Description
The present invention relates to a small pressure-sensitive adhesive label sheet that can be suitably printed by using a line thermal printer, and particularly relates to a small pressure-sensitive adhesive label sheet that is suitably used in a line thermal printer with a peeling device.
Conventionally, an adhesive label sheet in which various information such as a barcode, a product name, a company name, and a price is printed on the surface of the adhesive label by a barcode printer is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). A conventional adhesive label sheet will be described with reference to the plan view of FIG. 3 and the BB cross-sectional view of FIG. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the conventional pressure-sensitive
In this case, since the
However, when printing is performed on a narrow, small-sized adhesive label using the
In general, such an
On the other hand, only the peripheral part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive label was punched out in the above process, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive label sheet in the state left on the belt-like mount was used without removing the residue around the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet from the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. It has been known. With such an adhesive label sheet, even if the width of the adhesive label is extremely small, the contact width between the thermal head and the surface of the adhesive label covers the entire width of the adhesive label sheet, so the thermal head partially wears. There is no such thing.
However, because the adhesive itself has fluidity, simply punching around the adhesive label will cause the adhesive to be extruded from the periphery of the label due to wrapping when the adhesive label sheet is formed into a roll, etc. In some cases, the pressure-sensitive adhesives are connected again, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive label and the residue are connected. Using the pressure-sensitive adhesive label sheet in such a state, even if an attempt is made to peel off the pressure-sensitive adhesive label by turning the transport direction of the belt-like mount and the waste portion with a peeling device, the pressure-sensitive adhesive label and the waste portion are not easily separated, There are problems such as occurrence of defective peeling.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and even when used in a bar code printer having a line thermal head, the print density does not become excessively high and partial wear of the line thermal head does not occur. It is an object of the present invention to provide a small pressure-sensitive adhesive label sheet that can perform suitable printing. Another object of the present invention is to provide a small pressure-sensitive adhesive label sheet that can be suitably peeled off without causing a defective peeling of the pressure-sensitive adhesive label even when used in a peeling device.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configuration.
The small pressure-sensitive adhesive label sheet of the present invention, which has been made to solve the above problems, pays attention to the fact that the thermal head pressure is dispersed by increasing the contact width with the line thermal head. a small adhesive label sheet for line thermal printer comprising peelably continuously provided labels, both widthwise end portions of the backing strip is folded successively in the longitudinal direction into the small adhesive label on the same plane The strip-shaped mount is formed so as to be continuous with a constant width at substantially the same height as the small pressure-sensitive adhesive label, and the folded belt-like mount is spaced at least a predetermined distance from the small pressure-sensitive adhesive label. .
The total length in the width direction of the small pressure-sensitive adhesive label and the folded belt-like mount is desirably ½ or more of the length in the width direction of the belt-like mount excluding the folded portion .
In addition, a gap of at least 1 mm is provided between the small pressure-sensitive adhesive label and the folded belt-shaped mount, and the belt-shaped mount is separated by a peeling device that turns the transport direction of the belt-shaped mount and peels the small pressure-sensitive adhesive label. The small adhesive label can be peeled off.
The present invention has the following effects.
According to the small pressure-sensitive adhesive label sheet of the present invention , both end portions in the width direction of the belt-like mount are continuously bent in the longitudinal direction on the same surface as the small pressure-sensitive adhesive label, and are continuous with a constant width at substantially the same height as the small pressure-sensitive adhesive label. Since the contact width with the line thermal head is increased, the pressure from the line thermal head can be dispersed, and wear of the line thermal head and crushing of the print can be prevented.
Also, according to the small type adhesive label sheet, when the total width of the small adhesive labels and folded backing strip provided in backing strip, folded half or more of the backing strip of the full width except the portion, Further, the pressure from the line thermal head can be dispersed, and the wear of the line thermal head and the crushing of printing can be prevented.
Also, between the backing strip by bending the small type adhesive label, and used in at least for 1mm or more intervals are provided, the peeling apparatus for peeling a small adhesive label to deflect the conveying direction of the backing strip Even if it does not generate | occur | produce the peeling defect of an adhesive label, it can peel suitably.
Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the part same as the past, and the description is abbreviate | omitted.
FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view showing a configuration according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the small pressure-sensitive adhesive label sheet 1 is composed of a strip-

In addition, glassine paper is widely used as the
The thickness of the
The thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 9 provided on the back surface of the small pressure-sensitive
The small pressure-sensitive
Further, when the small pressure-
In general, a
On the other hand, the small pressure-sensitive adhesive label sheet 1 of the present invention has an extremely small width as compared with the general pressure-

As described above, the small pressure-sensitive adhesive label sheet 1 of the present invention is provided with the
The configuration of the above embodiment is an example, and it is needless to say that the configuration can be appropriately changed without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, any shape of the auxiliary label can be adopted as long as a predetermined interval is provided between the auxiliary label and the adhesive label to facilitate the peeling of the adhesive label. Further, the auxiliary label does not need to be formed by so-called scrap raising, and may be separately formed and attached to both ends in the width direction of the belt-like mount on which the small adhesive label is temporarily attached. Moreover, you may form an auxiliary | assistant label so that it may be the same height as a small adhesive label by bending the both ends of a strip | belt-shaped mount.
