BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a temperature characteristic test apparatus having a temperature condition applying means for giving a temperature to be tested to a test object to be tested by being electrically connected to the outside through a conductive member. Of the DUTs whose characteristics are tested by flowing an electric signal, they are advantageously used for temperature characteristic tests of high-frequency electrical components such as crystal oscillators and semiconductor devices.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in a temperature characteristic test of a crystal oscillator, it is necessary to give a plurality of different temperatures to the crystal oscillator. For this reason, the conventional test apparatus is equipped with an air conditioner, and by this, constant temperature chambers that can circulate and supply air at a constant temperature to the test room are arranged in parallel by the number corresponding to the plurality of types of temperatures, and a large number of crystal oscillators are provided. Each DUT board is mounted in a test chamber, and each thermostat is adjusted to the above-mentioned plural types of temperatures. In each thermostat, contact pins are sequentially brought into contact with the individual crystal oscillators for electrical conduction. The vibration frequency that changes according to the temperature is measured. In this case, between each thermostat, the DUT board was moved by passing the seal part of the thermostat by a conveyor device or the like.
[0003]
However, in such an apparatus, since a plurality of thermostats are required, the system becomes complicated and the equipment cost becomes extremely high, and a considerable amount of time is required until the temperature of the thermostat is disturbed during board transfer. Because of this, heat transfer to the crystal oscillator depends on air contact, so it takes a long time to reach the target test temperature of the crystal oscillator, and the temperature of the socket and the DUT board itself equipped with the crystal oscillator is also increased. In this respect, it takes time. Further, since the socket and the DUT board are moved, it is necessary to contact the contact pin for each crystal oscillator to achieve electrical continuity, and it takes a long measurement time. There was a problem.
[0004]
Further, in the thermostatic bath, since the temperature condition to be applied to the crystal oscillator depends on the air conditioning control, there is a problem that it is basically difficult to perform highly accurate temperature control. In addition, there is a problem that a temperature difference is likely to occur between the upstream side and the downstream side of the circulating air, and between the center and both ends, resulting in an uneven temperature distribution, and a long time is required to change the temperature of the crystal oscillator. Furthermore, in the temperature test by the thermostat, a test circuit is arranged in a place with a good temperature condition outside the thermostat, and a test electrical signal is sent to the crystal oscillator via a DUT board and a socket by wiring. The wiring becomes long, which causes a problem in detecting a high frequency to be oscillated.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, and provides a temperature characteristic testing apparatus capable of heating a test object to be tested while being electrically connected to the outside through a conductive member quickly and accurately. Is an issue. In addition, when testing the electrical characteristics of the DUT, we provide a temperature characteristic testing device that can easily and quickly connect the DUT to the contact surface and conduct the electrical connection in a short time to heat the DUT directly. The task is to do. Another object of the present invention is to improve the efficiency of the electrical characteristic test, and to accurately and efficiently perform temperature correction at a low cost when the DUT is a crystal oscillator.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a temperature condition applying means for applying a temperature to be tested to a test object to be tested by being electrically connected to the outside through a conductive member. In a temperature characteristic test apparatus having
The temperature condition applying means is a heat transfer section formed so that the contact surface on which the DUT is placed, the surrounding wall portion surrounding the DUT, and the heat medium are flowed to give the temperature. And a heat transfer plate provided with a heat transfer portion in which a penetrating portion through which the other end portion which is the outside side of the conductive member passes is formed.
[0007]
The heat transfer part preferably includes at least a part of the surrounding wall part and is formed so as to flow the heat medium and give the temperature.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the above, the test object includes a plurality of test objects, and the contact surface, the surrounding wall part, the heat transfer part, and the conductive member correspond to each of the plurality of test objects. It is provided.
[0009]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the above, the DUT has different characteristics depending on the temperature and is tested at a plurality of different temperatures. It comprises a corresponding unit temperature condition applying means.
[0010]
The invention of
[0011]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the above, the electrical connector includes a main body portion supported by the heat transfer plate and one end side portion provided on the main body portion and opposite to the other end side portion of the conductive member. And a urging member that urges the end portion to rotate in the first direction.
When the one end side portion is pressed, the pressed portion formed to rotate the conductive member in the second direction opposite to the first direction and the DUT are placed on the contact surface. A tip portion formed so as to be in contact with the object to be tested, and when the pressed part is pressed against the urging force of the urging member, the object to be tested is placed on the contact surface. The tip is opened so as to open the passage when the test object is placed and the test object is placed on the contact surface, and when the pressure is released, the tip part is formed to contact the test object,
It is characterized by that.

The vibration frequency of the crystal oscillator changes according to the temperature, but varies depending on the state when the crystal plate as the raw material is cut. The figure shows an example of a typical AT cut. Crystal oscillators are used, for example, in a part of electronic circuits of mobile phones. In such applications, even if the environmental temperature changes during use due to summer, winter, hot regions, cold regions, etc., the frequency is always constant. Need to be generated. Therefore, the temperature and the corresponding frequency are measured for each actual product, and a correction value is input to the crystal oscillator based on the measured temperature. The crystal oscillator temperature correction device of the present invention is advantageously used for this purpose.

