Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a joint joiner disposed at a joint interval formed at a joint portion between adjacent wall materials, and further used as a vertical joint portion of a siding that is installed horizontally as a wall material of a building structure. It's about Joiner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, ceramic and metal siding boards have been widely used as wall materials for building structures in terms of fire resistance and design. These siding boards are limited in length in terms of production, storage and transportation in the factory, and are adjoined in order to adjust the dimensions in the field when the wall material is laid on the wall of a building structure. A seam between the wall members, that is, a vertical joint is made, and joint jointers have been provided as a waterproof measure for the vertical joint.
Conventionally, what is called a dry jointer that does not use a sealing material has been widely used for joints formed at seams of wall materials. For example, a reinforcing core made of a thin metal plate shown in FIG. 5 is made of resin or rubber. The bottom plate part formed by covering with a covering material such as is disposed on the left and right sides, a standing piece is provided at the center of the bottom plate part, and a cushion piece is provided in a substantially arcuate shape extending downward from the left and right sides from the top part. ing. Such a joint joiner is disposed at the joint between the wall members as shown in FIG. 6, and the cushion piece is pressed against the end surface of the wall member and pressed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, for example, when the conventional dry jointer shown in FIG. 5 is used for a metal-type wall material such as metal siding, as shown in FIG. 6, the cushion piece at the junction with the edge of the wall material. Inevitably bends into a polygonal shape and a gap is inevitable between the wall material and the main jointer. For this reason, rainwater infiltrates through the gap and leaves a rain leak mark on the indoor side, causing defects that impair the appearance, and causing problems such as reducing the life of building structures without ensuring watertightness. It was with me. In addition, in such a dry joiner, when used in a seam of a wall material such as a metal siding, the metal siding has a larger coefficient of linear expansion than that of other ceramic siding, so thermal expansion, Large dimensional change due to shrinkage, etc., can not follow the dimensional change of the metal siding due to the change of temperature as the exterior material or the surface temperature of the part exposed to direct sunlight, etc. If the dry joiner is strongly pressed and the hard material is hardened while deforming due to creep, or it is severely damaged, it may be damaged, and the water tightness of the joint cannot be ensured. The stored water may be expanded and contracted by repeated freezing and thawing, which may cause a surface detachment of the wall material, strength deterioration, and a defect that causes swelling of the base material, so-called frost damage serious problem. There was. In addition, the width of the joint portion, which is the joint of the metal wall material, is predetermined because the opening and closing of the cushion piece changes greatly due to variations in the pressure contact force during construction of the metal wall material. It was difficult to ensure the dimensions.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of various investigations to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention, the upright portion formed of a hard material is erected substantially vertically from the substantially center of the bottom portion, on both sides near the top of the upright portion, A substantially fin-shaped sealing tongue formed by a flexible soft material formed so as to be in pressure contact with an edge of an adjacent wall member is disposed, and the sealing tongue and the bottom portion A second seal tongue piece formed of a soft material having further flexibility is disposed on both sides of the upright portion. Further, a width guide piece that is substantially parallel to the seal tongue piece and shorter than the length of the seal tongue piece is disposed between the seal tongue piece and the second seal tongue piece. These seal tongue pieces are formed by being formed in a substantially fin shape with a thin tip, and the width of the joint portion is secured to a predetermined size by the width guide piece, so that the vicinity of the tip of the seal tongue piece is adjacent. pressed against the edge of the wall material, it is construction is pressed against.
[0005]
For this reason, the edge of the wall material can be pressed against the seal tongue piece and the wall material can be pressed, and the wall surface due to variations in the dimensions of the cut surface of the wall material or changes in the weather conditions of the wall material, that is, the direct sunlight The seal tongue can easily follow dimensional changes such as temperature rise on the surface of the material, thermal expansion due to high air temperature, and contraction due to low air temperature. In addition, since the tip of the seal tongue presses the edge surface of the wall material, there is no gap between the joint joiner and the wall material, so there is no joint between the adjacent wall material, the wall material and the joint material. Rainwater leakage due to the capillary phenomenon of the joiner portion can be prevented, water tightness and frost damage resistance can be improved, and the finish and appearance after construction of this wall material can be improved.
[0006]
【Example】
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 show an embodiment of the joint joiner of the present invention used for the joint spacing formed at the joint of adjacent wall materials and the other. It is sectional drawing which shows the Example. In the embodiment of the present invention, the joint joiner 10 has a bottom surface portion 11 formed of a hard material corresponding to the base, and is integrally formed with the bottom surface portion 11 at substantially the center of the bottom surface portion 11. The raised portion 12 is erected substantially vertically. On both sides in the vicinity of the top portion 16 of the upright portion 12, seal tongues 13 formed of a flexible soft material are disposed substantially vertically, that is, substantially parallel to the bottom surface portion 11, and the seal tongue pieces 13, width guide pieces 14 formed of a hard material are disposed on both sides of the upright portion 12 on the side of the bottom surface portion 11, and the bottom surface portion 11 and the upright portion 12 together with the seal tongue piece 13 and the width guide piece 14. And the height of the width guide piece 14 from the upright portion 12 is lower than the height of the seal tongue 13 from the upright portion 12. The seal tongue 13 is formed in a substantially fin shape in which a root portion integrally formed with the upright portion 12 in the cross section is thick and thin toward the tip.
[0007]
This jointer 10 is used for the joint part 17 that forms the joint between the adjacent wall members 20a and 20b, and the wall members 20a and 20b are constructed so as to contact the width guide piece 14 of the jointer 10. The width of the joint portion 17 can be ensured with a predetermined dimension by the height of the width guide piece 14 formed of a hard material, and the temperature of the tip thin portion 13b of the seal tongue piece 13 formed of a soft material Therefore, it is possible to follow the dimensional change of the wall material due to the change in the temperature and the temperature increase due to direct sunlight, so that it is not necessary to cause capillary action in the interval between the seal tongue 13 and the wall material edge 21, and rainwater leakage is prevented. It is possible to prevent water resistance and frost damage resistance. Furthermore, since the second sealing tongue 13 formed of a flexible soft material is disposed on both sides of the raised portion 12 on the bottom surface 11 side from the width guide piece 14, rainwater leakage is prevented. In addition, water tightness can be improved.
[0008]
Further, in this example, on both sides of the bottom surface portion 11, a draining portion 15 for preventing intrusion of rainwater is disposed in a direction that protrudes toward the upright portion 12 side.
[0009]
Also, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the both end edges 21 of the wall material and the surface of the seal tongue piece top portion 16 are in contact with each other at intervals of the joint portion 17 forming the joint of the adjacent wall materials 20 a and 20 b, and the seal When the sealing 18 is filled so as not to adhere to the surface of the tongue piece top portion 16, the change in the distance between the adjacent wall material 20 and the joint portion 17 due to a change in temperature or a temperature increase due to direct sunlight may follow. Yes, water resistance is complemented.
[0010]
【Effect of the invention】
As described above, the joint joiner 10 according to the present invention is used for the joint portion 17 that forms the joint of the adjacent metal wall materials 20a and 20b, and the edge portion 21 of these wall materials 20a and 20b is used as the joint. When constructed so as to be in pressure contact with the width guide 14 of the joiner 10, the width of the joint portion 17 is secured to a predetermined size by the height of the width guide 14 formed of a hard material, and is formed of a soft material. The tip thin piece 13b of the seal tongue 13 thus pressed is brought into pressure contact with the end edge 21 of the wall member 20, so that a capillary phenomenon may occur in the space between the seal tongue 13 and the end edge 21. It is possible to prevent leakage of rainwater and improve water tightness and frost damage resistance.
