前記注出部の本体側に、該栓体の切断、分離に際して把持する第1の摘み部を配置し、前記栓体側に、第1の摘み部と同一線上にて延在し該第1の摘み部から離間する向きに引っ張ることによって該栓体を切断予定線に沿って切断、分離する第2の摘み部を配置してなり、前記第1の摘み部及び第2の摘み部は、周縁部のみ厚肉に形成されていると共に、