The processing of the 16 crystal oscillators initially taken from the outside is performed as described above, but the
[0050]
FIG. 11 shows the time required for the test at each temperature stage when the crystal oscillator is sequentially subjected to the temperature test by the in-line method as described above.
In the processing example by the test unit of FIG. 8 and the transfer machine of FIGS. 9 and 10, as shown in the figure, the time for testing the 16 crystal oscillators at each temperature stage is the movement and mounting time of the crystal oscillators of 30 seconds, the soak time 20 A total of 65 seconds consisting of seconds and 15 seconds of measurement.
[0051]
Since this test is continuously performed at each temperature stage in the test unit, this time is the total processing time, that is, one tact time for 16 crystal oscillators. Therefore, in the apparatus of this example, 21,267 crystal oscillators can be tested by performing 1329 cycles in 24 hours a day. This test processing amount corresponds to 4 to 5 times the processing amount in a normal thermostatic bath that takes extremely long temperature stabilization time and measurement time.
[0052]
In the test unit of this example, four crystal oscillators are attached to and detached from one carrier at a time, and four of these carriers are provided for three sections, so that each carrier can be continuously connected. The movement and installation time of the crystal oscillator in one temperature stage is set to 30 seconds, but for the increase or decrease of the processing amount based on the demand of the production line, the number of attachments / detachments of one transport machine is This can be dealt with freely by increasing / decreasing, increasing / decreasing the conveying speed, increasing the number of conveying machines, etc.

【Effect of the invention】
As described above, according to the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the temperature condition applying means includes the heat transfer plate provided with the heat transfer section through which the heat medium flows so as to give the temperature to be tested. There is a contact surface on which the test object to be tested is placed in electrical connection with the outside via a conductive member, so that the test object is efficiently contacted with the contact surface by direct contact with the contact surface. Can transfer heat well. As a result, the device under test can quickly reach the test temperature.
[0060]
Moreover, since the surrounding wall part surrounding the circumference | surroundings of a test object is provided, the temperature change by the thermal radiation or heat absorption from surface parts other than the contact part of the test object put on the contact surface can be suppressed. In this case, if the heat transfer fluid is allowed to flow through at least a part of the surrounding wall, the temperature in the surrounding wall is positively maintained, the temperature retaining property of the contact portion is improved, and the temperature in the surrounding wall is reduced. The heat dissipation or heat absorption can be suppressed more sufficiently by maintaining.
[0061]
In addition, the heat transfer part of the heat transfer plate is formed with a penetrating part through which the other end side, which is the outer side of the conductive member, passes, so heat transfer between the outside via the conductive member and the DUT It can interrupt | block by a heat-transfer part through a penetration part. As a result, the temperature distribution of the test object can be improved, and the entire test object can be uniformly and accurately brought to the test temperature quickly.
[0062]
Furthermore, in the heat transfer plate, the DUT can be electrically connected to the circuit board for testing provided outside through the through-hole of the heat transfer plate, so an external device should be installed in the vicinity of the heat transfer plate. Is extremely easy. As a result, for example, by placing the circuit board at a position immediately below the heat transfer plate, high-speed electrical signals can be exchanged with the DUT very easily and accurately.

[0065]
Further, in the test of the crystal oscillator, the structure can be simplified and the cost can be reduced as compared with the conventional apparatus provided with a plurality of types of thermostatic chambers.
[0066]
In the invention of
[0067]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, when the DUT has different characteristics depending on the temperature and an electric signal is passed to inspect the characteristics, the main body portion having a predetermined configuration in the surrounding wall portion and the support are provided. Since the electrical connector including the portion and the urging member is provided, the test object can be placed on the contact surface and an electric signal can be passed through the test object without any special operation when it is placed.
[0068]
That is, one end side portion of the conductive member provided so as to be able to pass an electric signal is rotatably supported by the support portion supported by the heat transfer plate and is rotated in the first direction by the biasing member. The pressed part and the test object that are urged and can be pressed to rotate in the second direction opposite to the first direction can contact the test object when placed on the contact surface. The tip is opened so as to open a passage when the object to be tested is placed on the contact surface when the pressed portion is pressed against the biasing force of the biasing member. When the test object is placed on the contact surface and the pressure is released, the tip is formed so as to come into contact with the test object. Place on the contact surface and the tip of one end of the conductive member Automatically contacted, it is possible to have ready passage of electrical signals.
[0069]
The pressing means that can be used for such an electrical connector is, for example, an ordinary robot capable of moving up and down and horizontally moving the object to be tested by sucking and supporting the object under test at the nozzle portion, and a pressed portion at one end side portion. It can be manufactured by adding a pressing member that presses. Therefore, according to the present invention, for example, by using the above-mentioned pressing means, the test object can be attached to the contact surface and energized by a series of operations that can be performed in a very simple and short time, ie, pressing-adsorption releasing-pressing releasing. Can be.
[0070]
In addition, by separating the electrical connection portion and the heat transfer contact portion via the contact surface in this way, a very small size test piece of about several square mm like a crystal oscillator can be easily attached to and detached from the contact surface. be able to.
[0071]
Further, by keeping the electrical connector always attached to the heat transfer plate, the heat transfer target with the heat transfer plate can be limited to only the DUT, and the heat capacity can be minimized. As a result, when the test object is mounted on the contact surface, the temperature change of this part and the entire heat transfer plate can be minimized, and the time required for the test object to reach the test temperature can be minimized.
[0072]
Furthermore, in the heat transfer plate, it is extremely easy to install an external device in the vicinity of the heat transfer plate when electrically connecting the conductive member of the electrical connector and a circuit board for testing provided outside. is there. As a result, for example, by placing the circuit board at a position immediately below the heat transfer plate, high-speed electrical signals can be exchanged with the DUT very easily and accurately. In addition, since the conductive member and the circuit board are always connected, it is necessary to establish electrical continuity for each DUT by the contact pin. Therefore, the temperature characteristics of the DUT can be measured by sending and receiving electrical signals. Can be done instantly.
