(J.Comp.Chem.,9,80(1998))

tan-1θ=a/b ……(数式1)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bleaching composition in a container in which a liquid oxygen bleaching detergent composition for clothing, kitchen, and hard surface is contained in a container. In particular, the present invention has high viscosity and high usability, and is highly safe without causing liquid spillage or dripping resulting from operation during use.The present invention relates to a bleach composition in a container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Oxygen bleaches are widely accepted by consumers due to their color and pattern characteristics. In particular, liquid-type oxygen bleaches have been recognized for their ease of use and have become mainstream bleachers for clothing. For this reason, the amount of liquid oxygen bleach consumed annually is increasing year by year.
Liquid oxygen bleaching agents have usage methods that take advantage of their liquid properties. That is, by applying a liquid oxygen bleach directly on the soil, a high concentration liquid oxygen bleach can be allowed to act and a high bleaching effect can be exhibited. In order to accurately apply the liquid oxygen bleach to the soiled part, it is preferable in terms of operation to have an appropriate viscosity. In addition, when the liquid oxygen bleaching agent has an appropriate viscosity, the residence time of the liquid oxygen bleaching agent at the soiled portion becomes longer, and higher bleaching performance can be expressed.
[0003]
On the other hand, when the viscosity of the liquid oxygen bleaching agent becomes high, the drainage from the measuring cap worsens during use, especially when applied directly to dirt, causing dripping and smearing of the measuring cap or the bottle (container body) May be soiled. Furthermore, due to dripping or the like, there arises a problem that the bleaching agent touches the skin or contaminates the surroundings.
Many studies have been made on the shape of the spout of the bottle (container body) in order to improve the dripping when the bleaching agent is measured on the measuring cap. Regarding the shape of the measuring cap, a measuring cap having a double structure of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder is often used. This is because the outer cylinder part is screwed, fits into the bottle (container body) and closes the lid, the inner cylinder is located inside the bottle (container body) and released, leaving the inner cylinder It is structured to return the bleach to the bottle. By using the measuring cap having such a structure together with a bottle (container body) with a devised spout shape, dripping can be effectively suppressed.
[0004]
Referring to FIG. 17, a conventional measuring cap 206 (referred to as type J) has an

[0006]
Such a combination of a bottle (container body) and a measuring cap is effective to some extent for preventing dripping of the bleach remaining inside the inner cylinder.
However, there are also problems due to the double structure of the measuring cap. That is, the bleaching agent weighed in the inner cylinder part of the measuring cap is applied to the object to be washed, or is transmitted to the outer surface of the inner cylinder during the operation to be put into the washing machine, and the outer cylinder of the measuring cap A phenomenon of entering between the inner cylinders occurs. When the cap is closed as it is, the bleaching agent accumulated between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder comes out of the bottle.
Such a dripping causes a problem that the periphery of the bottle is contaminated or the dripped liquid adheres to the skin. In particular, this phenomenon is likely to occur in the case of a coating operation in which a measured amount of bleaching agent is directly applied to an object to be washed little by little.
[0007]
Such a method of use is a particularly recommended method of use for a liquid bleach. As means for solving the above-described problems, examples in which the shape of the container is devised are disclosed in JP-A-9-77102, JP-A-8-48348, JP-A-3-33650, and the like. In particular, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-77102 describes in detail the dripping phenomenon that is a problem to be solved by the present invention.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the methods disclosed in the above documents are effective when applying a small amount of bleach to the maximum liquid volume that can be filled into the metering cap, but it is possible to fill the metering cap. When a liquid having a volume close to the maximum value of the volume of liquid that can be measured is measured and applied, dripping occurs and a satisfactory result cannot be obtained.
Moreover, generally, a method of applying the bleaching agent formulation measured in a measuring cap to a partial stain and putting the rest into a washing machine is performed. Therefore, in consideration of this, and considering the current usage of the liquid bleach, in a coating operation, a state in which the amount of liquid close to the maximum value of the volume of liquid that can be filled in the measuring cap is contained. Must be assumed.
