Description
【0001】

[0004]
The above-mentioned problem has occurred in the same manner for glass block panels.
[0005]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a block-shaped glass panel that is safe and does not require time for replacement even if the glass block or the prism glass is broken.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventor arranges a translucent plate under the glass block or prism glass, so that broken glass fragments do not fall, and at the time of replacement, there is no need to install a scaffold, and the replacement can be made at low cost. As a result, the present invention has been proposed.
[0007]
That is, the block-shaped glass panel of the present invention is a block-shaped glass panel in which the design surfaces of a plurality of block-shaped glasses are installed in parallel or inclined with respect to the ground surface. A glass block or prism glass, and each block-shaped glass is installed in a lattice frame, and the lattice frame is made of metal and has a lattice shape that is approximately the outer dimension of the block-shaped glass, A translucent plate is fixed with an adhesive or a sealant on the lattice frame edge of the lattice frame located on the lower side of each block-shaped glass. It is characterized by.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The block-shaped glass panel of the present invention is a block-shaped glass panel in which the design surface of the block-shaped glass is inclined or parallel to the ground surface, for example, a glass block installed on a skylight, a staircase, an underpass ceiling, etc. In the panel or prism glass panel, since the light transmitting plate is arranged on the lower side of the block glass, the broken glass block or prism glass fragments are safe without falling, and the broken glass block or prism Since glass fragments do not fall or mortar does not fall, when replacing, assemble a scaffold and place a collection sheet under the panel, or fit a wooden board into the lattice frame below the prism glass It is not necessary to replace it and can be replaced at low cost.
[0009]
The translucent plate is fixed to the lower surface of the cast iron lattice frame with adhesive, screws, bolts, etc., or between the cast iron lattice frame edge and the frame spacer or between the frame spacer and the block glass. Although it is installed, fixing the translucent plate with an adhesive or sealant is particularly preferable for its waterproof effect. Also, even if the translucent plate is pre-adhered to the frame spacer or block glass, I do not care.
[0010]
In the case of a prism glass panel in which a light-transmitting plate is installed under the panel, it is difficult to condense on the bottom surface of the prism glass on the indoor side, so that it can be used in a place where the humidity on the indoor side becomes high.
[0011]
The translucent plate is not particularly limited as long as it has translucency and does not deform even at a temperature of about 60 ° C. assumed for normal outdoor use. For example, a tempered glass plate, a resin plate, one side or both sides A glass plate or a resin plate with a film attached thereto can be used. Particularly, a resin plate is preferable because it is difficult to break and is inexpensive, and it is further preferable that the resin plate is made of polycarbonate or vinyl chloride.
[0012]
Further, the translucent plate preferably has a thickness of 0.5 to 3 mm, and preferably 0.5 to 2 mm when the translucent plate is polycarbonate or vinyl chloride. That is, if the thickness is less than 0.5 mm, it may cause cracking or missing of the daylighting plate when the block-shaped glass is broken, and if it is thicker than 3 mm, the cost increases, which is not preferable.
[0013]
It is preferable that the light-transmitting plate is colorless and transparent because the design of the block-shaped glass panel is not lost. However, when the light-transmitting plate is translucent or colored, color variations can be increased.
[0014]
In addition, the combination of colorless and transparent, colored and transparent, colorless and translucent, colored and translucent translucent and opaque plates on a block-like glass panel enables drawing of characters and patterns, increasing the number of product variations. preferable.
