Description

The present invention relates to a branch pipe that is used to join a branch pipe to a large-diameter pipe and is connected to a hole provided in the large-diameter pipe to form a joint.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a method for easily configuring a joint portion for joining a branch pipe to a large diameter pipe, various methods for connecting a pipe serving as a joint as a branch pipe to a hole provided in a side wall of the large diameter pipe have been provided.
Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 54-148931 discloses a technique using a branch pipe joint (B) as a branch pipe in order to join a branch pipe to a sewage main pipe (A) which is a large diameter pipe. In this technique, a plurality of locking pieces (4) are provided with elasticity by providing a plurality of cuts (3) at the opening (2) of the branch pipe joint (B). And by setting it as such a structure, the branch pipe coupling (B) can be easily attached to a sewer main pipe (A).
In Japanese Patent No. 2901325, a projecting edge (5) by a notch (4) is provided in a difference port (2) of a branch pipe joint (B1), and a reduced diameter holding ring (6) is used to connect the difference port (2). Is reduced in diameter and inserted into the main pipe (A). With such a configuration, the branch pipe joint (B1) can be easily inserted.

Japanese Patent No. 2901325

In the branch pipe joint shown in Patent Document 1 above, since the plurality of locking pieces (4) are on the entire circumference of the outlet (2), the branch pipe joint (B) is inserted into the sewage main pipe (A) and attached. Power is required to Even if the number of the locking pieces (4) is reduced, it is necessary to push the branch pipe joint (B) while aligning it with the center of the connection hole (9) when mounting. In addition, even after the attachment, if the branch pipe joint (B) is displaced from the center of the connection hole (9), the catch of the locking piece (4) is not uniform, and the locking piece (4) is likely to come off. There is.
In the case of the branch pipe joint shown in Patent Document 2, a reduced diameter retaining ring (6) is required separately, and there is a problem that the number of parts increases and a mounting work is troublesome.

Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and does not require a plurality of members, so that it is a single body, thereby making the number of parts one, and connecting to a large diameter pipe is easy and simple. It is an object to provide a branch pipe as a simple joint means that can be attached.

In order to achieve the above object, a branch pipe of the present invention is a branch pipe coupled to a coupling hole provided in a side wall of a large diameter pipe in order to join a branch pipe to the large diameter pipe. An insertion cylinder part to be inserted into the coupling hole, a receiving cylinder part for receiving the branch pipe, and a flange part seated around the coupling hole;
The insertion tube portion includes a plurality of engaging claws that engage with the back surface of the connection hole when the insertion tube portion is inserted into the connection hole of the large-diameter tube, and an inner surface of the connection hole. With a plurality of protruding guides that guide the insertion of the branch pipe by abutting,
At least one of the plurality of engaging claws is formed as a leading insertion claw in which the engagement length with the back surface of the coupling hole is longer than that of the other engaging claws, and the protruding guide is at least The first feature is that a pair is formed on both the left and right sides of the leading insertion nail.
In addition to the first feature described above, the branch pipe of the present invention has a second feature in that the projecting guide projects from the side wall of the insertion tube portion in the same direction as the preceding insertion pawl. It is said.
Moreover, in addition to the first or second feature, the branch pipe of the present invention has a third feature that the top surface of the protruding guide is formed on a surface substantially parallel to the circumferential direction of the insertion tube portion. It is a feature.
Further, in addition to any of the first to third features, the branch pipe of the present invention has a slightly shorter diameter from the tip of the protruding guide to the axis of the branch pipe than the radius of the coupling hole of the large diameter pipe. This is the fourth feature.
Further, in addition to any one of the first to fourth features, the branch pipe of the present invention has a fifth feature that at least one engaging claw is formed as an opposing claw at a position facing the preceding insertion claw. It has the characteristics of
In addition to the fifth feature described above, the branch pipe of the present invention has a sixth feature that the outer surface near the tip of the opposing claw is formed to be inclined toward the tip.

