Description

発明の詳細な説明
刃物で食べ物を切った後、盛り付けしたり、皿に分けたりするには、刃物を持った手だけでは無理である。もう一方の手や、フオ−クをそえたり、刃物をトングに持ち替えたりする必要がある。しかし当発明によりそれらの手間を一切省き、切ることと、挟み持ちすることを、必要に応じいつでも使い分けできる調理・食事用具である。刃物としての使用時、ア−ムが刃の部分に重ねられているので、多少切りづらいが、少しでも切り易くするため、ア−ムを薄く細くし、角をとり、刃先部分には重ねない等、対策が必要であるが通常の刃物より切れ味が多少落ちても、使い方によれば、十分余りある利便性を有するものである。

Claims (1)

  1. 刃物の取っ手側の末端と、アームの取っ手側の末端とが接続されていて、そ
    こを起点とし、Ｖ字形に広がったものであり、２つに分離されている、両方の取っ手を握れば、刃物の刃の部分と、それに相対する、刃より細いアームの部分とが、隙間なくぴったり重なり合い、その状態で刃物として使用し、手をゆるめれば、自然体のＶ字形に戻る調理・食事用具。
