Description

The present invention relates to a banknote depositing / dispensing machine that can use a deposited banknote for dispensing, and more particularly to downsizing thereof.

As for a banknote depositing and dispensing machine that can use deposited banknotes for withdrawal, the banknote is in a standing position with the short side up and down at the time of depositing, and the long side direction matches the depth direction of the device. The banknotes are identified while being drawn out and conveyed in the long side direction while being in a standing state, and stored in each return box or collection box with the long side direction aligned with the depth direction of the device, In addition, there is one in which the long side direction is made to coincide with the depth direction of the apparatus from each reflux box, and the withdrawal part is withdrawn, or rejected or rejected (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

This banknote depositing / dispensing machine has a depositing unit, a dispensing unit, a reject store and a collection store arranged side by side in the width direction on the front side of the machine body, and a plurality of reflux boxes arranged side by side in the width direction on the rear side of the machine body. A cylindrical drum-shaped transport unit is provided in the middle part in the longitudinal direction of the machine body so that bills can be taken in and out between the parts. As a result, the height and width can be reduced, and the size can be reduced, and for example, the bill can be used as a bill depositing and dispensing machine around the POS cash register.
JP 2003-288630 A

However, the banknote depositing and dispensing machine described above uses a drum-type transport unit, the diameter of which is the size associated with the maximum length of banknotes, and the arrangement of a plurality of sorting members and the branch-shaped transport around it. Since space is required to arrange the road, it is particularly compact in the machine body depth direction, which is the direction connecting the depositing / withdrawing unit, reject / recovery unit, drum-type transport unit, and multiple reflux units. There was a problem that conversion was not enough. In the case of the banknote deposit / withdrawal machine described above, a replenisher for replenishing banknotes in the machine is provided alongside the collection box or as a collection / replenishment box.
Moreover, since the branch-shaped conveyance part around a drum-type conveyance part is distributed and extended in various angular directions, it is also a factor which jam occurs in conveyance of a banknote.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a banknote depositing / dispensing machine that can be downsized as a whole and that can suppress the occurrence of a jam during the conveyance of banknotes.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 includes a depositing unit into which a bill is inserted from the outside of the machine, a withdrawal unit from which the banknote is drawn out so that the bill can be taken out of the machine, and a bill. A plurality of reflux warehouses for storing and banking banknotes to be withdrawn to the withdrawal unit, a collection box for storing banknotes from the depositing unit or the plurality of reflux warehouses, and replenishing the banknotes to the plurality of reflux warehouses In the banknote depositing / dispensing machine, the banking depositing / withdrawing machine includes a replenishing warehouse for performing a withdrawal, a withdrawal rejecting bank for storing a withdrawal rejecting banknote out of banknotes withdrawn from the reflux bank, and a discrimination unit for identifying banknotes. The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that, in the invention according to claim 1, the collection store and the replenishment store are configured by a common replenishment collection store.

The invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that, in the invention according to claim 1 or 2, the withdrawal portion comprises a front withdrawal portion on the operator side and a rear withdrawal portion on the customer side.

According to the invention which concerns on Claim 1, the deposit part into which a banknote is thrown in from the outside of a machine, the withdrawal part from which a banknote is drawn out so that it can be taken out of the machine, and the banknote which accommodated and stored the banknote A plurality of return warehouses for withdrawing money from the withdrawal unit, a collection box for storing banknotes from the depositing unit or the plurality of return boxes, a replenishment box for replenishing banknotes to the plurality of return boxes, Out of the banknotes that have been paid out, the banknotes that are to be withdrawn from the banknotes are arranged side by side in such a direction that the thickness direction of the accepted banknotes is the same direction. Since the transfer section for connecting them is disposed only on one side in the direction orthogonal to the installation direction, the overall size can be reduced without increasing the length in one direction. In addition, since the transport unit is disposed only on the same side with respect to the depositing unit, the dispensing unit, the collection store, the replenishment store, the withdrawal reject store, and the plurality of return stores, the direction of distribution to each unit is complicated. In addition, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a jam during the conveyance of banknotes, and even if a jam occurs, the access to the conveyance unit is easy and the jam can be easily eliminated.

According to the invention according to claim 2, since the collection store and the replenishment store are configured by a common replenishment collection store, the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts, and the entire banknote depositing and dispensing machine can be reduced. Further downsizing can be achieved.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, it is possible to increase the convenience by enabling the withdrawal on the operator side and the withdrawal on the customer side while reducing the size of the entire apparatus and suppressing the occurrence of jam.

Hereinafter, the banknote deposit / withdrawal mechanism 11A in the housing 12 will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, in the housing 12, a depositing unit 15 into which a bill S is inserted from a bill deposit port 71 in order from the front surface 12 </ b> A along the depth direction, and a bill S sent from the machine. A withdrawal part 16 that feeds the banknotes into the banknote outlet 72, a detachable replenishment collection box 17 that replenishes the banknotes S from the outside and collects the banknotes S in the machine, and a non-removable bank that stores the withdrawal reject banknotes. A plurality of, specifically, three non-removable reflux cabinets 20, reflux cabinets 21, reflux cabinets 22, and the like, which store the banknotes S and the banknotes S stored in the withdrawal unit 16. A rear withdrawal portion 85 is provided for feeding the banknote S to the rear bill outlet 77.

