Description
Claims (7)
- 臼内に充填した粉末を杵により圧縮して圧縮成形物を作る圧縮成形機において、粉末の充填に先だって少なくとも杵の先端に向けて滑沢剤を噴出するノズル機構であって、
滑沢剤を案内する案内通路と、
案内通路内に通じその先端に設けられて、案内通路により案内された滑沢剤を、少なくとも杵の相対移動方向に対して交差する所定の一本の直線にほぼ一致するように噴出する噴出部とを備えてなるノズル機構。 - 噴出部が、杵の先端の幅より小なる幅で、かつ杵の先端の長さより大なる長さの溝と、その溝の底面のほぼ中央に開口して溝と案内通路とを連通させる貫通孔とからなる請求項1記載のノズル機構。
- 案内通路が通路本体内に形成され、噴出部が板体に形成され、その板体が通路本体に取り外し可能に取り付けられる請求項1記載のノズル機構。
- 噴出部の近傍において噴出される滑沢剤を帯電させる電界発生手段をさらに備えてなる請求項1、2又は3記載のノズル機構。
- 電界発生手段が、噴出部の近傍の案内通路内に先端が露出する電極を備える請求項4記載のノズル機構。
- 圧縮成形機が、フレームと、
フレーム内に回転可能に設けられる立シャフトと、
立シャフトに取り付けられる回転盤と、
回転盤にその円周方向において所定の間隔で取り付けられる臼孔を有する複数の臼と、 それぞれの臼に対してその上下から臼孔に先端部が挿入可能に配置される上杵及び下杵と、
杵先を臼孔内に挿入した上杵と下杵とが通過することにより臼孔に充填された粉末を圧縮する上ロール及び下ロールとを備えてなるものである請求項1記載のノズル機構。 - 通路本体が、通路本体内にほぼ平行に形成される第一案内通路と第二案内通路とを備え、
上杵に対して滑沢剤を噴出する第一噴出部が形成された第一板体が、第一案内通路に対応して通路本体に取り外し可能に取り付けられ、
少なくとも下杵に対して滑沢剤を噴出する第二噴出部が形成された第二板体が、第二案内通路に対応して通路本体に取り外し可能に取り付けられ、
電界発生手段が、第一噴出部の近傍の案内通路内に先端が露出する第一電極と、第二噴出部の近傍の案内通路内に先端が露出する第二電極を備える請求項5記載のノズル機構。
