Claims (1)

鋳造製品のチャック装置を金型内外へ移動させる第1の装置の先端に、前記チャック装置を180度回転可能に連結すると共に、前記第1の装置に前記チャック装置を金型内において湯道の存在する方向又はその逆方向に移動させる第2の装置を連結してなる鋳造製品の取り出し装置と、金型から取り出された鋳造製品を検知して前記チャック装置からの解放を指示する装置とを、固定盤金型と可動盤金型との合わせ面の一側面側からの湯道口の反対側に備えてなるダイカスト機であって、
前記チャック装置が、2本の平行のチャックアームと、チャックアームそれぞれの先端にチャックアームに対して直角側方向に平行して180度反対側へ付け替え可能に設けた変換チャック爪と、変換チャック爪同士で鋳造製品の固化湯道を挟持させ、挟持を解除させる両チャックアームの駆動、バネ装置とを、前記第1の装置への連結部を基軸として変換チャック爪が90度下向きに回転可能に連結した鋳造製品のチャック装置であり、かつ、固定盤金型と可動盤金型との間の鋳造キャビティーに両金型合わせ面の一側面側からの湯道を通じて溶湯を射出して鋳造製品を鋳造し、前記チャック装置が、固定盤金型と可動盤金型の開閉に応じて前記の第1及び第2の装置の作動により、固定盤金型と可動盤金型の湯道口の反対側から、開いた両金型間の湯道方向に移動し、鋳造キャビティーから押し出された鋳造製品の固化湯道を挟持して金型外の元の位置に戻り、前記の鋳造製品の検知、指示装置の指示信号に従って変換チャック爪の挟持を解除して、鋳造製品を金型内から取り出すように構成したこと、を特徴とする前記ダイカスト機。