Here, the depositing unit 15, the dispensing unit 16 and the replenishing and collecting unit 17 on the front surface 12A side are grouped into a first configuration group 25, and the withdrawal unit 18 and the reflux unit 20 on the opposite side of the front surface 12A are returned. The warehouse 21, the reflux warehouse 22, and the rear-side dispensing unit 85 are grouped into a second configuration group 26. As a result, in the first component group 25, the depositing unit 15, the dispensing unit 16, and the replenishment / recovery unit 17 are arranged in this order, and the replenishment / recovery unit 17 is provided most on the second configuration group 26 side. In the second configuration group 26, the withdrawal reject box 18 is provided most on the first configuration group 25 side.

The depositing unit 15, the dispensing unit 16, and the replenishment / recovery unit 17 of the first configuration group 25 constitute a single unit 28, and this unit 28 can be attached and detached by opening and closing the front cover 75 of the housing 12. . Furthermore, the replenishment collection | recovery store | warehouse | chamber 17 is made into a cassette type, and can also be attached or detached with respect to the unit 28. FIG. The cassette-type replenishment / recovery box 17 includes a withdrawal port 17a for replenishing banknotes to the reflux stores 20, 21, 22 and a collection port 17b for collecting banknotes from the inside of the machine, and a banknote (not shown) inside. A banknote loading mechanism (not shown) for loading the banknotes collected from the storage section and the collection port 17b into the banknote storage section is provided. In the state where the replenishment collection box 17 is set in the machine, the withdrawal port 17a is positioned on the front side (operator side), and the recovery port 17b is positioned on the rear side (opposite to the operator). .

The depositing section 15, withdrawal section 16, replenishment collection warehouse 17, withdrawal rejection warehouse 18, reflux warehouse 20, reflux warehouse 21, reflux warehouse 22, and rear withdrawal section 85 all have the same width as the front face 12A. It has a horizontally long shape in the direction, all aligned with each other in the width direction and the height direction, with the short side direction along the height direction and the long side direction along the width direction The bill S is accepted. That is, in these depositing unit 15, dispensing unit 16, replenishment collection store 17, withdrawal rejection store 18, reflux store 20-22, and rear withdrawal unit 85, the thickness direction of the accepted banknote S is the same direction. In this way, they are juxtaposed in this direction (coincident with the depth direction).

The depositing unit 15, the dispensing unit 16, the replenishment collection unit 17, the withdrawal / rejection unit 18, the reflux unit 20-22, and the rear side dispensing unit 85 are provided close to one side in the width direction in the housing 12. Thus, in the space formed on the opposite side in the width direction of the housing 12, these depositing unit 15, withdrawal unit 16, replenishment collection store 17, withdrawal reject store 18, reflux store 20-22, rear side A transport unit 37 that connects the dispensing unit 85 and exchanges the banknotes S is provided. That is, with respect to the depth direction, which is a parallel arrangement direction of the depositing unit 15, the dispensing unit 16, the replenishment collection unit 17, the withdrawal / rejection unit 18, the reflux unit 20, the reflux unit 21, the reflux unit 22, and the rear side withdrawal unit 85. The conveyance part 37 is arrange | positioned only at the one side of the width direction which is an orthogonal direction. The transport unit 37 is controlled by a controller (not shown) to rotate forward and backward, and always transports the banknote S in a standing state in which the long side direction is along the transport direction and the short side direction is up and down. Further, the depositing unit 15, the dispensing unit 16, the replenishment collection store 17, the withdrawal reject store 18, the reflux stores 20 to 22, and the rear withdrawal unit 85 are driven by a driving mechanism (not shown) arranged below these, These drive systems are controlled by a controller in the same manner as the transport unit 37.

As shown in FIG. 3, the transport unit 37 includes a main transport path 38 that connects the depositing unit 15 on the front surface 12 </ b> A side and a rear withdrawal unit 85 on the rear surface side, and from the vicinity of the withdrawal unit 16 of the main transport path 38. A branch conveyance path 39 that branches and is connected to the withdrawal unit 16 and a branch conveyance that branches from the vicinity of the front end of the replenishment collection box 17 of the main conveyance path 38 and is connected to the withdrawal port 17a of the supplement collection box 17. Further, the transport unit 37 guides the banknote S transported from the second component group 26 side through the main transport path 38 to the branch transport path 39 connected to the dispensing unit 16 in the open state. While being transported to the gold part 16, in the closed state, the sorting part 39G to be transported as it is in the main transport path 38 and the banknote S transported from the second component group 26 side through the main transport path 38 are opened. Then, while being guided to the branch conveyance path 40b connected to the collection port 17b of the replenishment collection chamber 17 and conveyed to the replenishment collection chamber 17, the distribution section 40Gb conveyed in the main conveyance path 38 in the closed state, and in the open state, The branch conveyance path 40a connected to the withdrawal port 17a of the replenishment collection box 17 is connected to the second component group 26 side of the main conveyance path 38 and the banknote S is fed out from the replenishment collection box 17, while in the closed state, the main conveyance is performed. Distribution that allows passage of banknote S on road 38 Has a 40Ga.

