Description
フォトクロミック化合物がモノマー中に導入されるとともに、この混合物が熱重合または光重合によって硬化される(DE 43 25 154 C1とUS2003/0158284 A1とを比較されたい)。しかしながら、この方法は、低いあるいは中程度の屈折率を有するポリマーからなる系を製造するのに適していない。
フォトクロミック化合物を高濃度で含むラッカー層が物体に対して加えられる。物体の加熱時に、ラッカー層から物体のポリマーマトリクスへのフォトクロミック化合物の熱転写がある。その後、ラッカーが再び除去される。また、この方法は、低いあるいは中程度の屈折率を有する系に制限されるとともに、フォトクロミック化合物の拡散挙動に対するポリマーマトリクスの特別な適合を必要とする。
フォトクロミック化合物を含むラッカー層が物体に対して加えられる。また、この方法は、高い屈折率を有するポリマー系に適しているが、複雑であり、費用効率が高くない。
(a)液体状のポリマーを形成するのに適したモノマーと少なくとも1つのフォトクロミック着色剤とを備える層を、鋳造アセンブリ内に位置される第1の鋳型の内面の少なくとも1つの領域に対して加えるとともに、フォトクロミックポリマー層を形成しつつ前記層を部分的にあるいは完全に硬化させるステップと、
(b)場合により、完全にあるいは部分的に硬化された前記フォトクロミックポリマー層に対して保護層を加えるとともに、前記保護層を硬化させるステップと、
(c)前記鋳造アセンブリ内に第2の鋳型と共に所定のキャビティを形成する前記第1の鋳型を備える前記鋳造アセンブリ内へ鋳型用樹脂を流し込むステップと、
(d)フォトクロミックプラスチック体を形成しつつ前記鋳型用樹脂を硬化させるステップと、
を含む方法が提供される。
−第1の鋳型用樹脂からなる層を、鋳造アセンブリ内に位置される第1の鋳型の内面の少なくとも1つの領域に対して加えるとともに、前記第1の鋳型用樹脂を完全にあるいは部分的に硬化させ、場合により、完全にあるいは部分的に硬化された前記第1の鋳型用樹脂層上に保護層を供給して硬化させるステップと、
−液体状のポリマーを形成するのに適したモノマーと少なくとも1つのフォトクロミック着色剤とを備える層を、完全にあるいは部分的に硬化された前記第1の鋳型用樹脂層または前記保護層に対して加えるとともに、前記層を部分的にあるいは完全に硬化させてフォトクロミックポリマー層を形成するステップと、
−場合により、完全にあるいは部分的に硬化された前記フォトクロミックポリマー層に対して更なる保護層を加えるとともに、前記保護層を硬化させるステップと、
−前記鋳造アセンブリ内に第2の鋳型と共に所定のキャビティを形成する前記第1の鋳型を含む前記鋳造アセンブリ内へ第2の鋳型用樹脂を流し込むステップと、
−前記第2の鋳型用樹脂を硬化させてフォトクロミックプラスチック体を形成するステップと、
を含む方法も提供される。
Claims (7)
- −第1の鋳型用樹脂からなる層を、鋳造アセンブリ内に位置される第1の鋳型の内面の少なくとも1つの領域に対して加えるとともに、前記第1の鋳型用樹脂層を完全にあるいは部分的に硬化させるステップと、
−ポリマーを形成するのに適した液体状のモノマーと少なくとも1つのフォトクロミック着色剤とを備える層を、完全にあるいは部分的に硬化された前記第1の鋳型用樹脂層に対して加えるとともに、前記層を部分的にあるいは完全に硬化させてフォトクロミックポリマー層を形成するステップと、
−前記鋳造アセンブリ内に第2の鋳型と共に所定のキャビティを形成する前記第1の鋳型を備える前記鋳造アセンブリ内へ第2の鋳型用樹脂を流し込むステップと、
−前記第2の鋳型用樹脂を硬化させてフォトクロミックプラスチック体を形成するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記フォトクロミックポリマー層のためにソフトプラスチック材料が設けられ、それにより、完全硬化後に測定されるそのボール食い込み硬度が<80N/mm2、および/または、その弾性率が<1500N/mm2となる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フォトクロミックポリマー層のための前記ソフトプラスチック材料は、モノ−、ジ−、または、トリ−(メタ)アクリレートモノマーに基づいている、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の方法にしたがって得ることができるフォトクロミックプラスチック体。
- 完全にあるいは部分的に硬化された前記第1の鋳型用樹脂層上に保護層を供給して硬化させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 完全にあるいは部分的に硬化された前記フォトクロミックポリマー層に対して更なる保護層を加えるとともに、前記保護層を硬化させるステップを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フォトクロミックポリマー層のためにソフトプラスチック材料が設けられ、それにより、完全硬化後に測定されるそのボール食い込み硬度が20〜60N/mm2、および/または、その弾性率が500〜1200N/mm2となる、請求項2に記載の方法。