According to the branch pipe according to claim 1, by inserting the insertion tube portion of the branch tube into the coupling hole from the outside of the large-diameter tube, the engaging claws of the insertion tube portion are connected to the back surface of the coupling hole. To be coupled. When the insertion tube portion is inserted, the protruding guide of the insertion tube portion contacts the inner surface of the coupling hole of the large-diameter tube, so that the insertion tube portion is centered and inserted into the coupling hole. Is corrected, and subsequent insertion can be performed smoothly.
According to the branch pipe of the first aspect, it is possible to make a single body without the need for a plurality of members, thereby reducing the number of parts to one.
In addition, it can be easily attached to a large-diameter pipe and can be easily attached.
In addition, since at least one of the plurality of engaging claws is formed as a leading insertion claw in which the engagement length with the back surface of the coupling hole is longer than that of the other engaging claws,
When inserting the branch pipe into the coupling hole, it is easy to hook it on the back of the coupling hole with a long leading insertion claw. Therefore, by inserting the branch pipe at a slight angle so that the preceding insertion claw will invade first, the first insertion claw is first hooked on the back of the coupling hole, and this triggers the other engagement claw. Can be hooked. In other words, after the hook for the leading insertion is first hooked, the inclination of the branch pipe is restored, and the remaining hook for engaging can be easily hooked on the back surface of the coupling hole. Therefore, due to the presence of the preceding insertion claw having a longer claw length, the operation of attaching the branch pipe by engaging with the coupling hole of the large diameter pipe is facilitated.
In addition, even if the branch pipe is slightly misaligned in the coupling hole in the state where all the coupling claws of the branch pipe are engaged with the back of the coupling hole of the large-diameter pipe, the engagement by the long leading insertion claw is possible. Is sufficiently secured, it is possible to prevent the branch pipe from easily falling out of the coupling hole.
Further, by forming a pair of projecting guides on at least the left and right sides of the leading insertion nail, as described above, when inserting the leading insertion tube portion into the coupling hole from the preceding insertion nail, as described above. The pair of projecting guides abuts the inner surface of the coupling hole of the large-diameter pipe, so that the insertion tube portion can be centered and the insertion posture is corrected with respect to the coupling hole, and the insertion can be performed smoothly.

For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the branch pipe 1 according to the present invention is a pipe for flowing rainwater or drainage generated in a site such as a house to a main pipe or a fence outside the site using a branch pipe 2. Can be used as part. In this case, the branch pipe 2 is joined to the main pipe or the large-diameter pipe 3 of the saddle, but a coupling hole 3a is opened in a necessary portion of the side wall of the large-diameter pipe 3, and the coupling hole 3a On the other hand, the branch pipe 1 is coupled. The branch pipe 2 is connected to the combined branch pipe 1 to form a pipe.
In the case shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the standing pipe of the flange M is a large-diameter pipe 3 to which the branch pipe 1 is to be joined. One to a plurality of other pipes 4 may be connected to the rod M.

3 to 8, the branch pipe 1 is provided with a flange portion 11. The flange portion 11 is seated around the coupling hole 3 a of the large diameter pipe 3. For this reason, the flange part 11 is provided in the circumference | surroundings of the branch pipe 1 as a circular collar | curve curved in bowl shape.

The branch pipe 1 includes a receiving cylinder part 12 and an insertion cylinder part 13.
The receiving cylinder part 12 is a cylinder part that receives the branch pipe 2. The flange portion 11 is formed on the outer periphery of the lower end of the receiving cylinder portion 12. In the embodiment, the flange portion 11 is integrally formed on the outer surface of the receiving cylinder portion 12. However, you may make it combine what was formed with the receiving cylinder part 12 separately.
The receiving cylinder portion 12 is configured so that the inner diameter of the cylinder gradually becomes smaller so that TS joining (taper sleeve joining) can be performed on the branch pipe 2. Of course, a structure that provides water tightness by an O-ring or the like may be used. Moreover, it may have flexibility.

The insertion tube portion 13 is a tube portion that is inserted into the coupling hole 3 a of the large diameter tube 3.
The insertion tube portion 13 is provided with an engaging claw 14 and a protruding guide 15.
The insertion tube portion 13 is continuously formed with respect to the receiving tube portion 12 via a reduction step portion 13a. The reduced step portion 13a serves as a stop when the branch pipe 2 is received.
The tube length of the insertion tube portion 13 is set to a dimension that is slightly longer than the thickness of the coupling hole 3a of the large diameter tube 3 (the wall thickness of the tube). The reason for this is that when the insertion tube portion 13 is inserted into the coupling hole 3a, the engaging claws 14 are actually engageable with the rear surface of the coupling hole 3a, and the rear surface is engaged with the rear surface. This is to prevent the engagement gap with the claw 14 from becoming too large. If the engagement gap becomes too large, the engagement is not substantially made.
The outer diameter dimension of the tube of the plug-in cylinder portion 13 is set to be slightly smaller than the hole diameter dimension (2R) of the coupling hole 3a of the large diameter pipe 3. This allows the insertion tube portion 13 to be inserted into the coupling hole 3a with the engaging claws 14 with a margin, and the protruding guide 15 is connected to the outer surface of the insertion tube portion 13. This is because the insertion guide 13 can be guided by the projecting guide 15 coming into contact with the inner wall of the coupling hole 3a.