In addition, the transport unit 37 guides the banknote S transported from the first component group 25 side via the main transport path 38 to the branch transport path 41 connected to the withdrawal reject box 18 in the open state. The banknote S that has been transported from the first component group 25 through the main transport path 38 and the sorting unit 41G that is transported in the main transport path 38 in the closed state while being transported to the withdrawal reject box 18. In the open state, it is guided to the branch conveyance path 42 connected to the reflux warehouse 20 and conveyed to the reflux warehouse 20, while in the closed state, the distribution section 42G is conveyed through the main conveyance path 38 as it is, and the main conveyance path 38 is passed through. In the open state, the banknotes S conveyed from the first component group 25 side are guided to the branch conveyance path 43 connected to the reflux warehouse 21 and conveyed to the reflux warehouse 21, while in the closed state, the main conveyance path is left as it is. A distribution unit 43G to be conveyed at 38; While the banknote S conveyed from the first component group 25 side via the conveyance path 38 is guided to the branch conveyance path 44 connected to the reflux warehouse 22 in the open state, the banknote S is conveyed to the reflux warehouse 22 while being closed. Then, it has a distribution unit 44G to be transported in the main transport path 38 as it is. The distribution units 39G to 44G described above are normally closed, and are driven by a controller as necessary to be opened.

Here, the recirculation | reflux store | warehouse | chamber 20 is the storing part 20b on the opposite side to the front surface 12A which stores the intermediate | middle pool part 20a by the side of the front surface 12A which stores the banknote S received from the branch conveyance path 42, and the intermediate | middle pool part 20a. The banknote S stored in the storage unit 20b can be withdrawn to the branch conveyance path 42. Similarly, the recirculation | reflux store | warehouse | chamber 21 is the storage part 21b on the opposite side to the front surface 12A which accommodates the intermediate | middle pool part 21a by the side of the front surface 12A which stores the banknote S received from the branch conveyance path 43, and the intermediate | middle pool part 21a. The banknote S stored in the storage unit 21b can be withdrawn to the branch conveyance path 43. Furthermore, the reflux container 22 also stores the intermediate pool portion 22a on the front surface 12A side for temporarily storing the banknote S received from the branch conveyance path 44 and the storage portion 22b on the opposite side to the front surface 12A for storing the banknote S in the intermediate pool portion 22a. The banknote S stored in the storage unit 22b can be withdrawn to the branch conveyance path 44. The storage part 22b of the reflux container 22 on the side opposite to the first configuration group 25 has a larger storage capacity than the storage parts 20b and 21b of the other reflux containers 20 and 21, and has the largest handling amount. It is designed to store many thousand yen bills. In addition, the reflux cabinet 20 on the most first component group 25 side stores 10,000 yen bills, and the intermediate reflux cabinet 21 stores 5,000 yen bills.

The intermediate conveyance path 45 between the branch position of the branch conveyance path 40a on the first configuration group 25 side of the main conveyance path 38 and the branch position of the branch conveyance path 41 on the second configuration group 26 side has a payment identification. A part 47 and a withdrawal identification part 48 are provided. The deposit identification unit 47 identifies the deposited banknotes being conveyed from the first configuration group 25 side to the second configuration group 26 side, and the withdrawal identification unit 48 is closer to the second mechanism group 26 than the deposit identification unit 47. Then, the double feed of the withdrawal bill S being conveyed from the second configuration group 26 side to the first configuration group 25 side is identified.

It should be noted that the identification information of the deposit identifying unit 47 is such that the banknote S identified by the deposit identifying unit 47 can be stopped before reaching the nearest reflux box 20, more specifically, the branch position of the branch transport path 42. The distance from the detection completion position to the reflux cabinet 20 closest to the front surface 12A, more specifically, the branch position of the branch conveyance path 42 is “the maximum long side length of the banknote S” + “the transfer unit 37 is braked. The bill S identified by the withdrawal identification unit 48 is the withdrawal unit 16, more specifically, the branch conveyance path 39. The distance from the identification information detection completion position of the withdrawal identification unit 48 to the withdrawal unit 16, more specifically the branching position of the branch conveyance path 39, so that the conveyance can be stopped before reaching the branch position of "Maximum long side length of banknote S" + "After braking the transport unit 37" There is a distance time duration conveying length of the "required to stop the conveyor section 37. In order to secure these distances, the positions of the deposit identification unit 47 and the withdrawal identification unit 48 in the intermediate transport unit 45 are set, and based on this, the first configuration group 25 and the second configuration group 26 are set. The interval between is set.

As shown in FIG. 4, the depositing unit 15 is provided with a receiving base 53 for receiving the inserted bill S in a tiltable position at the back side of the bill deposit port 71. The cradle 53 is supported by a base portion (not shown) so that the wall plate portion 51 is rotatable in the depth direction, and a shutter 50 for opening and closing the banknote deposit port 71 is integrally provided at the upper end portion of the wall plate portion 51. In addition, a bottom plate portion 52 and a guide roller 57 are provided at the lower end portion.

The wall plate portion 51 is provided with a moving roller 55 with a rotational center in the width direction, and a feed roller 56 with a central axis line in the vertical direction. The moving roller 55 draws the banknote S inserted from the banknote deposit port 71 to the bottom plate portion 52 side, and the feed roller 56 sends out the banknote S drawn to the bottom plate portion 52 side to the main conveyance path 38 on the side. Tapered surfaces for smooth feeding of the bills S are provided on both sides of the rollers 55 and 56 in the axial direction. The guide roller 57 is provided with a rotational center in the depth direction at a position above the bottom plate portion 52, receives the lower end of the bill S drawn by the moving roller 55, and guides the feeding of the bill S by the feed roller 56. It is supposed to be.

