1: As shown in FIG. 1, the double basket may be mounted on the handle column (1A) in addition to the two-wheeled carrier (2) (so-called front basket), and the detaching means is detachable without a tool. If possible (so-called one-touch detachment), the means is arbitrary. In addition to the size of the supermarket store basket, the size and shape can be variously changed in size, size, and shape.
The two-wheeled vehicle in this case may be a cargo type, rear car type, cart, or the like other than a three-wheeled or four-wheeled vehicle.
2: At the time of shopping, as shown in FIG. 2, the store basket (5) is placed at the top of the store cart (6), and the shopping basket (4) is placed at the bottom, and the goods at the time of shopping are put in the store basket and the shopping cart (4 ).
3: Although not clearly shown in each figure, the frameworks of the four side surfaces and the bottom surface of the outer cage (3) and the inner cage (4) are formed in a lattice shape, and are entirely configured in a mesh shape.
As shown in the outer car plan view of FIG. 4, a back convex part (8A) and a front convex part (8B) are formed inside the outer car.
4: As shown in the inner-car perspective view of FIGS. 5 and 6, a front convex portion (9A) and a back convex portion (9B) are provided.
5: In this double basket, the inner cage (4) is slightly smaller than the outer cage (3), so that when it is placed as shown in FIG. The upper direction indicates the front direction of the outer basket and the rear direction of the inner basket, and the inner basket can be stored up to the bottom of the outer basket. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. When placed in the outer basket so as to overlap the inner convex portion (8), the upward direction in the figure indicates the forward direction of the outer basket, and the inner basket also indicates the forward direction. As shown in FIG. A step is generated so that a safe space portion (7) is formed.
As a result, it is possible to prevent the collapse of the easily crushed items in the safe space, thereby ensuring the safety of the product and further increasing the loading capacity. In addition, it can store wallets, etc., and it is a countermeasure against theft of valuables by snatching.
In this paper, the term “sequential” means that when there are protrusions at the front left and right ends inside the outer cage and at the back middle part, and when there are protrusions at the front middle part outside the inner cage and at the back right and left ends, When placed on the outer basket, the inner basket refers to a pattern that reaches the bottom of the outer basket. On the other hand, when the inner basket is inverted and placed in the horizontal direction, the convex portions of the inner and outer baskets are vertically moved. A pattern that overlaps in the middle of the outer basket and forms a safety space portion between the bottom surface of the inner cage and the bottom surface of the outer cage.
These two convex portions may have any shape and size such as a quadrangular prism, a triangular prism, a cylinder, a semi-cylindrical, a folding type, etc., as long as the purpose is satisfied.
The two baskets are used as a pair at the time of transportation. Usually, they can be used alone or as a pair, as a cargo basket, a shopping basket or a storage box.
* Further, a net structure, a fabric structure, a plate material, and the like are arbitrary, and the material may be a natural material such as rattan, bamboo, hemp, silk, cotton other than metal and synthetic resin.
* The inner carton convex part may be a removable type as well as a fixed type, and the heights of the front and back sides can be freely changed.
The convex portion on the inner side of the outer basket is not limited to a fixed type, but may be a removable type, and the heights of the front and back sides can be freely changed. Thereby, the height of the safe space can be adjusted to increase or decrease the capacity.
6: FIG. 10 shows that a safety space portion can be formed even with two baskets of the same size (such as a so-called super store basket that can be stacked) having a top opening wider than the bottom.
A convex portion (10A) is attached and fixed to the outside of the cage (inner cage specification) on the one cage (the upper cage in FIG. 10), and the other cage (the lower cage in FIG. 10) is convex on the inside. When the portion (10B) is attached and fixed (outer car specification), when the inner car is stored in the outer car, the respective convex parts overlap with each other to form a safety space portion. In addition, if the baskets are exchanged inside and outside as shown in FIG. 11 (the top and bottom cages in FIG. 10 are exchanged), the bottom of the inner basket reaches the bottom of the outer basket, with this convex portion as it is. Transform into a basket (two-way twin basket). When one basket is used without being fixed to a bicycle carrier, it is extremely convenient.
By adopting such a form, it becomes possible to make the outer cage and the inner cage have exactly the same shape. That is, if the convex portion of the inner or outer basket protrudes outward and the convex portion of the other basket protrudes inward, the safe space portion can be formed at a lower cost.
