Claims (18)
- 液体サンプル中における少なくとも1つの干渉物質の存在下で、検体を検出するためのセンサであって、
基板と、
前記基板上に配置されるチャンネルと、
前記チャンネルに配置される少なくとも1つのトランスデューサーと、
前記少なくとも1つの干渉物質に優先して、前記検体を選択的に吸収するためのフィルタと、を備え、
前記フィルタは、前記少なくとも1つのトランスデューサーから離して前記チャンネルに配列されており、
前記チャンネルは前記液体サンプル用の流路を定め、それにより前記液体サンプルは第1トランスデューサーに接触して第1信号を生成し、続いて前記フィルタに接触し、続いて前記第1トランスデューサー又は第2トランスデューサーに接触して第2信号を生成する
ことを特徴とするセンサ。 - 前記センサは、
前記第1信号を生成する第1トランスデューサーと、
前記第2信号を生成する第2トランスデューサーと、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ。 - 前記フィルタは、前記第1及び第2トランスデューサーの間に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセンサ。 - 前記フィルタは、前記液体サンプルの全体が前記フィルタを通過する様に置かれている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記フィルタは、前記チャンネルの内側の壁上にコーティングされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記フィルタは、前記第2トランスデューサーの上に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセンサ。 - 前記第1及び第2トランスデューサーは、前記チャンネル中に並列に設けられており、
前記フィルタは、前記第2トランスデューサーの上流に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセンサ。 - 前記チャンネルは分岐されており、
前記第1トランスデューサーは前記チャンネルの第1ブランチに配置されており、
前記第2トランスデューサーは前記チャンネルの第2ブランチに配置されており、
前記フィルタは、第2トランスデューサーの上流の前記チャンネルの前記第2ブランチに設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセンサ。 - 前記液体サンプルは体液である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8の何れか1項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記フィルタは、前記センサの多くの又は連続的な使用を可能にするための、前記検体に対する十分な能力を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9の何れか1項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記フィルタは、合成ポリマー、生体分子、微生物又はそれらの組み合わせを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10の何れか1項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記フィルタは、イオノフォア、分子インプリントポリマー、酵素、抗原、抗体、核酸又はそれらの組み合わせを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のセンサ。 - 前記フィルタは、前記フィルタが前記検体を吸収するときに放出される媒介物を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのトランスデューサーは、前記媒介物を検出できる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12の何れか1項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記少なくとも1つのトランスデューサーは、電流測定センサ、電位差測定センサ、電気伝導度測定センサ、光学センサ、重力測定センサ、表面弾性波センサ、共振センサ、静電容量センサ又は温度センサである
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項13の何れか1項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記センサは、第1の検体及び第2の又はそれ以上の検体を検出し、
前記センサは、前記少なくとも1つの干渉物質に優先して、前記第1の検体及び第2の又はそれ以上の検体を選択的に吸収するための1つ又はそれ以上のフィルタを含んでいる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項14の何れか1項に記載のセンサ。 - サンプリングポートに結合されているハウジングを備え、
請求項1から請求項15の何れか1項に記載の前記センサと、
前記センサと電気的に通信する信号処理ユニットと、
を含むことを特徴とするサンプリング装置。 - 液体サンプル中における少なくとも1つの干渉物質の存在下で、検体を検出する方法であって、
前記検体を潜在的に含んでいる液体サンプルを用意し、
前記液体サンプルを、請求項1から請求項15の何れか1項に記載の前記センサと接触させ、
前記第1及び第2信号を得て、
前記サンプル中に存在する前記検体の量の目安を準備するために、前記第1及び第2信号を比較する
ことを特徴とする、液体サンプル中における少なくとも1つの干渉物質の存在下で、検体を検出する方法。 - 前記液体サンプルは体液である
ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