Further, the depositing unit 15 has a bill press 60 provided on the back side of the wall plate portion 51 in the depth direction. The bill press 60 includes an upper plate portion 61 that is always orthogonal to the depth direction, and an upper plate portion 61. The lower end portion of the plate portion 61 has a lower plate portion 62 whose upper end edge portion is rotatably supported around a shaft 63 extending in the width direction.

Further, the depositing unit 15 is provided with a vibration mechanism 65 that vibrates the receiving base 53 up and down to drop foreign matter from the bill S, and a foreign matter that accepts foreign matter falling from the bill S under the guide roller 57. A receiving 66 is provided. Here, the vibration exciting mechanism 65 has a plurality of eccentric rollers 67 that come into contact with the receiving base 53 from below. By rotating these eccentric rollers 67, the receiving base 53 is vibrated up and down.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, the depositing unit 15 is provided with a sensor 69 for detecting the driving stop timing of the moving roller 55 at the upper portion, and the driving start timing of the moving roller 55 is set at the intermediate portion. A sensor 70 for detection is provided.

The cradle 53 is in a state in which the wall plate portion 51 is maintained in an upright posture in the initial state, and is tilted forward by the operation of an actuator (not shown) at the timing when the bill is inserted from the deposit port 32, and at this time, the upper end portion A shutter 50 provided in the bill opens the bill deposit port 71. Therefore, the banknote S is thrown into the depositing unit 15 with the cradle 53 tilted. When the banknote S is inserted into the depositing unit 15 in this way, the moving roller 55 pulls the banknote S to a position where it abuts against the guide roller 57 as described above, and thereafter, as shown in FIG. Is returned to the initial state by the actuator, and at the same time, the bill deposit port 71 is closed by the shutter 50. Thereafter, the bill S is vibrated by the vibration mechanism 65, the lower plate portion 62 of the bill press 60 is further rotated and brought into contact with the bill S, and the bill S is sent to the main transport path 38 by the feed roller 56.

The withdrawal unit 16 and the rear withdrawal unit 85 have substantially the same configuration as the depositing unit 15 described above, and the banknote S sent from the main transport path 38 side is drawn to the cradle side by a feed roller, The bill S is protruded upward by the moving roller so that it can be taken out from the bill deposit port 72 or the bill rear side dispensing port 77.

Operation | movement of the banknote depositing / withdrawing machine 11 of this embodiment of the structure described above is demonstrated according to each process.
"Deposit processing"
At the time of deposit processing, the controller rotates the cradle 53 of the deposit unit 15, and in this state, the bill S has its short side direction along the height direction and its long side direction along the width direction. In the standing position, the bill is inserted from the banknote deposit port 71. When the sensor 70 detects that the banknote S has been inserted into the banknote deposit port 71, the controller pulls in the banknote S with the moving roller 55, and confirms that the banknote S has been pulled up to a position where it contacts the guide roller 57. When detected by the sensor 69, the moving roller 55 is stopped and the cradle 53 is returned so that the wall plate portion 51 is vertical, and then is vibrated by the vibration mechanism 65, and then the lower plate portion of the bill press 60. 62 is rotated and brought into contact with the banknote S, and is fed one by one to the main transport path 38 by the feed roller 56.

And the banknote S sent out to the main conveyance path 38 will be identified by the deposit identification part 47 during conveyance, but the timing which reaches the above-mentioned identification information detection completion position, specifically, the deposit identification part 47 The controller temporarily stops the conveyance of the banknotes S by the transport unit 37 at the timing when the banknotes S are detected over the entire long side direction by various sensors for identifying the banknotes S constituting the. And if it is identified that the banknote S can be deposited by the deposit identifying unit 47 while the conveyance is stopped, the controller then selects the corresponding gold among the sorting units 42G, 43G, 44G for the reflux containers 20-22. When the corresponding one of the denomination reflux warehouses 20 to 22 is in a state in which the banknote S can be received by opening the one for distributing seeds as necessary, the banknote S by the transport unit 37 is received. Resume transport. Thereby, the said banknote S is accommodated in the thing of the applicable denomination among the reflux warehouses 20-22 of a denomination. Here, when it was a depositable thousand yen bill, it was stored in the intermediate pool portion 22a of the reflux warehouse 22 via the branching conveyance path 44 in the sorting unit 44G, and it was a depositable 10,000 yen bill. In this case, the sorting unit 42G stores the intermediate pool unit 20a of the reflux cabinet 20 via the branch conveyance path 42. If the depositable 5,000-yen bill is a banknote, the distribution unit 43G uses the branch conveyance path 43. Is stored in the intermediate pool portion 21a of the reflux cabinet 21.

Here, for example, the operator confirms the price (banknote + coin) received from the customer at the POS cash register, manually inputs the deposit amount, and based on this, the change amount obtained by subtracting the sales amount is withdrawn in advance. In the case of a change-out type in which the received money is deposited afterwards, the banknote S is not returned to the customer on the machine side, so the banknotes S are sequentially transferred from the intermediate pool sections 20a-22a in the reflux cabinets 20-22. Are stored in the storage portions 20b to 22b. On the other hand, in the case of the deposit destination confirmation type in which the deposit amount is determined from the identification result of the deposit identification unit 47, there is a possibility of returning to the customer, so the intermediate pool unit 20a is provided on the condition that the deposit confirmation operation is input. The banknotes S are stored in the storage units 20b to 22b from ˜22a.

