Claims (5)
- 作動電流を発生するためアクティブ出力(15)およびニュートラル出力(16)を有する少なくとも1つの高周波発生源(10)と、
少なくとも1つの器具(11,12)を接続するもので、前記器具を介して作動電流が生体組織(1)に供給可能になっている、少なくとも2つの作動コネクタ(22 1 −22 n )と、
起動信号に応答して、起動に係る器具(11,12)の作動コネクタ(22 1 −22 n )を前記高周波発生源(10)のアクティブ出力(15)に接続し、前記高周波発生源(10)を制御して作動電流を供給する、制御手段(21)と、
休止器具(12)に流れる漏電により生じる危険性を少なくとも低減するための安全装置と、
を含む高周波手術器具において、
前記安全装置は、起動に係る器具(11,12)の作動コネクタ(22 1 −22 n )以外の作動コネクタ(221−22n)はすべて前記ニュートラル出力(16)に接続されるように、前記作動コネクタ(221−22n)と前記ニュートラル出力(16)とを接続するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする高周波手術器具。 - 前記作動コネクタ(221−22n)の接続先を前記ニュートラル出力(16)から前記高周波発生源(10)のアクティブ出力(15)に切り換えて、作動電流が前記高周波発生源(10)から器具(11)に供給されるようにする切り換えスイッチ(301−30n)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高周波手術器具。
- 電流値または電圧値を検知し、作動電流を流していない作動コネクタ(221−22n)の電流または電圧が所定の閾値を超えたときに漏電信号が発生するようにしたサンプリング素子(331−33n)を前記作動コネクタ(221−22n)の位置に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至2のいずれか1項に記載の高周波手術器具。
- 前記漏電信号に応じて警報信号を発生する報知素子を設けたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の高周波手術器具。
- 前記サンプリング素子(331−33n)は、前記高周波発生源(10)と制御通信を行い、前記漏電信号に応じて前記高周波発生源(10)をオフにすることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の高周波手術器具。
