Description
Claims (7)
- 超音波発生システムにおいて、
超音波振動を発生させる手段と、
そのために共振超音波信号を発生させるように適合された制御回路手段と、
前記制御回路手段からのフィードバック信号を監視する手段と、
前記フィードバック信号をスキャンする手段と、
前記フィードバック信号の最小値が生じる周波数、または、前記フィードバック信号の最小値が生じるそれぞれの周波数を決定する手段と、
前記フィードバック信号の最小値が生じる周波数、または、前記フィードバック信号の最小値が生じるそれぞれの周波数のうちの選択されたものに前記超音波信号の周波数を調整する手段と
を具備するシステム。 - 前記発生手段に対して動作するように接続された、前記超音波振動に対する導波管手段をさらに具備する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記システムの動作中のエラーをユーザに合図するアラート手段をさらに具備する、請求項1または2記載のシステム。
- 前記アラート手段は表示手段を備える、請求項3記載のシステム。
- 前記アラート手段は可聴アラート手段を備える、請求項3または4記載のシステム。
- 前記超音波振動はねじりモードの振動である、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 共振超音波信号を発生させる方法において、
超音波振動を発生させる手段と、そのための制御回路手段とを提供するステップと、
超音波信号を発生させるステップと、
前記制御回路手段からのフィードバック信号を監視するステップと、
前記フィードバック信号のスキャンを実行するステップと、
前記フィードバック信号の最小値が生じる周波数、または、前記フィードバック信号の最小値が生じるそれぞれの周波数を決定するステップと、
前記フィードバック信号の最小値が生じる周波数、または、前記フィードバック信号の最小値が生じるそれぞれの周波数のうちの選択されたものに前記超音波信号の周波数を調整するステップと
を含む方法。