In the case of a 2000 yen bill that does not have a recycle box but can be deposited, in the case of a change-first-out type, the timing at which this reaches the above-mentioned identification information detection completion position, specifically, the deposit identifying unit 47 The controller stops the transport unit 37 at the timing when the banknotes S are detected over the entire long side direction by various sensors for identifying the banknotes S constituting the.

When the banknote S is identified as a 2000 yen banknote by the depositing identification unit 47 while the conveyance is stopped, the controller then opens the sorting unit 40Gb to the collection port 17b of the replenishment collection box 17. When the banknote S can be received in the replenishment collection box 17 by being operated, the conveyance unit 37 is reversed and the banknote S is stored in the replenishment collection box 17 by the sorting unit 40Gb via the branch conveyance path 40b. .

Further, in the case of the change-in-first-out type, when any of the reflux cabinets 20 to 22 is full and the denominated depositable banknote S reaches the above-described identification information detection completion position, specifically, The controller stops the transport unit 37 at the timing when the bills S have been detected over the entire long side direction by various sensors for identifying the bills S constituting the deposit recognition unit 47. Then, when the banknote S is identified as a full denomination banknote by the depositing identification unit 47 while the conveyance is stopped, the controller next moves the sorting unit 40Gb to the collection port 17b of the replenishment collection box 17. By opening the banknote S, the banknote S can be received in the replenishment collection box 17, and the conveyance unit 37 is reversed and the banknote S is stored in the replenishment collection box 17 by the sorting unit 40Gb via the branch conveyance path 40b. Let

On the other hand, when the deposit identifying unit 47 identifies the banknote S that cannot be deposited, various timings for identifying the banknote S constituting the deposit identifying unit 47, specifically, the timing of reaching the identification information detection completion position described above. The controller stops the conveyance unit 37 at the timing when the bill S is completely detected by the sensor over the entire long side direction. Then, if the banknote S is identified as a banknote S that cannot be deposited by the depositing identification unit 47 while the conveyance is stopped, then, in the case of the change-first-out type, the controller simply has an identification error. Since the deposit to be judged has already been input manually, it is stored in the replenishment collection box 17. In other words, when the sorting unit 40Gb to the collection port 17b of the replenishment collection box 17 is opened, the banknote S can be received by the replenishment collection box 17, and the conveyance unit 37 is reversed to shake the banknote S. It is conveyed to the replenishment collection | recovery warehouse 17 via the branch conveyance path 40b by the part 40Gb. In addition, in the case of the deposit destination confirmation type, when the transport unit 37 is stopped, the banknote S can be received by the withdrawal unit 16 by opening the sorting unit 39G to the withdrawal unit 16. Then, the transport unit 37 is reversed and the banknote S is transported to the dispensing unit 16 via the branch transport path 39 by the sorting unit 39G. And it returns to an operator as a state which can be taken out of the machine from the withdrawal part 16. Here, in order to enable such reverse conveyance, the conveyance unit 37 always conveys only one banknote S at a time. When the banknote S being conveyed disappears from the conveyance unit 37, The banknote S is conveyed.

"Withdrawal processing"
During the withdrawal process, one of the banknote dispensing port 72 on the operator side (front surface 12A side of the housing 12) and the banknote rear side dispensing port 77 on the customer side (rear surface side of the housing) is selected in advance by an operation by the operator. Then, the banknotes are withdrawn from the withdrawal port selected here. The following description assumes that the banknote dispensing port 72 on the operator side (the front surface 12A side of the housing 12) is selected. However, when the banknote rear side dispensing port 77 is selected, the main transport path 38 is selected. Although the driving direction is reversed, the dispensing operation is performed in substantially the same manner.
When making a withdrawal, the banknote S is transported from any one of the reflux warehouses 20 to 22 toward the withdrawal unit 16 via the main transport path 38, and the withdrawal is performed during the transport of the main transport path 38. When the bill S is identified by the identification unit 48, the timing at which the identification information detection completion position is reached, specifically, the bill S is detected by various sensors for identifying the bill S constituting the withdrawal identification unit 48. At the timing when the detection has been completed over the entire long side direction, the controller temporarily stops the conveyance of the bill S by the conveyance unit 37. If the banknote S is identified as not being double-fed by the withdrawal identifying unit 48 while the conveyance is stopped, the controller then opens the sorting unit 39G for sorting to the dispensing unit 16. By doing so, the banknote S can be received by the dispensing unit 16, and the transport of the banknote S by the transport unit 37 is resumed. Thereby, the sorting unit 39G sends the banknote S to the dispensing unit 16 via the branch conveyance path 39. In this case, the withdrawal identification unit 48 has only a double detection sensor and checks only double feeding.

