Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pipe conveyor belt.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a pipe conveyor in which a part of an endless flat belt is rolled up into a pipe shape and loaded into it for transport, the belt deteriorates due to long-term use, and the pipe shape is crushed or twisted. In some cases, the closing portion of the belt opens, and the load may spill out from there.
Further, even in a normal conveyor belt in which a load is loaded on the endless flat belt and the belt is run around, the belt deteriorates due to long-term use, and there is a possibility that both sides of the belt may be damaged early.
In order to prevent such a risk, the conventional conveyor belt, particularly the pipe conveyor belt, is provided with various cores and reinforcing bands.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, the most common core material and reinforcing material used in this type of belt is a canvas. However, a conventional canvas has a meandering weft and is elastic in the lateral direction. When used, there is a problem that the belt is liable to be displaced in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the belt (lateral direction), the lateral rigidity of the belt tends to be low, and the shape maintaining performance is poor.
In addition, it is conceivable to embed a reinforcing cord such as a wire in the longitudinal direction of the belt. However, if the cord is disposed in the longitudinal direction of the belt, the running resistance of the belt becomes large when the tension roller or the like is rotated. If it is arranged in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the belt, there is a possibility that when a large number of auxiliary rollers or the like pass, they are displaced in the longitudinal direction of the belt.
[0004]
In the present invention, in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, by arranging the reinforcing cord in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the belt, the lateral rigidity and shape maintaining performance of the belt can be improved. In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide a durable belt for reinforcing a conveyor belt that prevents the reinforcing cord from being displaced in the longitudinal direction of the belt, and a belt for a pipe conveyor using the same.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, the above problem is solved as follows.
(1) A substantially straight weft consisting of a large number of reinforcing cords oriented in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and spaced apart in the longitudinal direction is displaced in the longitudinal direction by a large number of warp yarns facing in the longitudinal direction. weaving and entangled to a non, a cloth, a knitting machinery structure, and at the intersection of the warp is wound around the wefts, the reinforcing band of the conveyor belt tied with a knot in each one, core It is arranged on either of the upper and lower surfaces, and its periphery is surrounded by rubber.
[0006]
(2) In the above item (1), the reinforcing cord is a synthetic fiber.
[0007]
(3) In the above item (1) or (2), the warp is a synthetic fiber.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a part of an embodiment of the conveyor belt of the present invention in a cutaway view, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a part of an embodiment of a belt for a pipe conveyor of the present invention in a cutaway state. is there.
These belts (1) and (1 ') are formed by superposing a slightly narrower reinforcing band (3) on the lower surface of the core (2) formed by superposing a plurality of canvases, etc. In the conveyor belt, a pair of left and right thickness adjusting breakers (4) are superposed so as to cover the lower surfaces of both sides of the reinforcing band (3), and the periphery is surrounded by rubber (5). It's more of a thing.
[0009]
The reinforcing band (3) has a number of reinforcing cords (6) oriented in a direction (lateral direction) orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the belts (1) and (1 ') and spaced apart in the longitudinal direction by a belt ( 1) A plurality of warps (7 ') facing in the longitudinal direction of (1') are entangled and woven so as not to be misaligned in the longitudinal direction, thereby forming an elongated interdigital shape.
[0010]
The reinforcing cord (6) has, for example, a necessary and sufficient rigidity, flexibility, and elasticity so that the pipe shape can be maintained when the belt (1) is rolled into a bowl shape or a pipe shape. , Synthetic fiber, aramid fiber, steel cord or the like.
The warp (7) may be, for example, a synthetic fiber having a smaller diameter than the reinforcing cord (6), or an aramid fiber.
[0011]
Weave of the reinforcing band (3) is basically as schematically shown in FIG. 3, each warp yarn (7) is, at each intersection between the reinforcing cord (6) comprising a weft reinforcing cords ( 6) and tie each knot (8) with knots (8), or as schematically shown in FIG. 4, each reinforcing cord (6) has two warps (7) It is preferable that the pattern be sandwiched between the knots (9) and (10).
[0012]
FIG. 5 shows a more specific method of weaving (or knitting) the reinforcing band (3). In this example, a number of warps (7) are added to the reinforcing cord (6) serving as a weft. By using a guide bar (11) and a hook needle (13) with an opening / closing lid (12), the reinforcing cord (6) is substantially straight and has a machine knitted structure entangled with the reinforcing cord (6).
[0013]
By setting the woven fabric structure to such a structure, the reinforcing cords (6) are not displaced relative to each other in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing band (3).
[0014]
FIG. 6 shows a state in which the reinforcing band (3) formed as described above is pulled in the longitudinal direction, and thin belt-like rubber layers (14) and (15) are formed on the upper and lower surfaces thereof, and two pairs of upper and lower pressure rollers (16 ) (16) shows the situation where it is stuck from above and below with an adhesive (not shown). In this way, if both sides of the reinforcing band (3) are covered with rubber layers (14) (15) As shown in FIG. 1 or 2, the reinforcing band (3) is overlapped on the core body (2) or the like, and its periphery is surrounded by rubber (5) to form the belt (1) (1 ′). At this time, the relationship between the reinforcing cord (6) and the warp (7) is not broken, and the manufacturing operation is facilitated and the quality is improved.
In addition, the formation method of the rubber layers (14) and (15) on both surfaces of the reinforcing band (3) is not limited to the sticking as described above, and for example, vulcanization or other appropriate methods may be used.
[0015]
The above is only one embodiment of the present invention, and various changes and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the claims.
[0016]
【Effect of the invention】
According to the present invention, the following effects can be achieved.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the reinforcing belt is disposed in the longitudinal direction of the belt during the manufacture of the belt for a pipe conveyor, a large number of reinforcing cords are oriented in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the belt, and the belt is when rounded to Jo, each reinforcing cord forms a rib-like, it is possible to maintain the pipe-shaped long term, warp yarns are woven in entangled in a reinforcing cord and a reinforcing cord each other a predetermined pitch by warp Since they are linked so as to maintain, it is possible to reliably prevent each reinforcing cord from being displaced in the longitudinal direction of the belt when passing through the complementary roller.
[0017]
In addition, since the reinforcing cord can be made substantially straight, the lateral rigidity and shape maintaining performance of the belt can be further enhanced, and the knitted fabric is machine knitted in which the warp yarn is entangled with the reinforcing cord made substantially straight. Since the structure is adopted, the distance between the reinforcing cords can be kept constant, and mass production is possible.
[0018]
Furthermore, it is possible to provide a pipe conveyor belt that can maintain an accurate pipe shape over a long period of time and has good durability and quality that does not cause the reinforcing cord to be displaced when the auxiliary roller passes.
[0019]
According to the invention of claim 2, the reinforcing band can be manufactured at low cost.
[0020]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, it is possible to maintain the strength of the warp and increase the mutual spacing maintaining force of the reinforcing cords.
