Description
The present invention relates to a notch insertion method for inserting a notch in wired communications such as PLC.
2. Description of the Related Art With recent developments in communication technology, in communication systems that perform communication between a plurality of communication devices connected to each other via a network, communication is performed using various communication methods. For example, among a plurality of wired communication devices, a dedicated line communication that performs communication via a dedicated line network using a dedicated communication line such as a telephone line or a LAN (Local Area Network) cable as a data transmission channel, or a power line Wired communication that performs communication such as power line communication (PLC: Power Line Communication) via a wired network using a wireless communication, or wireless communication such as a wireless local area network (LAN) between a plurality of wireless communication devices Wireless communication is performed through the network.
As described above, when various wireless / wired communication devices are operating, if communication is performed in the same frequency band among the frequency bands used by the wireless / wireless communication device, radio waves generated by signal radiation are generated. Interference occurs and communication quality deteriorates. This is a big problem, and in order for the communication devices to operate efficiently, it is necessary to devise measures that do not interfere with each other between the communication devices.
In the field of wireless communication technology, a method of using different frequencies is adopted so that different wireless communication apparatuses A to D do not interfere with each other as in the wireless communication system # 1 shown in FIG. Yes. Further, as in the radio communication system # 2 shown in FIG. 8B, different frequencies are used between the same radio communication apparatuses A to A, for example, by frequency division multiplexing, or time division multiplexing is used. Therefore, a method of avoiding radio wave interference by shifting the timing of communication is employed.
This problem occurs not only between the wireless communication devices but also between the wired communication device and the wireless communication device.
FIG. 9 is a diagram for explaining radio wave interference to the wireless communication system generated by the radiated electromagnetic waves from the wired communication system in the wired communication system and the wireless communication system existing therearound.
In the wired communication system illustrated in FIG. 9, for example, when communication is performed between the wired communication device 1 and the wired communication device 2, electromagnetic waves are radiated by transmission of signals during the communication. At this time, when a wireless communication device (for example, a short-wave radio receiver) E existing around the wired communication system is receiving radio waves of a specific frequency, or a wireless communication system (for example, surrounding the wired communication system) In an amateur radio communication system), when communication is performed between a radio communication device (for example, an amateur radio communication device) F and another radio communication device (for example, another amateur radio communication device) G, these The wireless communication devices E to G may receive radio wave interference due to electromagnetic waves radiated during signal transmission in the
In order to avoid this problem, a cable network such as a balanced twist cable or a coaxial cable is devised in a wired network of a conventional wired communication system. This makes it difficult for radiation electromagnetic waves to be generated in a dedicated line network using a dedicated communication line such as a telephone line.
However, in wired communication such as PLC, a signal is transmitted not by a dedicated communication line but by an electric wire such as a power line that has not been devised such as a cable structure, so that electromagnetic waves radiated at that time are transmitted to surrounding wireless communication devices. It will cause interference.
FIG. 10 is a diagram for explaining a state in which the radio communication apparatus is interfered by the radiated electromagnetic waves from the PLC system. FIG. 10A schematically illustrates the wired communication system and the radio communication system existing in the vicinity thereof. FIG. 10B is a schematic diagram showing the spectrum of the PLC signal and the radio wave usage status of the wireless communication apparatus.
As shown in FIG. 10, in a wired network to which home appliances (for example, home appliances equipped with PLC devices) as wired communication devices are connected, the PLC system wired signals (for example, signals having a frequency of 2 MHz to 30 MHz). Electromagnetic waves radiated at the time of transmission are wireless devices as wireless communication devices (for example, short-wave radio receivers that receive radio waves such as 3 MHz, 6 MHz, and 9 MHz used for short-wave broadcasting, and radio waves with a frequency of 3 MHz to 30 MHz. There is a problem of interference with wireless devices such as amateur wireless communication devices that transmit and receive signals.
Therefore, in a PLC device, as one technique for avoiding this problem, control is performed to insert a notch in a PLC communication signal so as not to cause radio wave interference with peripheral wireless devices. Here, “inserting a notch” means lowering the signal level (signal strength) of a specific frequency band of a wired communication signal by means such as software processing at the time of communication control.
That is, in the conventional PLC device, since the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) method is generally adopted as the modulation method, the frequency to be used can be easily selected. Control for inserting a notch in a communication signal is relatively simple.
However, when a frequency band to be used is determined so as to avoid radio wave interference with respect to various existing wireless communication devices such as a short wave radio receiver and an amateur wireless communication device, a wired communication device such as a PLC device can be used. The frequency is severely limited.
FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating an example of interference countermeasures in a conventional PLC device, and FIG. 11A is a conceptual diagram schematically illustrating a wired communication system and a wireless communication system existing in the vicinity thereof. 11 (b) is a schematic diagram illustrating an example in which a notch is inserted in a frequency band used in the wireless communication apparatus for the PLC signal.