A plurality of the engaging claws 14 are formed so as to protrude outward from the side edge of the lower end of the insertion tube portion 13. One of the plurality of engaging claws 14 is a leading insertion claw 14a.
The preceding insertion claw 14a has a longer engagement length with the back surface of the coupling hole 3a than the other engagement claw 14. That is, the length L1 of the claw for the leading insertion claw 14a is longer than the length L2 of the other engaging claw 14 (see FIGS. 6 and 8).
The leading insertion claw 14a has a gap dimension S1 with the flange portion 11 larger than a gap dimension S2 between the other engaging claws 14 and the flange portion 11 (see FIG. 8). By enlarging the gap dimension S1, when the leading insertion claw 14a is first engaged with the back surface of the coupling hole 3a, it can be easily advanced even if the branch pipe 1 is inserted into the coupling hole 3a in an inclined state. The insertion claw 14a can be engaged with the back surface of the coupling hole 3a, and the subsequent engagement operation of the engagement claw 14 is facilitated.
The outer surface near the tip of the leading insertion claw 14a (the surface not facing the back surface of the coupling hole 3a) is inclined toward the tip. Accordingly, even when the leading insertion claw 14a is in contact with the inner surface of the coupling hole 3a, it becomes slippery and the forced engagement is facilitated.

One of the engaging claws 14 is formed as a counter claw 14b at a position facing the preceding insertion claw 14a. In the present embodiment, one opposing claw 14b is formed at a position of 180 degrees with respect to one preceding insertion claw 14a.
The length of the claw of the opposing claw 14b is shorter than the length of the preceding insertion claw 14a. The width of the claw of the opposing claw 14b is the same as that of the preceding insertion claw 14a. However, they need not be the same size.
What is important is that the diameter R2 from the tip of the opposed claw 14b to the axis X of the branch pipe 1 is made substantially the same as the radius R of the coupling hole 3a of the large diameter pipe 3. By making the dimensions substantially the same, it is possible to prevent the engagement from being easily disengaged once the opposing claw 14b is once engaged. Actually, the diameter R2 of the opposing claw 14b is configured to be slightly larger than the radius R of the coupling hole 3a. Thus, when the branch pipe 1 is inserted, the opposing claw 14b is forcibly fitted while sliding on the inner wall of the coupling hole 3a, and is engaged with the back surface of the coupling hole 3a. The outer surface near the tip of the opposing claw 14b is provided with an inclined surface toward the tip.
Naturally, the diameter R1 from the tip of the leading insertion claw 14a to the axis X of the branch 1 is longer than the diameter R2 from the tip of the opposing claw 14b to the axis X of the branch 1.

Among the engaging claws 14, the engaging claws 14 other than the leading insertion claw 14a and the opposing claw 14b are used as an intermediate claw 14c. The intermediate claw 14c is provided between the preceding insertion claw 14a and the opposing claw 14b. In the present embodiment, a pair is formed at exactly the middle position.
The intermediate claw 14c is not necessarily required, but by providing the intermediate claw 14c, the engaging claw 14 is present at equal intervals on the entire circumference of the branch pipe 1, and the once connected branch pipe 1 is a coupling hole for the large-diameter pipe 3. Therefore, the branch pipe 1 can be more stably attached to the coupling hole 3a.
The lateral width of the nail of the intermediate claw 14c is shorter than the preceding insertion claw 14a and the opposing claw 14b. By shortening, the force at the time of attaching the branch pipe 1 can be reduced.
Further, the length L2 of the claw of the intermediate claw 14c is the same as the length of the opposing claw 14b. The diameter R3 from the tip of the intermediate claw 14c to the axis X of the branch pipe 1 is substantially the same as the radius R of the coupling hole 3a of the large diameter pipe 3 as in the case of the opposed claw 14b. By making the dimensions substantially the same, it is possible to prevent the engagement from being easily disengaged once the intermediate claw 14c is engaged. Actually, the diameter C3 of the intermediate claw 14c is configured to be slightly larger than the radius R of the coupling hole 3a. As a result, when the branch pipe 1 is inserted, the intermediate claw 14c is forcibly fitted into the hole inner wall of the coupling hole 3a and is engaged with the back surface of the coupling hole 3a. Further, the outer surface near the tip of the intermediate claw 14c is provided with an inclined surface toward the tip.

