Description
The present invention relates to a novel wall surface structure.
In recent years, in buildings such as commercial facilities, apartment houses, and detached houses, there have been active efforts to save resources by conserving air conditioning costs by increasing heat insulation and airtightness.
In general, in a building that is not designed for heat insulation, indoor heat escapes from roofs, floors, windows, walls, and the like during heating in winter, and outdoor heat enters from these parts during cooling in summer. It is said that about one third of such heat loss is caused by the wall surface. Therefore, in order to realize resource saving of buildings, it is indispensable to increase the heat insulation of the outer wall that separates the room from the outside, and various wall structures in which a heat insulating material is provided on the outer wall surface have been proposed. As an example, a wall surface structure in which a heat insulating material layer made of polystyrene foam, phenol foam, or the like is provided on the outer wall surface of a building and a coating film is further provided is known (for example, Patent Document 1).
However, in such a wall surface structure, the heat insulating material easily expands and contracts due to a temperature change or the like, and thus there is a possibility that defects such as cracking and peeling occur in the coating layer. Moreover, most of the coating film layers described in Patent Document 1 and the like have a monotonous color tone, and are currently poor in design.
The present invention has been made in view of the problems as described above, and in the case where a heat insulating material is provided on the outer wall of a building and a coating layer is provided thereon, the design of the finished appearance is enhanced, and over a long period of time. The purpose is to maintain a stable aesthetic.
As a result of earnest studies to achieve the above object, the present inventor found that the coating layer is a wall surface structure in which a heat insulating material layer and a coating layer are sequentially laminated with respect to the base material constituting the outer wall surface of the building. Has been conceived to be formed by a specific primer coating film and a decorative coating film, and the present invention has been completed.

In the wall surface structure of the present invention, it is possible to improve the design of the finished appearance, and to maintain a stable aesthetic appearance over a long period of time.
Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described.
In the wall surface structure of the present invention, a heat insulating material layer and a coating film layer are sequentially laminated on a base material constituting an outer wall surface of a building. Of these, the base material constitutes the outer wall surface of the building. Specifically, concrete, mortar, cement board, extrusion board, slate board, PC board, ALC board, fiber reinforced cement board, metal siding board, ceramic siding board, ceramic board, calcium silicate board, plastic board, Hard wood piece cement boards, bricks, tiles, etc. are used. Such a substrate may have an existing coating layer or the like.
The heat insulating material layer imparts heat insulating properties to the outer wall surface. As the heat insulating material layer, various materials having heat insulating performance can be used, but foamed organic resin heat insulating materials such as polystyrene foam and polyurethane foam are suitable. Such a foamed organic resin heat insulating material has low thermal conductivity and excellent heat insulating performance. The plate-like foamed organic resin heat insulating material can be fixed to the base material using an adhesive, a metal fitting or the like. Although the thickness of a heat insulating material layer is not specifically limited, Usually, it is about 5-150 mm.
A reinforcing layer made of a polymer cement layer and / or a net-like body may be provided between the heat insulating material layer and the coating layer. By providing such a reinforcing layer, the strength, durability, crack prevention property, etc. of the laminate can be increased. In the reinforcing layer, a form in which a network is embedded in the polymer cement layer is preferable.
The coating layer in the present invention has an undercoat material coating and a decorative coating. Among these, the undercoat coating film is a carboxyl group-containing acrylic resin whose outer layer has a glass transition temperature of -20 to 100 ° C, and whose inner layer is a silicone resin derived from a cyclic siloxane compound and an acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of -80 to 20 ° C. It is formed of a primer material containing a multilayer structure type synthetic resin emulsion (A) containing a resin (hereinafter referred to as “component (A)”). This primer coating film ensures the adhesion of the coating layer to the base, prevents the cracking, peeling, and swelling over time, adjusts the surface condition of the base, and improves the finish of the decorative coating. It has the effect of increasing.
In the present invention, by using such a component (A) in the undercoat material, it is possible to ensure stable performance in the followability to the base, the adhesion, and the like. Furthermore, excellent effects can be obtained in water resistance, weather resistance, etc., which is advantageous in terms of maintaining aesthetics. The weight ratio of the outer layer to the inner layer in the component (A) is usually 80:20 to 20:80, preferably 70:30 to 30:70.
In order to generate a carboxyl group in the outer layer of the component (A), a carboxyl group-containing monomer may be used as a monomer constituting the outer layer. Examples of the carboxyl group-containing monomer include acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, crotonic acid, maleic acid or a monoalkyl ester thereof, itaconic acid or a monoalkyl ester thereof, fumaric acid or a monoalkyl ester thereof. Among these, at least one selected from acrylic acid and methacrylic acid is particularly preferable. The usage-amount of a carboxyl group-containing monomer is 0.1 to 40 weight% normally with respect to the resin solid content of (A) component, Preferably it is 0.5 to 20 weight%. Such a carboxyl group contributes to improvement in adhesion.
