Claims (2)
- 高圧流体から微量のサンプルを採取して分析装置等に導入するためのバルブであって、高圧流体系、分析装置、および洗浄用ガスまたは液体への各一対以上の接続口を、同心円上に、対となる接続口のなす所定の角度aが対となっていない接続口のなす所定の角度bより小さくなるよう備えられた固定子と、固定子に密着して高圧流体等の圧力保持が可能であるローターシールからなり、ローターシール上には対となる接続口を連結する定容量の溝等からなるサンプル保持部を備え、ローターシールがaとbの合計の角度を一度に回転することで、サンプル保持部が高圧流体系、分析装置、および洗浄用の接続口の対に順次接続してこれらを連結し、かつそれぞれの接続口の対を移動する間にはどこにも接続しない非接続の状態があり、これを循環的に繰り返すことを特徴とする、高圧流体からのサンプル導入バルブ。
- 高圧流体から微量のサンプルを採取して分析装置等に導入するためのシステムであって、請求項1に記載のサンプル導入バルブと、当該サンプル導入バルブのポジションを制御するための駆動系を備えることを特徴とする、高圧流体からのサンプル導入システム。
