Description
Claims (12)
- 実質的に気密の構造を提供するように互いに接合された平坦な壁区域から形成された多角形分離機チャンバ(15)を有する遠心分離機アセンブリ(10)であって、前記チャンバは、少なくとも4対の平坦な向かい合う壁区域(20.11、20.12;20.21、20.22;20.31、20.32;20.41、20.42)を有し、また前記チャンバは、前記壁区域のそれぞれに第1の内方向曲折部(22)を設けることによって形成される先細り部分(50)を含み、前記先細り部分は、分離された粒子用の放出チャネル(52)として、前記分離機チャンバ(15)から延び、前記放出チャネルは、互いに垂直な第1及び第2の対の向かい合う壁区域(20.11、20.12;20.21、20.22)によって形成されている遠心分離機アセンブリ(10)において、
分離された粒子用の前記放出チャネル(52)内において、前記第1の対の壁区域(20.11、20.12)が、前記第2の対の壁区域(20.21、20.22)の間の領域内へと延びていることを特徴とする遠心分離機アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記放出チャネルの領域内における前記第1の対の向かい合う壁区域(20.11、20.12)の間の距離が、前記第2の対の向かい合う壁区域(20.21、20.22)の幅よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離機アセンブリ(10)。
- ガス・シール構成(60)と、流動化ガスを導入するための手段(65)とが、前記第1の対の向かい合う壁区域(20.11、20.12)の下側部分に関連して提供されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離機アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第1の対の向かい合う壁区域と前記第2の対の向かい合う壁区域とが第2の曲折部(23)を含み、前記第1の対の壁区域(20.11、20.12)での第1の曲折部(22)と第2の曲折部(23)の間の距離が、前記第2の対の壁区域(20.21、20.22)での第1の曲折部と第2の曲折部の間の距離よりも長いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離機アセンブリ。
- 各壁区域が、前記分離機チャンバの長さにわたって一定の幅(W)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離機アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の対の壁区域(20.11、20.12)が、先細り方向に、前記第2の対の壁区域(20.21、20.22)の間の領域内へと延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離機アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の対の壁区域(20.11、20.12)の前記壁区域が、対称的な第1の曲折部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離機アセンブリ。
- 前記壁区域が、使用時に該壁区域を通る伝熱媒体の流れを配置するための、実質的に均等に離隔された複数の管(25)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の遠心分離機アセンブリ。
- すべての前記壁区域(20.11、20.12;20.21、20.22;20.31、20.32;20.41、20.42)が等しい幅(W)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離機アセンブリ。
- 前記放出チャネル(52)において、前記第1の対の壁区域の縁部(24)が、前記第2の対の壁区域の表面(26)に実質的に気密に接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離機アセンブリ。
- 各壁区域での前記第1の曲折部(22)が同一平面上にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離機アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の対の向かい合う壁区域と前記第2の対の向かい合う壁区域とが第2の曲折部(23)を含み、前記第1の曲折部の前、及び前記第2の曲折部の後の壁区域が平行であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の遠心分離機アセンブリ。
