Further, according to the chair of the present invention, the backrest is positioned corresponding to the third, fourth, or fifth of the lumbar vertebra, so that the lumbar spine can be stimulated when it is warped, thereby correcting the spine. In addition, abdominal breathing is realized, and excellent effects such as mental stability, blood circulation promotion, and brain activation can be obtained.

Hereinafter, although the present invention is explained based on an embodiment, referring to an accompanying drawing, the present invention is not limited only to this embodiment.

Embodiment 1
The chair which concerns on Embodiment 1 of this invention is shown to FIGS. 1-3.

As illustrated in FIG. 1C, the chair C includes a leg portion 10, a seat portion 20, and a backrest portion 30 as main portions. Here, the seat portion 20 is freely replaceable.

The leg portion 10 includes a pair of front legs (front leg pairs) 11 arranged symmetrically and a pair of rear legs (rear leg pairs) 16 arranged symmetrically.

Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the distance between the front leg pairs 11 is made wider than the distance between the rear leg pairs 16 according to the shape of the seat portion 20.

As shown in FIG. 1, the tops of the pair of front legs 11 are coupled by a front coupling piece 12. As shown in FIG. 3, a side coupling piece 13 coupled to the rear leg pair 16 is disposed at a position corresponding to the rear leg pair 16 of the front coupling piece 12. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a rear coupling piece 17 is disposed at a location where the side coupling pieces 13 of the rear leg pair 16 are coupled.

Thus, the seat receiving portion 14 that receives the seat 20 is formed by the plate material disposed on the top surface of the front leg pair 11 and the upper surface of the side coupling piece 13. A surface (seat portion receiving surface) 15 formed by the upper surface of the seat portion receiving portion 14 is inclined downward at a predetermined angle as shown in FIG.

The downward slope angle is set to 12 degrees to 16 degrees. The reason why the seat receiving surface 15 is inclined in this manner is to not press the back side of the thigh and to improve blood flow to the toes.

As shown in FIG. 3, the upper portion of the rear leg pair 16 is a backrest support portion 18 that is extended and supports the backrest portion 30. The height of the backrest support portion 18 is adjusted so that the backrest portion 30 is located at the third, fourth, and fifth positions of the lumbar spine. As described above, the position of the backrest 30 is preferably the third, fourth, and fifth positions of the lumbar vertebrae, but may be any one of these positions.

As shown in FIG. 2, the backrest 30 is curved along the back of the person sitting. The backrest portion 30 includes a core member 31 that is passed through and supported by the backrest support portion 18, and a backrest body 32 that has an appropriate elasticity and is disposed on the surface of the core member 31. .

As shown in FIG. 3, the amount of protrusion from the core material 31 is adjusted so that the foremost surface of the backrest body 32 is located substantially at the rear end of the seat portion 20.

4-6, the seat part 20 is comprised from the seat part main body 21 and the cover (not illustrated clearly) which covers the seat part main body 21. As shown in FIG. Although not shown, the seat portion 20 is attached to the seat portion receiving portion by, for example, a wing nut and a bolt so that the seat portion 20 can be freely replaced. Note that the mechanism that can be replaced is not limited to the above, and various known mechanisms can be used, and there is no particular limitation.

As the cover, a conventionally used cover such as cloth or vinyl for the skin of the cushion can be suitably used.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 9, the seat main body 21 has a trapezoidal mirror shape in which a place where the buttocks ride is narrow, a position located on the inner side of the knee is widened, and a corner is rounded. Hereinafter, the narrow side is referred to as the upper base, and the wide side is referred to as the lower base. Here, the length of the upper base is about 35 cm to 40 cm, and the length of the lower base is about 40 cm to 45 cm.

As shown by the dotted line in FIG. 4, the part corresponding to the top plane 21a of the mirror is positioned at the place where the butt rides on the seat part 20, and the shape is an ellipse whose major axis is parallel to the upper base. Yes. The height of the top plane 21a is about 6 cm to 8 cm. The position of the long axis of the ellipse is located approximately 1/3 from the upper base, and the length is about 60% to 70% of the trapezoidal width at that position. The length of the minor axis of the ellipse is about 20 to 30% of the height of the trapezoid.

The rear side of the top plane 21a, that is, the upper bottom side is a steeply convex curved surface, the front side of the top plane 21a, that is, the lower bottom side, is a gently inclined convex curved surface, and both sides are steeply convex curved surfaces. .

The width of the gently inclined convex curved surface on the front side of the top plane 21a, that is, the length in the front-rear direction is about 30% to 40% of the height of the trapezoid. The angle of the gentle inclination is adjusted so that the inner side of the thigh does not come into contact with the seat surface when the hip is on the top plane 21a. Note that the front side of the top flat surface 1a has a gently inclined convex curved surface and the steeply curved convex curved surface.