A measuring cap that is suitable for such a method of use and that is safe and does not cause dripping has not yet been satisfactory.
[0009]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The purpose of the present invention is toNot only does it not easily cause dripping, but it measures at least 70% of the maximum volume of liquid that can be filled into the inner cylinder of the measuring cap when the measuring cap is placed horizontally, and is applied. It is an object of the present invention to provide a container-containing bleaching composition having a metering cap that does not cause dripping even if it is performed. Another object of the present invention is to provide a container having a measuring cap that can be used safely without contaminating the bottle (container main body) and the surroundings even if the measuring cap is fixed to the bottle (container main body). Containing bleach compositionIt is to provide.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Inventors of the bleach composition in a container of the present invention,As a result of diligent research in order to solve the above problems, the liquid that is generated from the measuring cap even in the most general usage method can be obtained by satisfying a specific condition that combines the shape of the measuring cap and the viscosity of the bleaching composition. As a result, it was found that the above-mentioned problems could be solved. That is, the bleach composition in a container of the present invention isA bleaching composition having a viscosity at 25 ° C. of 20 mPa · s (millipascals x seconds) or more and 100 mPa · s (millipascals x seconds) or less,A bottle (container body) having a measuring cap having the following characteristics is filled.
[0011]
The shape of the measuring cap for the bleaching composition in a container according to the present invention has a cylindrical shape having a double structure. Weighing can be performed by pouring the bleach composition into the inner cylinder of such a metering cap.
The material of the measuring cap for the container-containing bleaching composition according to the present invention is preferably a thermoplastic resin having a critical surface tension of preferably 0.015 N / m or more, more preferably 0.020 N / m or more. The critical surface tension is measured according to the Zisman method.
As a material of the measuring cap for the bleach composition in a container according to the present invention, as long as the critical surface tension is satisfied, low density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, nylon, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene polymer, polyethylene terephthalate, etc. Any resin can be used. The material of the measuring cap in the present invention is preferably low density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, or polypropylene.
[0012]
The container for the container-containing bleach composition according to the present invention may be colored using a pigment, and a phthalocyanine pigment, a titanium-containing pigment, chromium oxide, cobalt, silica, alumina, etc. as a metal-containing pigment, As general pigments, organic pigments such as azo pigments, anthraquinone pigments, perinone pigments, and thioindigo pigments can be used. If the critical surface tension is too low, the liquid will not drain and cause dripping.
[0013]
Furthermore, general containers additives such as antioxidants, antistatic agents, ultraviolet absorbers and lubricants can be added to the container for the bleach composition in a container according to the present invention. The surface tension can be changed by these additives.
Furthermore, about the shape of the measuring cap of the container for the bleach composition in a container according to the present invention, the following conditions must be satisfied.
That is, h is the height of the outer cylinder of the measuring cap of the container for the bleach composition in a container according to the present invention (height relative to the bottom of the measuring cap), and the height of the inner cylinder (the bottom of the measuring cap). The height of the outer cylinder is defined as H−h = b, where r is the radius of the outer tip of the end face of the opening of the inner cylinder, and the opening of the outer cylinder in the same direction as that defining r When the radius of the outer front end of the end face is R, R−r = a. The r and the R are defined with reference to the central axis of the measuring cap. Here, the reference surface of the bottom surface is defined by a surface outside the closed end portion of the measuring cap.
[0014]
Here, in the measuring cap of the container for the bleach composition in a container according to the present invention, the present invention includes not only the case where the cross-sectional shape in the direction along the central axis of the outer cylinder is straight, In addition, a case where the shape is tapered or totally, or a case where the shape is tapered is included. Furthermore, the present invention includes a case where the cross-sectional shape in the direction along the central axis of the outer cylinder is partially or entirely curved.