For example, in a PLC signal, amateur wireless communication (3.5 [MHz] to 3.575 [MHz], 3.747 [MHz] to 3.754 [MHz], 3.791 [MHz] to 3.805 [MHz], 7.0 [MHz] to 7.1 [MHz], 10.1 [MHz] to 10.15 [MHz], 14.0 [MHz] to 14.35 [MHz], 18.068 [MHz] to 18.168 [MHz], 18.9 [MHz] to 19.02 [MHz], 21.0 [MHz] to 21.45 [MHz], 24.89 [MHz] to 24.99 [MHz], 28.0 [MHz] to 29.7 [MHz] (full bandwidth: 3.813 [MHz])) and shortwave broadcasting (3.9 [MHz] to 3.95 [MHz] *, 5.9 [MHz] to 5.95 [MHz], 5.95 [MHz] to 6.2 [MHz] *, 7.1 [MHz] to 7.35 [MHz], 9.4 [MHz] to 9.9 [MHz] *, 11.6 [MHz] to 12.1 [MHz] *, 13.57 [ MHz] to 13.87 [MHz] *, 15.1 [MHz] to 15.8 [MHz] *, 17.48 [MHz] to 17.9 [MHz], 21.45 [MHz] to 21.85 [MHz], 25.67 [MHz] to 26.1 [MHz] * (Full bandwidth: 3.85 [MHz]), avoid using frequency bands used in radio astronomy (25.55 [MHz] to 25.67 [MHz] (total bandwidth: 120 [kHz]) (See Fig. 11 (b)), and the transmittable bandwidth is reduced accordingly, so that the PLC communication The capacity is reduced and the communication speed is reduced.Since the frequency band of shortwave broadcasting includes the frequency band of shortwave broadcasting used overseas, it is not necessary to notch all frequency bands in Japan. No. * is used in Japan, and the total bandwidth in Japan is 2.73 [MHz].
As described above, even by avoiding only the band used in amateur radio (inserting a notch), the band of about 4 [MHz] is reduced. When considering short-wave broadcasting and other radio bands, 7 [MHz] A certain band (28 MHz → 21 MHz) cannot be used. For this reason, the bandwidth that can be used by a wired communication device such as a PLC device may be reduced to, for example, about 25%.
Therefore, if the frequency band into which the notch is inserted is fixed, the frequency band that can be used in wired communication devices such as PLC devices is fixed, and existing wireless communication devices such as amateur radio communication devices and short wave radio receivers are always in operation. In spite of that, only about 75% of the frequency can always be used.
On the other hand, Patent Document 1 below proposes a method (hereinafter referred to as a conventional method) for detecting a frequency band used by a peripheral wireless communication device and reserving a frequency band used by the own station. .
However, in the above-described conventional method, the frequency band used by the peripheral wireless communication device is detected, the frequency band used by the local station is reserved, and the notch is not used so that the frequency band used by the peripheral wireless communication device is not used. For insertion, for example, when there is a radio wave such as a short wave broadcast, but the use frequency band of the wireless communication device is not required at that time around the wired network (specifically, Also, in the case of shortwave broadcasting or the like, when the shortwave radio receiver does not receive the shortwave broadcast), a notch is inserted in the frequency band (see FIG. 12B). As a result, when viewed from the wired network side, unnecessary notches are inserted, leading to a reduction in communication capacity. FIG. 12 is a diagram showing problems of countermeasures against interference in a conventional PLC device, and FIG. 12 (a) is a conceptual diagram schematically showing a wired communication system and a wireless communication system existing therearound. FIG. 12B is a schematic diagram for explaining that unnecessary notches are inserted into the PLC signal.
The present invention, as viewed from the wired network side, it is possible to avoid the insertion of undesired notch in the communication signal wire communication, thereby Ru can increase the communication capacity of a wired communication Roh pitch insertion method The purpose is to provide.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides the following notch insertion method according to the first aspect and the second aspect .

(2) Notch insertion method of the second aspect
A method of inserting a notch into a communication signal of wired communication in a PLC system that performs wired communication of power line communication between a plurality of wired communication devices connected to each other via a wired network using a power line, the wire communication The wired device comprising: a wired communication device unit that performs wired communication via a network; and a wireless communication device unit that is capable of performing first wireless communication regardless of generation of radiated electromagnetic waves from the wired network by the wired communication. In the communication device, a first wireless communication device capable of performing the first wireless communication with the wireless communication device, and a second wireless capable of receiving interference of radiated electromagnetic waves from the wired network by the wired communication The first wireless communication means that the wired network exists in the vicinity of the wireless communication device including the second wireless communication device unit that performs communication. Therefore, in the network notification step of notifying, and in the wireless communication device around the wired network, the reception state of the notification from the wired communication device is detected, and the communication signal of the wired communication is notched according to the detected reception state. A determination step for determining whether or not it is necessary to insert a notch; and in the wireless communication device around the wired network, when it is determined that it is necessary to insert a notch into the communication signal of the wired communication, the second A determination step of determining whether or not the second wireless communication device unit needs a use frequency band of wireless communication at the time of the processing; and the use of the second wireless communication in the wireless communication device around the wired network When it is determined that the second wireless communication device unit needs a frequency band, a necessary frequency band required by the second wireless communication device unit Transmitting information related to the wired communication device by the first wireless communication, and in the wired communication device, based on the information about the necessary frequency band received from the wireless communication device, the second of the wireless communication device. A notch insertion step that includes a notch insertion step in which a notch is inserted only in the necessary frequency band with respect to a communication signal of the wired communication so as not to cause interference of the radiated electromagnetic wave with respect to wireless communication. Method.