On the other hand, when the withdrawal identifying unit 48 identifies a multi-feed bill that cannot be dispensed, the timing at which the above-described identification information detection completion position is reached, specifically, the bill S constituting the withdrawal identifying unit 48 is identified. The controller stops the transport unit 37 at the timing when the bills S have been detected over the entire long side direction by various sensors. When the banknote S is identified as a double-fed banknote by the withdrawal identifying unit 48 while the conveyance is stopped, the controller then opens the sorting unit 41G to the withdrawal reject box 18 to perform the operation. The banknote S is put into a state where it can be received in the withdrawal reject box 18, the transport section 37 is reversed, and the banknote S is transported to the withdrawal reject box 18 via the branch transport path 41 by the sorting section 41G.

When the number of banknotes S to be withdrawn is sent to the withdrawal unit 16 by appropriately repeating the conveyance of the banknotes S to the withdrawal unit 16, the withdrawal unit 16 removes the banknotes S from the banknote withdrawal port 72. It is possible to take it out of the machine.

"Recovery processing"
During the collection process, the banknote S is conveyed from any one of the reflux containers 20 to 22 toward the replenishment collection container 17 through the main conveyance path 38, and the withdrawal is identified during the conveyance of the main conveyance path 38. When the banknote S that is not double-fed is identified by the unit 48, the banknotes are detected by various sensors for identifying the banknote S constituting the withdrawal identification unit 48, specifically, the timing at which the identification information detection completion position is reached. At the timing when S is detected over the entire long side direction, the controller temporarily stops the conveyance of the banknote S by the conveyance unit 37. If the banknote S is identified as not being double-fed by the withdrawal identifying unit 48 while the conveyance is stopped, the controller then distributes the sorting unit to the collection port 17b of the replenishment collection box 17. By opening 40 Gb, the banknote S can be received in the replenishment collection box 17, and the transport of the banknote S by the transport unit 37 is resumed. Thereby, the banknote S is sent to the replenishment collection | recovery store | warehouse | chamber 17 via the branch conveyance path 40b by the distribution part 40Gb. In addition, it will collect | recover, confirming the collection amount in the payment | withdrawal identification part 48, and replacement | exchange of the replenishment collection | recovery store | warehouse | chamber 17 is repeated as needed.

On the other hand, when it is identified as a double-fed bill by the withdrawal identification unit 48, various timings for identifying the above-described identification information detection completion position, specifically, the bill S constituting the withdrawal identification unit 48 are identified. The controller temporarily stops the transport unit 37 at the timing when the bills S have been detected over the entire long side direction by the sensor. Note that the banknote S is manually removed from the withdrawal reject box 18 after the collection process is completed. Moreover, in the case of the remaining collection | recovery which collects the banknote S in the banknote depositing / withdrawing machine 11 leaving a part for the next day's change payment etc., since the number of money of the return boxes 20-22 is roughly grasped | ascertained, The above operation is repeated except for the remaining portion. Here, when the three reflux warehouses 20-22 exist as mentioned above, depending on the denomination setting of each reflux warehouse 20-22, the reflux warehouse which makes the remaining number of sheets zero may exist.

"Replenishment process"
When there is a shortage of banknotes in any of the reflux warehouses 20, 21, 22 after withdrawal of all the banknotes S from all of the reflux warehouses 20 to 22 (for example, the next business day) or during withdrawal processing In this case, the banknotes S are replenished from the replenishing and collecting warehouse 17 to all or a part of the reflux warehouses 20, 21 and 22. At the time of replenishment processing after all collection, the replenishment collection store 17 loaded with a plurality of types of bills S in a mixed state is set in the machine before the start of the replenishment processing.

At the time of the replenishment process, the banknotes S loaded in the replenishment collection box 17 are sent one by one from the withdrawal port 17a to the main transport path 38 through the branch transport path 40a, and the banknotes S on the main transport path 38 are deposited identification unit 47. Conveyed in the direction. Thus, the banknote S sent out to the main transport path 38 is identified by the deposit recognition unit 47 during the transport, but the timing to reach the above-mentioned identification information detection completion position, specifically, the deposit identification unit 47. The controller temporarily stops the conveyance of the banknotes S by the transport unit 37 at the timing when the banknotes S are detected over the entire long side direction by various sensors for identifying the banknotes S constituting the. Then, when the denomination of the banknote S is identified by the depositing identification unit 47 while the conveyance is stopped, the controller requires replenishment of the banknote S in any of the reflux boxes 20 to 22 corresponding to the identification denomination. In that case, the one corresponding to the identified denomination of the sorting units 71G, 42G, 43G on the reflux warehouse 20, 21, 22 side is opened, and the reflux warehouse 20, corresponding to the identified denomination, When the replenishment of the banknote S is not required in 21 and 22, the sorting part 40Gb on the collection port 17b side of the replenishment reflux box 17 is opened. After that, the controller resumes the operation of the transport unit 37. However, when the banknote S is filled in any of the reflux containers 20, 21, and 22, the banknote S is moved to the rear side (rear side of the casing 12) by the transport unit 37. ), When none of the reflux cabinets 20, 21, 22 is filled with the banknote S, the transport unit 37 is reversed to transport the banknote S back to the front side (the front surface 12A side of the housing 12).