Furthermore, in the measuring cap of the container for the bleach composition in a container according to the present invention, the present invention not only includes the case where the cross-sectional shape in the direction along the central axis of the inner cylinder is straight, In addition, a case where the shape is a taper shape or a case where the shape is a taper shape is included. Furthermore, the present invention includes a case where the cross-sectional shape in the direction along the central axis of the inner cylinder is partially or entirely curved.
[0015]
Therefore, in the measuring cap of the container for a bleach composition in a container according to the present invention, when the cross-sectional shape in the direction along the central axis of the outer cylinder is not straight, R in the outer cylinder is the end face of the opening of the outer cylinder. When the cross-sectional shape in the direction along the central axis of the inner cylinder is not straight, r in the inner cylinder is defined as indicating the radius of the outer end of the opening end face of the inner cylinder. To do.
[0016]
In this case, the measuring cap of the container for the bleaching composition in a container according to the present invention is tan-1When θ = a / b (Formula 1), the value of θ is 45 ° or less.
If θ in (Equation 1) exceeds 45 °, the dripping when the agent enters between the inner and outer cylinders and closes the cap during use operation after weighing (injection into the cleaning container, application) Cause. Θ in (Formula 1) is preferably 35 ° or less, and more preferably 30 ° or less. As θ in (Equation 1) becomes smaller, the liquid is less likely to enter between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder.
[0017]
Furthermore, the liquid pool between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder of the cap includes the maximum value of the volume of liquid that can be filled in the inner cylinder and the volume of liquid that can be filled in the inner cylinder when the cap is tilted. There is a close relationship with the maximum value.
Here, the maximum value of the volume of liquid that can be filled in the inner cylinder of the measuring cap when the measuring cap is horizontally arranged is V1, and the inner diameter of the measuring cap is filled when the measuring cap is tilted by the angle θ. Let V2 be the maximum value of the maximum volume of liquid that can be produced. Then, the value of X is calculated by the following calculation formula (Formula 2).
V2 / V1 * 100 = X (Formula 2)
[0018]
In order to perform the coating operation without sagging in a state where more than half of the liquid is in the cap, the value of X defined by (Equation 2) needs to be 70 or more. More preferably, the value of X defined by (Equation 2) is 80 or more. It is even more preferable that the value of X defined by (Formula 2) is 85 or more.
The measuring cap of the present invention is preferably configured such that the value of X defined by (Equation 2) is 150 or less, more preferably 130 or less, and 120 or less. It is even more preferable that the configuration is as follows.
In order to increase the value of X defined by this (Formula 2), there is a method of making the spout diagonal or forming a collar shape.
[0019]
further,In the measuring cap of the container for the bleach composition in a container according to the present invention,A funnel structure can be provided on a part or the entire periphery of the upper part of the inner cylinder of the measuring cap in order to improve the drainage during use operation after weighing. By providing such a funnel structure on the measuring cap, the liquid coming out of the measuring cap can be satisfactorily cut, and in particular, the usability when applied to an object to be washed is improved.
[0020]
In addition, the measuring cap of the container for the bleach composition in a container according to the present invention may be provided with a tapered spout having an angle of 120 ° or less at one or more places around the upper part of the inner cylinder of the measuring cap. it can. The tapered spout is preferably at an angle of 120 ° or less. The tapered spout is more preferably at an angle of 110 ° or less.
[0021]
The main body container of the container for the bleach composition in a container according to the present invention is:Although there is no particular limitation, in general, any container can be used as the main body container in the present invention as long as it is a container used for liquid detergents and liquid bleaches. For the main body container, it is preferable to use an inner plug or nozzle cap having a function of controlling the discharge amount from the main body bottle to enhance the metering ability to the measuring cap, and a function for suppressing dripping during measurement. .
[0022]
The bleaching composition for a container-containing bleach composition according to the present invention is a liquid bleach composition and contains 0.5% by mass or more of a surfactant, preferably 1 to 40% by mass of a surfactant. And a viscosity of 10 mPa · s or more, preferably 10 to 300 mPa · s, and more preferably 20 to 100 mPa · s.