In the notch insertion methods of the first aspect and the second aspect according to the present invention, typical examples of the wired communication include power line communication (PLC). In this case, the wired communication system can be a PLC system that performs power line communication between a plurality of wired communication devices connected to each other via a wired network.
The wireless communication device unit and the wireless communication device of the wired communication device may be connected to a wireless system that performs the first wireless communication via a wireless network. A typical example of the first wireless communication is wireless LAN communication.
Examples of the second wireless communication include amateur wireless communication, reception of shortwave broadcasting, wireless communication used for radio astronomy, and wireless communication for aviation.
According to the notch insertion method of the first aspect and the second aspect of the present invention, the wireless communication is performed based on information on a necessary frequency band that the second wireless communication apparatus unit of the wireless communication apparatus needs at the time of the processing. since a state of inserting the notches only in the required frequency band for the communication signal of the wired communication of the wired communication device so as not to interfere in the radiation wave with respect to the second wireless communication devices, wired When viewed from the network side, it is possible to avoid unnecessary insertion of notches into the communication signal of the wired communication. For example, when the use frequency band of the wireless communication device is not required around the wired network (specifically, in the case of a shortwave broadcast or the like, the shortwave radio receiver does not receive the shortwave broadcast). Does not insert a notch in that frequency band. Thereby, the communication capacity of the wired communication can be increased.
Moreover, in the notch insertion method according to the first aspect, when the wireless communication device around the wired network determines that it is necessary to insert a notch into the communication signal of the wired communication, information for specifying the wireless communication device Since the wireless communication device information registration step of registering (for example, identification information of the wireless communication device) in the storage unit of the wireless communication device is included, the necessary frequency for inserting a notch into the communication signal of the wired communication In the range where the wired network can affect the wireless communication devices existing in the vicinity by registering the information of the wireless communication device informing the information about the band in the wireless communication device, a notch is added to the communication signal of the wired communication. Information on the wireless communication apparatus that needs to be inserted can be held. By doing so, it is possible to insert a notch into the communication signal of the wired communication at a higher speed than in the prior art.
In the notch insertion method according to the second aspect of the present invention, when the wireless communication device around the wired network determines that it is necessary to insert a notch into the communication signal of the wired communication, the wireless communication device A wireless communication device information registration step for registering information (for example, identification information of the wireless communication device) in the storage unit of the wireless communication device may be further included. Thus, the wired network exists in the vicinity by registering information on the wireless communication device that informs the wireless communication device of information related to the necessary frequency band for inserting a notch into the communication signal of the wired communication. As long as the wireless communication device can be affected, information on the wireless communication device that needs to insert a notch into the communication signal of the wired communication can be held. By doing so, it is possible to insert a notch into the communication signal of the wired communication at a higher speed than in the prior art.
Further, in the notch insertion method according to the first aspect and the second aspect of the present invention, the second wireless communication device unit needs a frequency band used for the second wireless communication in the wireless communication device around the wired network. If it is determined that, in the wireless communication device around the wired network, a necessary frequency band information registration step of registering information on the required frequency band of the second wireless communication device unit in the storage unit of the wireless communication device, The first wireless communication notifies the wireless communication device registered in the storage unit of the wireless communication device of information identifying the wireless communication device and information regarding a necessary frequency band of the second wireless communication device unit of the wireless communication device. Thus, the wireless communication apparatus registered in the storage unit may further include a sharing step for sharing the information. By doing this, it is possible to hold the position information of notch insertion in the communication signal of the wired communication based on the information on the necessary frequency band and share the information between the wireless communication devices registered in the storage unit. .
In the notch insertion method according to the first aspect and the second aspect of the present invention, when information related to the state of the wireless communication device changes in the wireless communication device around the wired network, the wireless communication device An update step of updating information specifying a wireless communication device registered in the storage unit and information on a necessary frequency band; and in the wireless communication device around the wired network, the wireless communication to the wireless communication device registered in the storage unit A notification step of notifying information identifying a device and information regarding a necessary frequency band of the second wireless device unit of the wireless communication device by the first wireless communication may be further included. As described above, when a change occurs in information related to the state of the wireless communication device, information for specifying the wireless communication device and information on a necessary frequency band of the second wireless device unit of the wireless communication device are updated. Thus, the latest information can be obtained without each communication device searching for the information.
As described above, according to the present invention, when viewed from the wired network side, it is possible to avoid unnecessary notch insertion into a communication signal for wired communication, thereby increasing the communication capacity of the wired communication. that Roh pitch insertion method can be provided.

By the way, since the space (range) in which the wired
Further, in the wired communication device side update step, when the table information and the information on the necessary frequency band are registered in the
In the wired communication device-side notification step, the

The information

Next, the operation of the
In the
Next, the
Whether or not the second wireless
When it is determined that the second wireless
In the
Then, in the
