Description
Claims (12)
- 原子炉は複数の燃料要素と多数の制御棒とを有する炉心を封入し、各燃料要素は複数の燃料棒を含み、各燃料棒はクラッディングと、クラッディングにより形成された内部空間内に封入された核燃料とを含み、各制御棒は、前記原子炉の連鎖反応に影響を与えるために、前記炉心の内部の対応する燃料要素間の対応する位置へ挿入が可能であり、また前記位置から抜き出し可能である原子力プラントの原子炉を稼働させる方法であって、
殆どの制御棒が抜き出されている通常の稼働中に、該通常時の連鎖反応で、前記原子炉を稼働するステップと、
任意の前記燃料棒のクラッディング上の欠陥を検出するために、前記原子炉を監視するステップと、
前記燃料棒のクラッディング上の欠陥を検出した後に、前記制御棒の少なくとも数個を前記炉心の内部の対応する位置に挿入することにより、前記原子炉の連鎖反応を低下するステップと、
前記少なくとも数個の制御棒が、一定の時間間隔、前記炉心内の前記各位置へ挿入される特定状態中に、前記通常の稼働中に比較して低下された連鎖反応で、前記原子炉を稼働するステップと、
前記通常の稼働状態で原子炉の稼働を継続するために、挿入された前記制御棒を前記一定の時間間隔の後に抜き出すステップと、
を含む原子力プラントの原子炉稼働方法。 - 全ての前記制御棒は、
前記特定状態中である前記一定の時間間隔の間、前記炉心の内部の対応する位置に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の原子力プラントの原子炉稼働方法。 - 前記連鎖反応を低下するステップでは、
前記炉心の内部の対応する特定の位置へ制御棒の異なる複数の群を連続的に挿入し、それぞれの前記群は、前記炉心の特定の部分に対応して定義されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の原子力プラントの原子炉稼働方法。 - 前記連鎖反応を低下するステップは、
前記欠陥が検出された後、少なくとも72時間内に実行されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか一項に記載の原子力プラントの原子炉稼働方法。 - 前記連鎖反応を低下するステップは、
前記欠陥が検出された後、少なくとも48時間内に実行されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の原子力プラントの原子炉稼働方法。 - 前記連鎖反応を低下するステップは、
前記欠陥が検出された後、少なくとも27時間以内に実行されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の原子力プラントの原子炉稼働方法。 - 前記連鎖反応を低下するステップは、
前記欠陥が検出された直後に実行されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の原子力プラントの原子炉稼働方法。 - 前記原子炉は、
全ての前記一定の時間間隔中に、低下された連鎖反応にて稼働されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の原子力プラントの原子炉稼働方法。 - 全ての前記制御棒は、
全ての前記一定の時間間隔中に、前記炉心の内部の対応する位置に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の原子力プラントの原子炉稼働方法。 - 前記特定状態は、
前記制御棒の少なくとも数個が、交互に対応する位置に挿入され、また前記位置から抜き出されて、連鎖反応の交互の増加及び低下を獲得することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の原子力プラントの原子炉稼働方法。 - 前記検出ステップは、
前記原子炉の稼働中に連続的に監視することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の原子力プラントの原子炉稼働方法。 - 前記検出ステップは、
前記原子炉からのガス流中の放射能量を感知することを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の原子力プラントの原子炉稼働方法。