Thus, when the operation of the transport unit 37 is resumed, the banknote S corresponds to the identification denomination in the situation where the replenishment of the banknote S is currently required in the reflux cabinets 20, 21 and 22 corresponding to the identification denomination. In a situation where the banknote S is not currently required to be replenished in the reflux warehouse 20, 21, 22 corresponding to the identification denomination, the banknote S is stored in the replenishment reflux warehouse. 17 will be collected. Accordingly, only banknotes S that need to be replenished are replenished to the corresponding reflux cabinets 20, 21, and 22, and banknotes S that do not need to be replenished are returned to the supplementary reflux cabinet 17.

The operation for filling the banknote is repeated until the number of banknotes stored in the reflux cabinets 20, 21, 22 reaches the set number. If the operation is continued in this way, even if the denominations of the banknotes S in the replenishment collection box 17 are mixed, the set number of banknotes S is automatically replenished to the target reflux boxes 20, 21 and 22. Become.

"Refining processing of recirculation cabinet"
When the multi-feed of the banknote S is detected by the withdrawal identification unit 47 during the withdrawal process by the banknote depositing and dispensing machine 11, the banknote S is rejected as it is without knowing the number of multi-feed banknotes as described above. It is collected in the storage 18. For this reason, when the banknote depositing / dispensing machine 11 is repeatedly withdrawn, it may be impossible to accurately grasp the number of banknotes S accommodated in the respective recirculation cabinets 20, 21, and 22. In the banknote depositing / dispensing machine 11, as a countermeasure, the number of banknotes stored in the recirculation cabinets 20, 21, 22 can be scrutinized using the replenishment collection box 17.

In carrying out the scrutiny of the reflux containers 20, 21, and 22, the replenishment / recovery box 17 is removed from the casing 12, the banknotes stored therein are emptied, and the empty replenishment / recovery box 17 is set in the casing 12. .
Next, from this state, all the stored banknotes are collected from any one of the recirculation cabinets 20, 21, and 22 to the replenishment collection chamber 17, and thereafter, the banknotes S from the replenishment collection chamber 17 are received one by one. Is returned to the original reflux box, and at this time, the deposit discriminating unit 47 counts the exact number of banknotes S. Thereafter, the same processing is sequentially performed on the remaining ones of the reflux cabinets 20, 21, and 22, and the number of stored banknotes in all the reflux cabinets 20, 21, and 22 is accurately counted.
In addition, the operation | movement which collect | recovers the banknotes S of each return warehouse 20,21,22 to the replenishment collection | recovery warehouse 17, and the operation | movement which returns the collect | recovered banknotes S to the original reflux warehouse 20,21,22 are the above-mentioned collection process and replenishment process. It is the same.

According to the banknote depositing and dispensing machine 11 of the present embodiment described above, the depositing unit 15 into which the banknote S is inserted from the outside of the machine, and the withdrawal unit from which the banknote S is drawn out from the inside of the apparatus so that it can be taken out of the apparatus. 16 and the backside withdrawal unit 85, a plurality of reflux storages 20 to 22 for storing the banknotes S and withdrawing the stored banknotes S to the withdrawal unit 16 or the backside withdrawal unit 85, the depositing unit 15 and the refluxing unit. The banknote S from the warehouses 20 to 22 can be stored and the banknote S can be replenished to the reflux warehouses 20 to 22, and the withdrawal of the banknotes S withdrawn from the reflux warehouses 20 to 22 is rejected. A withdrawal reject box 18 for storing banknotes S is juxtaposed in this direction so that the thickness directions of the banknotes S received in the same direction are the same, and a direction orthogonal to these juxtaposition directions. Conveying section 37 for connecting them only to one side Because it is disposed, thereby the overall size reduction without being long in one direction. Moreover, the transport unit 37 is disposed only on the same side with respect to the depositing unit 15, the dispensing unit 16, the replenishment collection store 17, the withdrawal reject store 18, the reflux stores 20 to 22, and the rear withdrawal unit 85. Therefore, the direction of sorting to each part is not complicated, the occurrence of a jam during the conveyance of banknotes can be suppressed, and even if a jam occurs, the access to the conveyance unit 37 is easy and the jam can be easily eliminated. In this case, processing is performed by opening the side surface of the housing 12 on the transport unit 37 side.

Further, the depositing unit 15, the dispensing unit 16 and the replenishment collection unit 17 are grouped as a first configuration group 25, and the withdrawal unit 18, the reflux units 20-22, and the rear withdrawal unit 85 are grouped together. And a deposit identification unit 47 for identifying deposited banknotes on the first component group 25 side of the intermediate conveyance path 45 between the first component group 25 and the second component group 26. Since the withdrawal identifying part 48 for identifying the withdrawal banknote is provided on the second configuration group 26 side of the intermediate transport path 45, even if the intermediate transport path 45 is shortened, it is at least as long as one banknote. Can be ensured, and the distance between the withdrawal identifying unit 48 and the dispensing unit 16 that are required to be at least as long as one bill can be secured. Therefore, the length in the juxtaposition direction of the depositing unit 15, the dispensing unit 16, the replenishment collection store 17, the withdrawal reject store 18, the reflux stores 20 to 22, and the rear withdrawal unit 85 can be further shortened.

