球相当直径 = 2×(0.239×質量/比重)1/3
(なお、比重はドライアイスの製造法により異なることから、その都度、測定値を使用)
図2に示すような貯留用ホッパー1に、製鉄所にて製造後1日放置した水砕スラグ2を詰め、搬送部3(ベルトコンベア)上に50トン/hrの速度で供給しつつ、ドライアイス(固結処理材)用容器4内に、事前に整粒した球相当直径5mmの粒状ドライアイス5を500kg/hr(ドライアイス原単位で10kg/トン−水砕スラグ、水砕スラグ質量に対する添加率1質量%)の速度で添加し、そのままヤードに約200トン山積みした。
実施例1と同様に、図2に示すような貯留用ホッパー1に、製鉄所にて製造後1日放置した表1に示す組成の水砕スラグ2(含水率6質量%)を詰め、搬送部3(ベルトコンベア)上に50トン/hrの速度で供給しつつ、ドライアイス用容器4から、市販の界面活性系固結抑制材(無機酸塩水溶液、濃度3質量%)を2.5トン/hr(水砕スラグ質量に対する添加率5質量%)で散布し、そのままヤードに約400トン山積みし、人為的な散水などは行わずに3ヶ月間放置した。
実施例2と同様に、図2に示すような貯留用ホッパー1に、製鉄所にて製造後1日放置した表1に示す組成の水砕スラグ2(含水率6質量%)を詰め、搬送部3(ベルトコンベア)上に50トン/hrの速度で供給しつつ、ドライアイス用容器4から、市販の界面活性系固結抑制材(無機酸塩水溶液、濃度3質量%)を2.5トン/hr(水砕スラグ質量に対する添加率5質量%)で散布し、そのままヤードに約2000トン山積みし、人為的な散水などは行わずに3ヶ月間放置した。

Claims (5)
- 質量ならびに比重から換算した球相当直径5mm以上の粒状の固体状二酸化炭素(ドライアイス)を、高炉水砕スラグに添加することを特徴とする、高炉水砕スラグの処理方法。
- 高炉水砕スラグを搬送する工程、高炉水砕スラグを攪拌する工程、高炉水砕スラグを貯留する工程のうち、1つ以上の工程において、前記の粒状の固体状二酸化炭素(ドライアイス)を添加することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高炉水砕スラグの処理方法。
- 高炉水砕スラグを攪拌する工程、高炉水砕スラグを貯留する工程のいずれか一方または双方の工程において、前記高炉水砕スラグを輸送可能な装置を利用して前記高炉水砕スラグを撹拌及び/又は貯留することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高炉水砕スラグの処理方法。
- 高炉水砕スラグを搬送する工程、高炉水砕スラグを攪拌する工程、高炉水砕スラグを貯留する工程のうち、1つ以上の工程において、前記の粒状の固体状二酸化炭素(ドライアイス)を1kg/トン−水砕スラグ以上添加することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の高炉水砕スラグの処理方法。
- スラグを攪拌及び/又は貯留する装置と、質量ならびに比重から換算した球相当直径5mm以上の粒状の固体状二酸化炭素(ドライアイス)をスラグに添加する装置と、を有し、前記高炉水砕スラグを輸送可能な機能を有することを特徴とする、高炉水砕スラグの処理装置。
