Description
The present invention relates to a light-emitting diode dimming system in which a light-emitting diode luminaire is dimmed and controlled by a phase control signal.
By the way, the phase control signal generation unit of the phase control dimmer (light controller) is composed of semiconductor switching elements having heat generation properties such as triacs and diacs, and in order to suppress noise generated from the semiconductor switching elements, the normal noise is used. A filter is built in. By manufacturing with the noise filter incorporated in the phase control signal generator, noise generated from the semiconductor switching element can be suppressed without increasing the cost.
However, since the noise filter has a coil, it has heat generation like the semiconductor switching element, and the semiconductor switching element and the noise filter both having heat generation are incorporated into the phase control signal generating unit, There is a problem in that the heat generated from the noise filter is synergistic and the temperature of the phase control signal generator is likely to rise. For this reason, conventionally, it is necessary to attach a large heat dissipation structure (such as a heat dissipation plate) to the phase control signal generation unit to prevent temperature rise, and the entire phase control dimmer becomes large.
On the other hand, when the heat dissipation structure itself is downsized in order to reduce the size of the phase control dimmer, the capacitance values of the semiconductor switching element and the noise filter constituting the phase control signal generator are made smaller. Therefore, the control capacity of the phase control dimmer itself becomes small.
Therefore, the present invention can suppress the temperature rise of the phase control signal generation unit of the phase control dimmer, reduce the heat dissipation structure, and easily increase the control capacity of the phase control dimmer. It is an object of the present invention to provide a light-emitting diode dimming system that can be used.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention of claim 1 is dimmed and controlled by a phase control signal generator that receives AC power and generates a phase control signal, and a phase control signal from the phase control signal generator. A light-emitting diode dimming system comprising: a light-emitting diode luminaire having a switching power supply; and a noise filter having a coil portion interposed between the phase control signal generator and the light-emitting diode luminaire. The phase control signal generator and the noise filter are spaced apart from each other.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the light-emitting diode dimming system according to the first aspect, the noise filter further includes a capacitor unit.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the light-emitting diode dimming system according to the second aspect, the noise filter further includes a resistance portion.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the phase control signal generation unit and the noise filter are arranged apart from each other, the temperature increase of the phase control signal generation unit can be suppressed and the phase control dimmer can be downsized. In addition, the control capacity of the phase control dimmer can be easily increased.
According to the invention of

(First embodiment)
Hereinafter, a light-emitting diode dimming system according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1, the light-emitting diode dimming system 1 of the present embodiment is parallel to the phase control dimmer 2 (light controller) and the phase control dimmer 2 via the phase
FIG. 2 shows the actual arrangement of the light-emitting diode dimming system 1 of this embodiment in the room. The
Next, the configurations of the phase control dimmer 2, the light-emitting diode luminaire 4, and the
The phase control
The
AC/DC変換部43は、IPD(Intelligent Power Device)等のスイッチング素子から構成されノイズの発生源になる。
As shown in FIG. 4, the light-emitting diode luminaire 4 includes a light-
As shown in FIG. 5, the
When the mode having only the
When the aspect (FIG. 6B) having the
When the aspect (FIG. 6C) having the
As described above, in the light-emitting diode dimming system 1 according to the present embodiment, when the user operates the
In the light-emitting diode dimming system 1 according to the present embodiment, the
In addition, since the
For example, when only a small number of light-emitting diode luminaires 4 that generate a relatively small amount of noise are installed, the noise filter shown in FIG. 6A includes a
(Second Embodiment)
A light-emitting diode dimming system according to a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 7, the light-emitting diode dimming system 1 of the second embodiment includes a plurality of types of dimming
The dimming
When the user operates the
Here, the
