また、断面が半円もしくは半だ円部と直線部からなる長円形のコンデンサを、基板表面に取付け固定するコンデンサ取付方法において、ブロック状の取付治具を前記コンデンサの前記半円周もしくは半だ円部の周部のみに両方向から挟み込むように設け、取付ネジにより、前記コンデンサの前記直線部が前記基板表面に接触するように取付け固定するとともに、前記コンデンサの側面外周部に設けた凹部と、前記取付部品に設けた凸部とを嵌合することを特徴とするコンデンサ取付方法を提供するものである。

取付部品3は加工性の点で樹脂材料でもかまわないが、強度と放熱との点で金属が好ましい。また、コンデンサの半円もしくは半だ円周部の形状に合わせて加工すると取付安定性とコンデンサ1の側面からの放熱の点で好ましい。
また、取付ネジ4で締め付けたときにコンデンサ本体1が基板5に接触固定しやすいように、取付部品3の下部面部分を若干削っておくのが好ましい。
コンデンサはひとつのほか複数個直列または並列の並べて取付けする場合もある。コンデンサとコンデンサとの間の取付部品3は、コンデンサの半円もしくは半だ円周部の隣同士の形状に合わせて加工するのが好ましい。