The bleaching composition of the present invention can be thickened by appropriately combining surfactants. As a thickener, polyacrylic acid, crosslinkable polyacrylic acid, polyethylene glycol (PEG), carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) ) Or the like can be added to increase the viscosity. However, the thickening means is not particularly limited to these.
Examples of the bleaching base include hydrogen peroxide or a compound that generates hydrogen peroxide. Examples of the compound that generates hydrogen peroxide include percarbonate and perborate. Hydrogen peroxide is preferable as the bleaching base, and the amount of hydrogen peroxide is preferably 0.1 to 5.5% by mass, more preferably 0.5 to 5.0% by mass. It is.
The composition for a bleaching composition in a container according to the present invention is generally a nonionic surfactant, an anionic surfactant, a cation as long as it is a surfactant used in a bleaching composition or a detergent. A surfactant and the like can be used without any particular limitation. Of these, nonionic surfactants and anionic surfactants are preferred. These surfactants can be used alone, or a plurality of surfactants can be mixed and used.
[0023]
Representative examples of the surfactant mixed in the bleach composition for the container-containing bleach composition according to the present invention include alcohol ethoxylate, amine oxide, alkyl sulfate ester, alkyl ether sulfate ester, and α-sulfo fatty acid ester. And alkylbenzenesulfonic acid, tetraalkylammonium salt and the like. Among these, alcohol ethoxylate and alkylbenzene sulfonic acid are suitable.
[0024]
Particularly preferred alcohol ethoxylates are compounds represented by the following (general formula 1).
R1-O- (CH2CH2O) n-H (General formula 1)
Where R1Represents a linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl group having 7 to 16 carbon atoms, preferably 10 to 16 carbon atoms, particularly preferably 12 to 14 carbon atoms, and n represents the average number of moles of ethylene oxide (EO) added. . Here, the “average number of added moles” means the number of moles of ethylene oxide reacted with 1 mole of alcohol to be used.
[0025]
Specific examples of the alkyl group include a heptyl group, an octyl group, a nonyl group, a decyl group, an undecyl group, a dodecyl group, a tridecyl group, a tetradecyl group, a pentadecyl group, and a hexadecyl group. Examples of the alkenyl group include alkenyl groups corresponding to the above alkyl groups, and examples include a decenyl group, an undecenyl group, a dodecenyl group, a tridecenyl group, a tetradecenyl group, and a pentadecenyl group. The alcohol ethoxylates of general formula 1 can also be used as a mixture. For example, what added ethylene oxide to 2 or more types of alcohol may be used.
The average added mole number of ethylene oxide (EO) is 3 to 12, preferably 4 to 10. The alcohol ethoxylate of the general formula 1 is a surfactant having a high effect on oil stains, and particularly when the average added mole number is in this range, a good bleaching effect on oil stains is obtained, which is preferable.
[0026]
The alcohol ethoxylate represented by the general formula 1 may be a commercially available product or a product that can be produced by reacting ethylene oxide with alcohol using a known method.
Furthermore, a nonionic surfactant having a hydrophobic parameter logP value of 2.0 to 5.0 has a particularly high effect in terms of performance, and is preferable. When a nonionic surfactant having a log P value of 2.5 to 4.5 is used, an appropriate viscosity is exhibited, which is preferable in reducing splashing at the time of refilling.
The “hydrophobic parameter” referred to here is generally used as a parameter indicating the property of the target compound. P in the log P value is expressed as P = Co / Cw as the ratio of the activity of the substance at equilibrium between water and octanol. (Where Co is the concentration of the compound in octanol and Cw is the concentration of the compound in water.) For details on the hydrophobicity parameter, see, for example, “Science Area”, Extra Number, No. 122 (1979). Page 73.
