Claims (9)
- 外部空気流に曝される外板(15)によって形成された外表面(17)を有するカウリング(14)を備えたタービンエンジン用の冷却装置(18)であって、
前記カウリング(14)の外表面(17)と熱的に結合した第1の端部(29)と熱源に熱的に結合した第2の端部(44)とを有する少なくとも1つのヒートパイプ(20)を含み、
前記熱源からの熱を、前記ヒートパイプ(20)を通して前記外部空気流に移送することができるようになっており、
前記冷却装置(18)は、内側パネル(24)及び周壁(26)を備えかつ開口部(27)を形成したトレー(22)をさらに含み、
前記開口部(27)が、前記外表面(17)と熱連通状態で配置され、
前記少なくとも1つのヒートパイプ(20)の各々の第1の端部(29)が、前記トレー(22)内に収容される
ことを特徴とする、冷却装置(18)。 - 前記少なくとも1つのヒートパイプ(20)の第2の端部が、それを通して加熱流体の流れを受けるようになった熱交換器の中空内部内に配置される、請求項1記載の冷却装置(18)。
- 前記トレー(22)内部の前記少なくとも1つのヒートパイプ(20)の端部が、非円形断面形状を有する、請求項1記載の冷却装置(18)。
- 前記トレー(22)内部にかつ前記少なくとも1つのヒートパイプ(20)の周りに配置された熱伝導性充填材料(32)をさらに含む、請求項1記載の冷却装置(18)。
- 前記充填材料(32)の外面が、前記カウリング(14)の外表面(17)の一部分を形成するような形状になっている、請求項4記載の冷却装置(18)。
- 前記カウリング(14)の外板(15)が、前記トレー(22)の開口部を覆って延びる、請求項1記載の冷却装置(18)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのヒートパイプ(20)が、前記外板(15)の内部表面に当接して配置される、請求項1記載の冷却装置(18)。
- 各ヒートパイプ(20)が、作動流体を収容する空洞(30)を形成した閉端部付きの細長い外壁(28)を含む、請求項1記載の冷却装置(18)。
- 前記熱源が、前記タービンエンジンからの潤滑オイルであり、
該冷却装置(18)が、前記潤滑オイルを許容作動温度に維持するのを可能にする、
