Claims (5)
- 実質的に円筒状の圧縮機軸スタブアクスル(4)と、圧縮機軸スタブアクスル内に同軸に設置された実質的に円筒状のタービン軸(2)と、タービン軸と圧縮機軸スタブアクスル間のトルクを伝達する手段(8)と、タービン軸の上流端部を圧縮機軸スタブアクスルに締め付ける締め付け手段(16、18、24、28)とを備える、タービン軸とターボ機械圧縮機軸のスタブアクスル間の組み立て体であって、
圧縮機軸スタブアクスル(4)がその内部面から半径方向に延在する複数の歯(10)を有し、タービン軸(2)にはその上流端部に各々2個の隣接する舌部(14)の間に形成された複数の軸方向スロット(12)が設けられ、スタブアクスル(4)の歯(10)がタービン軸(2)のスロット(12)と協働し、締め付け手段が、
各々2個の隣接する舌部(22)の間に形成された複数の軸方向スロット(20)を有し、タービン軸(2)の上流端部に形成されたネジ(18)上に固定されるナット(16)と、
締め付けナット(16)の複数の舌部(22)およびタービン軸(2)の複数の舌部(14)と夫々協働して該ナットの回転を防止する複数の開口部(26)を有する、ナットを固定するためのブロッキングリング(24)とを備えていることを特徴とする、組み立て体。 - 締め付け手段が、ブロッキングリング(24)を軸方向に保持するための保持リング(28)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組み立て体。
- タービン軸(2)のネジを付けた上流端部の各ネジ(18a)が半径方向の中間面(P)に対して非対称であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の組み立て体。
- 組み立て体が軸方向調節スペーサを形成するリング(30)をさらに備え、前記リングが、タービン軸(2)中のスロット(12)の両端部に受容されて圧縮機軸スタブアクスル(4)の歯(10)にも軸方向に接する複数の歯(32)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組み立て体。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組み立て体を、低圧タービン軸(2)と低圧圧縮機軸のスタブアクスル(4)との間に含む、ターボ機械。