The outer layer of the component (A) is a copolymer of the above carboxyl group-containing monomer, (meth) acrylic acid ester, and other monomers as required. Examples of (meth) acrylic acid esters include methyl (meth) acrylate, ethyl (meth) acrylate, isopropyl (meth) acrylate, n-butyl (meth) acrylate, isobutyl (meth) acrylate, t-butyl (meth) acrylate, n-amyl (meth) acrylate, isoamyl (meth) acrylate, n-hexyl (meth) acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl (meth) acrylate, octyl (meth) acrylate, decyl (meth) acrylate, dodecyl (meth) acrylate, octadecyl ( Examples include meth) acrylate, cyclohexyl (meth) acrylate, phenyl (meth) acrylate, and benzyl (meth) acrylate. Examples of other monomers include amino group-containing monomers, pyridine monomers, hydroxyl group-containing monomers, nitrile group-containing monomers, amide group-containing monomers, epoxy group-containing monomers, carbonyl group-containing monomers, alkoxysilyl group-containing monomers, aromatic monomers, etc. Is mentioned. Of these, the use of t-butyl (meth) acrylate as the (meth) acrylic acid ester is advantageous in terms of improving adhesion and preventing the occurrence of blistering and peeling of the coating film.
(A) Tg of the outer layer of a component is -20-100 degreeC normally, Preferably it is -10-60 degreeC. When Tg is out of the above range, sufficient adhesion cannot be obtained. Moreover, when Tg is too low, it becomes easy to generate | occur | produce a crack in a decorative coating film, and when Tg is too high, it becomes difficult for a primer coating film to follow a foundation | substrate. In the present invention, Tg is a value determined by the Fox calculation formula.
The inner layer of the component (A) includes a silicone resin derived from a cyclic siloxane compound and an acrylic resin having a Tg-80 to 20 ° C. In the present invention, when the inner layer of the component (A) is composed of such two kinds of specific resins, it is possible to exhibit excellent performance in the followability to the ground and the adhesion. The weight ratio of the silicone resin and the acrylic resin in the inner layer is usually 70:30 to 1:99, preferably 60:40 to 3:97. The Tg of the acrylic resin in the inner layer is desirably lower (preferably lower by 10 ° C. or more) than the Tg of the acrylic resin in the outer layer.
Among these, the silicone resin is obtained by polymerizing a cyclic siloxane compound. Examples of the cyclic siloxane compound include hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, and the like. When polymerizing such a cyclic siloxane compound, a linear siloxane compound, a branched siloxane compound, an alkoxysilane compound, or the like can also be used. Of these, as the alkoxysilane compound, a silane compound having one or more alkoxyl groups in the molecule can be used. For example, tetramethoxysilane, methyltrimethoxysilane, dimethyldimethoxysilane, vinylmethyldimethoxysilane, γ- Silane coupling agents such as (meth) acryloyloxytrimethoxysilane and 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane can be used. The average molecular weight of the silicone resin is usually 10,000 or more, preferably 50,000 or more.
(A) Tg of the acrylic resin which comprises the inner layer of a component is set to -80-20 degreeC (preferably -60-10 degreeC). When Tg in the inner layer acrylic resin is out of such a range, sufficient adhesion cannot be obtained. Moreover, when this Tg is too low, the decorative coating film is likely to crack, and when the Tg is too high, the undercoat of the undercoat coating film becomes insufficient. The acrylic resin constituting the inner layer of the component (A) can be obtained by copolymerizing (meth) acrylic acid ester and other monomers as necessary so that Tg is in such a range.
The form of these two kinds of resins in the inner layer of the component (A) is not particularly limited, and may be a form in which the two are uniformly mixed with each other. The form in which the silicone resin is inside and the acrylic resin is outside, the acrylic resin May be a form in which the internal / silicone resin is present outside, a form in which the silicone resin is dispersed in the acrylic resin, a form in which the acrylic resin is dispersed in the silicone resin, and the like.
(A) Although the manufacturing method of a component is not specifically limited, For example, after carrying out the emulsion polymerization of the acrylic resin which comprises an inner layer in presence of the aqueous dispersion of a silicone resin, the method of carrying out the emulsion polymerization of the acrylic resin which comprises an outer layer, etc. Can be adopted.
The undercoat material may contain a synthetic resin emulsion other than the component (A), a water-soluble resin, and the like. Moreover, a coloring pigment, an extender, etc. may be contained.
