult for an infant or the like to handle.
An object of the present invention is to provide a trampoline for play health that is safe and easy to handle even if used by infants and children.
As a result of intensive studies, the inventor has provided legs that extend in parallel with the sides of the substantially rectangular top plate in the vicinity of the opposite sides, and shock absorption on the back surface of the top plate located between the two sides. The play health trampoline is characterized by the provision of members, so that a play health trampoline that is safe for children to use and easy to handle is obtained. It has been found that there is an effect of reducing sound, and further, even if an infant or the like puts a finger or the like between the back surface of the top board and the floor, there is an effect that the shock absorber does not cause injury.
In addition, the play health trampoline having a non-slip member provided on the bottom of the leg eliminates slippage with the floor and improves the installation stability of the trampoline. As a result, there is an effect of improving safety during use. Furthermore, by using the play health trampoline with a non-slip mat attached to the surface of the top board, there is an effect of preventing an injury caused by an infant or the like sliding his / her foot during use.
The present invention provides a play health trampoline that is safe for children to use and easy to handle, and reduces the impact and sound generated when the top plate hits the floor during use. Even if an infant or the like puts a finger or the like between the back surface of the top board and the floor, there is an effect that the shock absorber does not cause injury.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples. However, the present invention is not limited to the examples.
One embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. The trampoline 1 includes at least a top plate 2 and a pair of legs 3 and 3 ′ that support the top plate 2. The top plate 2 may be square or rectangular. A rectangle is preferable in terms of imparting elasticity. In this embodiment, the rectangle has a short side of about 45 cm and a long side of about 90 cm. The plate material may be a single plate such as pine, firewood, cedar, or wood plywood or plywood. Furthermore, a metal plate such as an iron plate or a plastic plate may be used. In view of weight, strength, workability, etc., a veneer thick plate (compane) having a thickness of about 12 mm is preferable. More preferably, the control panel can be a multilayer. For example, the thickness of the upper panel can be 9 mm and the thickness of the lower panel can be 3 mm, or vice versa. This is because the elasticity and strength of the top plate are further improved. Furthermore, when the corner of the top plate is rounded, there is an effect of preventing the corner from being injured.
In addition, it is preferable to attach an anti-slip mat 4 having an uneven surface to the surface of the top plate 2 with an adhesive or the like so that the foot does not slip when an infant or the like wears the foot. . The material of the non-slip mat 4 may be rubber such as natural rubber or synthetic rubber, plastics elastomer, or foamed plastic such as foamed vinyl chloride. Preferred is foamed PVC. The thickness of the non-slip mat 4 is about 1 mm, and the unevenness difference may be about 0.5 mm. Furthermore, it is preferable to cover the periphery of the side surface of the top plate 2 with cured vinyl (thickness of about 1 mm).
In the present embodiment, the legs 3 and 3 'of the present invention are connected to the top plate 2 on the back side of the short side of the top plate 2 so as to be elongated in parallel with the short sides. The connection method may be a normal method such as screwing or bonding with a nail. Also, screws with a flat head are embedded with demon nuts in the legs 3 and 3 '(at least two legs are preferable for the legs 3 and 3' in terms of fixing stability). The top plate 2 and the legs 3 and 3 'are fixed. In addition, it is preferable to attach the mat 4 in that the screws do not appear outside. Further, wood, plastic, metal, or the like can be used as the material for the legs 3, 3 ', but wood is preferable in terms of workability. The width is preferably a dimension close to the length of the short side from the viewpoint of installation stability, but may be shorter than that. The height is preferably about 6 cm in consideration of the bending of the top plate 2.
An anti-slip member 5 can be attached to the bottom of the leg with an adhesive or the like. The anti-slip member 5 eliminates slippage with the floor and improves the installation stability of the trampoline. As a result, there is an effect of increasing safety during use. There is also an effect of preventing noise generated during use and an effect of preventing the floor from being damaged. The material of the anti-slip member 5 is preferably a rubber material. Further, the area of the anti-slip member 5 may be the entire bottom surface of the legs 3, 3 ′, or may be a part if stability can be ensured. In view of stability, it is preferable to attach to the entire bottom surface.
In the present invention, a space surrounded by the top plate 2, the legs 3, 3 'and the floor is formed. When the infant jumps on the top plate 2 due to the space, the top plate 2 bends to cause the action of the trampoline. In that case, the top plate 2 is left as it is due to the bending of the top plate 2. There is a problem in that the bottom surface of the battery hits the floor and generates an impact and an impact sound. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to attach the impact absorbing member 6 to the back surface of the top plate 2 at the position between the legs. As the material of the shock absorbing member 6, rubber material, plastic elastomer, foamed plastic and felt can be used. Foamed plastic is preferred in terms of impact absorption effect. The shock absorbing member 6 may be attached to the entire back surface between the legs 3, 3 ′ of the top plate 2, or may be attached only to a part of the central portion of the back surface of the top plate 2. The thickness of the shock absorbing member 6 is preferably a thickness that does not contact the floor when it is attached, and is suitably 1 to 4 cm. The impact absorbing member 6 has an effect that even if an infant or the like puts a finger or the like between the back surface of the top board and the floor, the impact absorbing portion does not cause injury.
