The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and is suitable for a sheet connection method and a sheet connection method that can easily attach a fastener member to an attachment recess of a fixing member. An object of the present invention is to provide a mounting jig used in the above.

The sheet connecting method of the present invention is a sheet connecting method for connecting an end of a sheet to a fixing member by pulling the end of the sheet, and having the concave groove to which the end of the sheet is connected as the fixing member. the top portion exposed from the sheet end is connected, depressed downward and the sheet pulling direction in a direction substantially perpendicular to rather long, and in a state in which the groove bottom is inclined such as by sheet pulling direction side than the groove opening It is divided into a fastener member having a mounting groove and a fixing member main body having a mounting recess to which the fastener member is mounted, and a hook portion provided in the mounting recess is provided with a hook portion provided in the fastener member. A sheet connecting step of connecting an end portion of a sheet to the fastener member, wherein the fastener member is connected to the fixing member main body by hooking a hook portion; A tensile step allowed to position above the mounting recess of the toner member from the sheet pulled toward the opposite side, while Mase Nyukomi to the mounting in the recess down the fastener member downward, the object to said engaging portion the engaging portion includes a hooking Nyukomi step, in the tensile step and Nyukomi process, possess a gripping portion for gripping a plate-shaped protrusion that is inserted into the mounting groove, the protrusion However, a mounting jig that is inclined so that a tip corresponding to the groove bottom is closer to the pulling direction side than a portion corresponding to the groove opening is used (claim 1).

The mounting jig of the present invention is a mounting jig used in the sheet connecting method according to claim 1, and includes a plate-like protrusion inserted into the mounting groove of the fastener member and a gripping part for gripping. And a connecting portion is provided between the protruding portion and the gripping portion to position the gripping portion closer to the pulling direction in the pulling step than the protruding portion.

In the case of the sheet connecting method and the mounting jig according to the present invention, the protrusion of the mounting jig is inserted into the mounting groove of the fastener member in which the end portion of the sheet is connected to the concave groove, and the gripping portion of the mounting jig is attached. If the fastener member is pulled by hand and pulled to the opposite side of the sheet, positioned above the mounting recess of the fixing member body and lowered downward, the fastener member can be easily inserted into the mounting recess. Therefore, the fastener member can be easily attached to the attachment recess regardless of the size relationship between the length of the fastener member and the attachment recess. Further, in the case of the present invention, the mounting groove is inclined with the groove bottom closer to the pulling direction side than the groove opening, and the tip corresponding to the groove bottom of the mounting groove is the groove opening of the mounting groove. Since it inclines toward the pulling direction side from the corresponding part, the protrusion part inserted in the attachment groove is difficult to come off from the attachment groove. Therefore, the fastener member can be moved with a strong force.

Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below.

Each sheet 3 has an end portion 3a that is folded slightly inward from the end 3b and overlapped twice.
The locking member 23 is inserted inside the end 3a, and the double portion outside the locking member 23 is connected by sewing or the like. For example, a string-like member is used as the locking member 23. The material of each sheet 3 is not particularly limited, and includes a fiber woven fabric or knitted fabric coated with a resin, or a film made only of a fluororesin or a vinyl chloride resin.

A locking member 23 is attached to each concave groove 22b from one of the openings at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the groove. Each concave groove 22b has an opening 22c that is narrower than the inner back portion due to a meat portion 22d provided inside the opening 22c, thereby preventing the locking member 23 from coming out. Note that the width of the opening 22 c is shorter than the diameter of the locking member 23.

Next, the locking member 23 of the sheet 3 on one side (right side in the illustrated example) is attached to the concave groove 22b of the fastener member 22 arranged on the right side in the width direction of the fixing member main body 21 (sheet connection step). This attachment is performed by inserting the locking member 23 from one of the longitudinal ends of the concave groove 22b as described above. After or before this, the locking member 23 of the other sheet 3 (the left side in the illustrated example) is
The fixing member main body 21 is similarly attached to the concave groove 22b of the fastener member 22 disposed on the left side in the width direction.

Next, the fastener member 22 is attached to the attachment recess 20 of the fixing member main body 21. For this attachment, the attachment groove 22e of the fastener member 22 and the attachment jig 50 shown in FIG. 3 are used.
The mounting jig 50 includes a protrusion 50a that is inserted into the mounting groove 22e, a grip 50c that is gripped by hand, and a connecting portion 50b that is provided between the protrusion 50a and the grip 50c. In this mounting jig 50, a protrusion 50 a is inserted into the mounting groove 22 e with respect to the right fastener member 22, the grip 50 c is gripped and pulled leftward, and a protrusion is formed on the left fastener member 22. The projection 50a is inserted into the mounting groove 22e with the part 50a and the gripping part 50c reversed, and the gripping part 50c is gripped and pulled rightward. The protrusion 50a to be inserted into the mounting groove 22e is formed so as to be inclined toward the pulling direction side from the portion where the tip 50d is connected to the connecting portion 50b. On the other hand, the attachment groove 22e of the fastener member 22 is formed to be inclined with the groove bottom 22f closer to the pulling direction side by the attachment jig 50 than the groove opening 22g. As a matter of course, the tip 50d of the protrusion 50a corresponding to the groove bottom 22f has a positional relationship closer to the pulling direction side than the portion of the protrusion 50a corresponding to the groove opening 22g.

The fastener member 22 is attached to the attachment recess 20 by the attachment jig, as shown in FIG. 4, by inserting the protrusion 50a of the attachment jig 50 into the attachment groove 22e of the right fastener member 22 and holding the grip portion. 50c is gripped and pulled leftward so that the fastener member 22 is positioned above the mounting recess 20 on the right side of the fixing member main body 21 (pulling process), and then the gripping portion 50c is lowered to fasten the fastener to the mounting recess 20 The member 22 is inserted and attached (entry process). At this time, the hooked portion 22a is hooked on the hook portion 20a to prevent the hooked portion 22a from coming off. After or before this, the left fastener member (not shown) is attached to the attachment recess 20 on the left side in the width direction of the fixing member main body 21 in the same manner. However, the direction of the mounting jig 50 and the pulling direction are opposite. In this step, the sheet 3 is attached so that the end 3b is positioned on the upper side.

In the above-described embodiment, the protruding portion 50a is formed so as to be inclined so that the tip 50d is closer to the pulling direction side than the portion connected to the connecting portion 50b, and the mounting groove 22e of one fastener member 22 is also formed in the groove bottom. Although 22f is inclined and formed closer to the pulling direction side than the groove opening 22g, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, it may have a configuration in which a flange part bent in the pulling direction side is formed at the tip of the protrusion part 50a, and a concave part in which the flange part is locked is formed on the side surface in the vicinity of the groove bottom 22f of the mounting groove 22e. Or the structure which has another drop prevention means (for example, increasing frictional resistance etc.) may be sufficient. And in the case of having such a prevention means,
The inclination angle of the protrusion 50a and the mounting groove 22e may be vertical or close to vertical.
