この主軸の回転に連動して、ロック位置と非ロック位置の間を移動自在で、ロック位置において後車輪を拘束し、非ロック位置において後車輪を解放するロック部材と、
前記主軸が非ロック位置にあるとき上位置にあり、ロック位置にあるとき下位置にあるように、前記主軸に結合され、踏み込み操作により主軸をロック位置に回転操作するペダルと、