Further, as shown in FIG. 12, as another form in this embodiment, it is also conceivable to provide each of the convex portions so as to be slidable in the horizontal direction instead of being fixedly provided.
This convex part is a square pole between the inner and outer sides of the front and back of the inner and outer baskets. When used as an outer basket, the convex part is inward (10A), and when used as an inner basket, the convex part is outward. (10B) When the inner basket is placed in the outer basket by sliding, the inner and outer baskets are overlapped with each other to form a safe space portion.
FIG. 13 shows an embodiment in which the convex portion can be rotated from the embodiment of FIG. 12, and in this embodiment also, the inner and outer baskets can adopt the same shape. A semi-cylindrical convex part (a top-like
7: The safety space portion can be formed by two types of baskets having a top opening wider than the bottom (so-called super store basket that can be loaded).
As shown in FIG. 14, a front convex part (14A) and a back convex part (14B) are provided inside the cage. As shown in FIG. 15, these convex portions are formed in concave portions when viewed from the outside of the cage. (
When these two types of baskets are stored in the other with the front and back sides reversed (see FIG. 15), the front bottom edge (14D) and the back bottom edge (14F) of the upper cage are A safety space portion is formed between the bottom surfaces of the two baskets, overlapping the back convex portion (14B) and the front convex portion (14A) of the lower cage. As shown in FIG. 16, when the two baskets are stored with their front and back sides aligned, the front side convex portion (14A) of the lower cage is placed in the front side concave portion (14C) and the back side concave portion (14E) of the upper cage. And the back convex portion (14B) are respectively fitted, and the upper basket is stored up to the vicinity of the bottom surface of the lower basket.
Of course, the shape, position, height, width, number, etc., of the convex portions inside the cage (the concave portions on the outside) are arbitrary.
This implementation plan consolidates the idea of forming a safety space portion by a pair of different types of baskets, such as the horizontal reversal of the inner basket (Claim 1) or the exchange of the inner and outer baskets (Claim 2). Further, the configuration is further simplified, and it is possible to realize the formation of the safe space portion with only one kind of basket.
The superior point of this plan is that only one type of basket can be molded, so that the manufacturing cost can be kept low, and the basket can be placed with the front and back sides aligned when storing and transporting the cage. In other words, it is possible to ensure the convenience that a large number of loads can be carried out.
8: As another implementation method, an inner cage and an outer cage are formed as shown in FIG. 17, that is, one side that opposes one side (front side) of the upper edge of the inner cage (17A) (upper view of FIG. 17). Convex portions (17B, 17C) are provided on the side (back side), respectively, while concave portions (17E, 17C) are provided on one side (back side) opposite to one side (front side) of the upper edge of the outer basket (17D). 17F) and the inner basket is placed on the outer basket as it is, the inner basket convex portions are respectively locked to the outer basket concave portions, the inner basket is stored up to the bottom surface of the outer basket, and the inner basket is inverted in the horizontal direction. As a result, the inner car back side convex part (17C) is locked to the outer car front side upper edge (17G), and the inner car front side convex part (17B) is locked to the outer car back side upper edge (17H). It is also possible to form a safe space portion different from the embodiment.
FIG. 17 shows a view from the back side of the cage.
9: FIGS. 18 and 19 show a locking system. When the inner basket (4) is placed on the outer basket (3) from the upper side to the lower side, the outer basket convex lock button (18A) slides and is fixed to the inner basket convex lock hole (9C). It will not come off by shaking or tilting while riding a bicycle. To release, hold the handle and raise the inner basket vertically. (So-called no-touch lock system) Further, the convex lock button on the outer basket is attached to the bottom surface on the inner side of the outer basket for placement.
10: FIG. 20 and FIG. 21 show another example of the lock system. Rotate the lock lever (20B) on the front and back sides of the outer cage by 180 degrees to turn the lock hook (20C) into the lock hole (20D), the inner basket convex lock hole (9C), the outer basket convex lock hole (20E) By passing, the inner car (4) is locked to the outer car (3). The lock is released by reversing the above operation and rotating the lock lever (20B) 180 degrees to return it to its original position.
Of course, this is only an example, and a known locking means may be used.
