上記計量キャップ(20)の周壁部(20a)は、大径筒部(22)の下端に内向きフランジ(24)を付設して、この内向きフランジ(24)の外周部から上記周壁(12)の上半部(12b)へ嵌合可能な嵌合筒部(28)を、内向きフランジ(24)の内周部から下端小径のテーパ状の注出筒部(26)をそれぞれ垂下するともに上記内向きフランジ(24)下面を連結筒部材(10)の上端面に液密に当接させ、かつその注出筒部(26)の下半部前壁部分を飛散防止板(30)として残して、注出筒部(26)の下半部後壁部分を切り欠くことで切欠部(32)とし、