For example, if the banknote S thrown into the depositing unit 15 is conveyed by the conveyance unit 37 and is identified as the bankable S that can be deposited by the depositing identification unit 47, it is stored in the corresponding one of the recirculation cabinets 20-22. In other words, if the deposit identifying unit 47 identifies the banknote S as a deposit reject banknote that cannot be deposited, it can be transported to the withdrawal unit 16 or the replenishment collection box 17 by reversing the transport unit 37. In addition, when the banknote dispensing port 72 on the operator side is selected, for example, the banknote S stored in the reflux cabinets 20 to 22 is transported by the transport unit 37 and can be withdrawn by the withdrawal identification unit 48. If it is identified as a withdrawal reject banknote S that cannot be withdrawn by the withdrawal identification unit 48, the withdrawal unit 44 reverses the withdrawal unit to reverse the withdrawal. 18 can be stored. Thereby, the conveyance part 37 is not reversed after stopping at the time of identification of the frequently depositable banknote S and the withdrawal possible banknote S, and the conveyance part 37 only at the time of identification of the receipt reject banknote S and the withdrawal reject banknote S with low occurrence frequency. By reversing (switching back) after stopping, it is possible to suppress the increase in processing time as much as possible.

Further, the controller temporarily stops the conveyance of the banknote S by the conveyance unit 37 at a timing based on the timing at which the banknote S conveyed from the depositing unit 15 by the conveyance unit 37 is detected by the deposit identification unit 47, Since it will be in the state which can accept to the thing of the corresponding denomination of the reflux warehouses 20-22, since the conveyance of the said banknote S by the conveyance part 37 will be restarted, identification will be complete | finished after the banknote S is detected. It is not necessary to convey the time until the deposit identification unit 47 and the reflux containers 20 to 22 can be further shortened. Therefore, the length in the juxtaposition direction of the depositing unit 15, the dispensing unit 16, the replenishment collection store 17, the withdrawal reject store 18, the reflux stores 20 to 22, and the rear withdrawal unit 85 can be further shortened.

In addition, the controller temporarily stops the conveyance of the banknote S by the conveyance unit 37 at a timing based on the timing at which the banknote S conveyed from the reflux warehouses 20 to 22 by the conveyance unit 37 is detected by the withdrawal identification unit 48. When the banknote S is in a state where it can be received by the dispensing unit 16, the transport of the banknote S by the transport unit 37 is resumed, and therefore, the time from the end of detection of the banknote S to the end of identification. Further, there is no need to convey the distance, and the distance between the withdrawal identification unit 48 and the withdrawal unit 16 can be further shortened. Therefore, the length in the juxtaposition direction of the depositing unit 15, the dispensing unit 16, the replenishment collection store 17, the withdrawal reject store 18, the reflux stores 20 to 22, and the rear withdrawal unit 85 can be further shortened.

Furthermore, in the first component group 25, the depositing unit 15, the dispensing unit 16 and the supplementary recovery store 17 are arranged in this order, and the supplementary recovery unit 17 is provided most on the second component group 26 side. The distance between the withdrawal identifying unit 48 and the withdrawal unit 16 can be secured after ensuring the usability of the depositing unit 15 and the withdrawal unit 16.

In addition, since the withdrawal reject box 18 is provided closest to the first group 25, the second group 26 can secure a distance between the deposit identifying unit 47 and the reflux box 20.

At the time of withdrawal, when the banknote S is detected by the withdrawal identification unit 48, the transportation of the transportation unit 37 is temporarily stopped, and after the identification that it is not a double feed, the sorting unit 39G is opened and the dispensing unit 16 is opened. Instead of transporting, it is also possible to open the distribution unit 39G from the beginning at the time of withdrawal. However, even at the time of withdrawal, the sorting unit 39G is initially closed, and after the banknote S is stopped, the sorting unit 39G is opened and the banknote is transported to the withdrawal unit 16 so that the bill is being transported when an error occurs. It can be determined from the open / closed state of the transport unit 37 whether the bill is a bill under machine management or a bill that has been withdrawn. That is, if the sorting unit 39G is closed, the banknote S positioned immediately before it is a banknote under machine management, and if the sorting unit 39G is open, even the banknote S positioned immediately before it is withdrawn. It is assumed that the bill S is already handled.

Moreover, in the case of the banknote depositing / withdrawing machine 11 of this embodiment, since the replenishment collection | recovery store | warehouse | chamber 17 with the deposit port 17a and the collection port 17b is used, the replenishment of the banknote S with respect to the reflux stores 20-22, and a money_receiving | payment part 17 and the banknotes S from the reflux warehouses 20 to 22 can be collected by one cassette component, and the cooperation between the replenishment collection warehouse 17 and the deposit identification unit 47 as described above allows the banknotes S to be collected. There is an advantage that the number of stored banknotes can be accurately examined.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the customer-side rear withdrawal portion 85 is similarly arranged in addition to the operator-side withdrawal portion 16 (front-side withdrawal portion) as the withdrawal portion for delivering the banknote S from the cabin. The convenience of withdrawal can be further improved while reducing the size of the entire device and the occurrence of jamming.

The embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various design changes can be made without departing from the gist thereof. For example, in the above-described embodiment, a common replenishment collection warehouse for a replenishment warehouse for replenishing the banknotes S to the reflux warehouses 20 to 22 and a collection warehouse capable of storing the banknotes S from the depositing unit 15 and the reflux warehouses 20 to 22 are used. 17 is provided, but a replenishment store and a collection store may be provided separately. Moreover, it is also possible to make the banknote depositing port 71 and the banknote depositing port 72 of said embodiment into a common depositing / withdrawing port.