[0027]
As a method for measuring the partition coefficient, there are known a Flask Shaking method, a thin-layer chromatographic method, and a HPLC measuring method. In this specification, Ghose and Pritchett Therefore, it was calculated by using the parameters of Crippen et al. (J.Comp.Chem., 9, 80 (1998))
In addition to the above components, the composition of the present invention is further balanced by adding water as necessary, but other components generally blended in bleaches and clothing detergents may be blended as necessary. Can do.
[0028]
In the liquid oxygen bleach of the present invention, a chelating agent or the like is generally used as a viscosity stabilizer. Examples of the chelating agent include ethane-1,1-diphosphonic acid, ethane-1,1,2-triphosphonate, ethane-1-hydroxy-1,1-diphosphonic acid and its derivatives, ethanehydroxy-1,1, Aminopolyacetic acids such as 2-triphosphonic acid, ethane-1,2-dicarboxy-1,2-diphosphonic acid, organic phosphonic acid derivatives such as methanehydroxyphosphonic acid, nitrilotriacetic acid, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, glycolethylenediaminehexaacetic acid, etc. , Organic acids such as diglycolic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, oxalic acid and gluconic acid, and polymer compounds such as polyacrylic acid and acrylic acid-maleic acid copolymer. By adding a chelating agent, the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide is suppressed, and the viscosity is stabilized by suppressing the generation of radical species that affect the stability of the viscosity. Among these chelating agents, organic phosphonic acid derivatives are particularly preferable.
The amount of the chelating agent is preferably 0.05 to 5.0 mass%, more preferably 0.1 to 3.0 mass%.
[0029]
Furthermore, in general, additives used for liquid oxygen bleaches can be freely added within a range that does not affect the viscosity and interfacial tension.
In particular, components suitable for blending are described below.

(1) Evaluation of dripping
A liquid bleaching agent composition having an amount of 80% of the inner cylinder volume was weighed on the cap and subjected to a coating operation. The dripping property at that time was evaluated according to the following criteria. The evaluation was performed for five people, and the average value of the five people's dripping scores was used as the dripping evaluation score.
Score 5: Can be operated with a sense of security without dripping at all.
Score 4: Little dripping occurs.
Score 3: Very little puddle is generated. Even if the cap is closed, no dripping occurs in the bottle.
Score 2: Liquid flows into the puddle and dripping occurs when the cap is closed.
Score 1: A puddle is generated vigorously.

The dimension of each part of the cap of Examples 1-7 of this invention and the dimension of each part of the cap of Comparative Examples 1-3 are as having described in Table 1 below.
[Table 1]
[0079]
Table 2 below shows the conditions and results of comparative tests for evaluation of dripping on Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 of the present invention.
[Table 2]
[0080]
In Examples 1 to 7 of the present invention, the dripping evaluation score was 4.0 to 5.0 points. That is, the embodiment of the present invention was a level that could be operated with a sense of security without causing dripping at all, or hardly caused dripping. On the other hand, in Comparative Examples 1-3, the dripping evaluation score was 1.6-2.0 points. That is, in the comparative example, the liquid flowed into the liquid pool, and when the cap was closed, the bottle was dripped or the liquid pool was vigorously generated. From the results of the above comparative tests,Of the present inventionIt was confirmed that the bleaching composition in a container can be used with confidence without causing dripping even if the coating operation is performed and without contaminating the bottle and the surroundings.
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, in the bleaching composition in a container, the maximum value of the volume of liquid that can be filled in the inner cylinder of the measuring cap when the measuring cap is horizontally disposed is V1, and the measuring cap is set to the angle θ described above. In the inner cylinder of the measuring cap when tiltedCan be satisfiedWhen the maximum value of the maximum liquid volume is V2, the value of V2 / V1 * 100 isAs 85 or more and 120 or less,A container weighing cap was constructed. This configuration measures the viscosity of the liquid and does not cause dripping even if the application operation is performed, and the bleaching composition in a container having a cap that can be used with confidence without contaminating the bottle or the surroundings. Things can be realized.