The material of the seat portion main body 21 is, for example, a synthetic resin (for example, urethane foam), and the hardness thereof is three types: hard, medium, and soft. The reason why different hardnesses are prepared is that each person has different physique, weight, and flesh, so that they can cope with it. Moreover, even if it is the same person, it is for taking into consideration that a mood change can be aimed at by changing the hardness grade of the seat part 20. FIG. For example, if you sit on the hard seat 20, the feeling of tension runs and your efficiency increases, and if you sit on the mid-hard seat 20, you can work while thinking and if you sit on the soft seat 20, Can work in a relaxed mood.

Here, “hard” means that the Shore hardness is in the range of 90-95 degrees, and the amount of settlement when a normal adult (weight 60 kg) puts the buttocks on the seat 20 is about 27 mm. “Medium” means that the Shore hardness is in the range of 80-85 degrees, and the amount of settlement when a normal adult (weight 60 kg) puts the buttocks on the seat 20 is about 30 mm. "Soft" means that the Shore hardness is in the range of 70-75 degrees, and the amount of settlement when a normal adult (body weight 60 kg) puts the buttocks on the seat 20 is 34 mm. It is about the same level.

The seat body 21 may be a single body, but as shown in FIG. 10, an aggregate part (core material) 22 that maintains mechanical strength and a skin part provided to cover the surface of the aggregate part 22. 23 may be configured. In that case, the degree of hardness of the seat body 21 is adjusted by the skin portion 23.

The material of the aggregate part 22 is, for example, hard synthetic resin or wood.

Thus, according to the chair C of the first embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.

Effect 1: Since the seating surface 15 has an appropriate downward slope, the back muscles are extended by the action of the autonomic nerve and the posture is improved. Therefore, the healing ability inherent in human beings can be demonstrated, and the fatigue and morbidity of the hips caused by sitting for a long time can be resolved.

Effect 2: Since the backrest 30 is in a position corresponding to the third, fourth and fifth lumbar vertebrae, it can give stimulation to the lumbar vertebra when it is warped, thereby correcting the spine and abdominal Respiration is realized, and mental stability, blood circulation promotion, brain activation, etc. are achieved.

Effect 3: Since the back side of the thigh is not compressed, the blood flow in the thigh is not inhibited, and swelling of the legs due to blood flow inhibition and cooling of the toes of the toes do not occur.

Effect 4: Since the seat portion 20 is hard, medium, and soft, the seat portion can be made according to the mood at that time.

Embodiment 2
A chair C1 according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention is shown in FIG. The second embodiment is obtained by modifying the first embodiment, and is an office chair with a caster. Note that the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment denote the same or similar components.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 11, the leg portion 50 of the chair C <b> 1 includes a support column 51 and a required number, for example, five leg members 52, which are arranged radially at the lower end portion of the support column 51. It is supposed to be.

A support shaft 62 protruding downward from a seat receiving portion 60 that supports the seat portion 20 is mounted on the column 51 so as to be movable up and down and rotatable. In addition, the raising / lowering mechanism and rotation mechanism which adjust the height of a seat part by making the seat part receiving part 60 freely raise / lower can be set as various well-known structures, and there is no limitation in particular.

A caster 52 a is disposed on the lower surface of the distal end portion of the leg member 52.

The seat receiving part 60 includes a seat receiving part main body 61, the support shaft 62, and an elbow-shaped back support member 63 disposed at the rear of the seat receiving part main body 61.

The position of the upper end portion of the vertical piece 63a of the support member 63 is adjusted so that the backrest portion 30 is located at the third, fourth, and fifth positions of the lumbar spine. The backrest 30 is attached to the upper end of the vertical piece 63a by, for example, bolting the central portion of the core 31 of the backrest 30. A plurality of attachment positions of the backrest 30 may be provided at the upper end of the vertical piece 63a so that the position of the backrest 30 can be adjusted according to the sitting height of the person sitting.

Thus, in this Embodiment 2, since the caster 52a is arrange | positioned at the leg member 52, the effect which cannot be obtained in Embodiment 1 that the movement is free is also acquired. Moreover, since the height of the seat part 20 can be adjusted, the effect which cannot be obtained in Embodiment 1 that it can be set as the position matched with the seat height of the person who seats the seat part 20 is also acquired.

As mentioned above, although this invention has been demonstrated based on embodiment, this invention is not limited only to this embodiment, A various change is possible. For example, the leg and the backrest support portion can be formed of a steel pipe.