The protruding guide 15 fulfills the function of guiding the insertion of the branch pipe 1 by contacting the inner surface of the hole of the coupling hole 3a.
In the present embodiment, a pair is formed on both sides of the leading insertion claw 14a at around 45 degrees, and a pair is formed on both sides of the opposing claw 14b at around 45 degrees. However, if there is a pair on both sides of the leading insertion claw 14a, it is not always necessary to provide a pair on both sides of the opposing claw 14b. The provided branch stabilizes the branch pipe 1 attached to the coupling hole 3a.
Each protruding guide 15 is formed on the side wall of the insertion tube portion 13 so as to be parallel to the axial direction of the insertion tube portion 13. The projecting guide 15 protrudes from the side wall of the insertion tube portion 13 in the same direction as the pair of projecting guides 15 and 15 on both sides of the preceding insertion claw 14a in the same direction as the preceding insertion claw 14a. The pair of protruding guides 15, 15 that are standing up and on both sides of the opposing claw 14 b are formed so as to rise in the same direction as the opposing claw 14 from the wall surface. That is, the protruding guides 15 and 15 on the preceding insertion claw 14a side and the protruding guides 15 and 15 on the opposing claw 14b side are formed so as to rise in opposite directions.
Further, the top surface of the projecting guide 15 is formed on a surface that is cut substantially parallel to the circumferential direction of the insertion tube portion 13. The top surface of the projecting guide 15 abuts against the inner surface of the coupling hole 3a, so that the insertion tube portion 13 becomes a guide when the insertion tube portion 13 is inserted into the coupling hole 3a. It plays the role of centering out 3a. As a result, the axial center X of the insertion tube portion 13 is aligned with the center of the coupling hole 3a, and the insertion tube portion 13 provided with the engaging claws 14 is smoothly inserted into the coupling hole 3a.
The diameter (R4) from the tip (top surface) of the projecting guide 15 to the axis X of the branch pipe 1 (insertion tube portion 13) is slightly shorter than the radius (R) of the coupling hole 3a. As a result, when the branch pipe 1 is engaged with the coupling hole 3a, a small gap is formed between the coupling hole 3a and the projecting guide 15, and the insertion tube portion 13 is slightly in the coupling hole 3a. And the engagement of the opposing claw 14b and the intermediate claw 14c with the back surface of the coupling hole 3a is difficult to disengage.
Of course, the diameter R4 is slightly shorter than the radius R. Since it is only a few, centering of the insertion cylinder part 13 and the coupling hole 3a can be performed by the protruding guide 15. Therefore, when inserting the insertion cylinder part 13 in the coupling hole 3a, the trouble of pushing the insertion cylinder part 13 while aligning it with the center of the coupling hole 3a is eliminated, and the smooth insertion can be performed.

As shown in FIG. 4, the adhesive material 16 is given to the seating surface to the large diameter pipe | tube 3 of the said flange part 11, ie, the surface at the side of the insertion cylinder part 13 among flange parts. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 5, the adhesive material 16 does not necessarily need to be applied. By applying the adhesive material 16, it is possible to prevent the branch pipe 1 from dropping off when the branch pipe 1 is joined to the large diameter pipe 3. Moreover, since it adheres around the coupling hole 3a of the large-diameter pipe 3, water leakage is reduced.
For example, butyl rubber can be used as the adhesive material 16. Of course, other adhesives may be used.

The preceding insertion claw 14a is engaged so that the center position of the claw 14a is a position corresponding to the axial center direction of the large-diameter pipe 3 around the coupling hole 3a of the large-diameter pipe 3. . Therefore, the leading insertion claw 14a corresponds to the flange portion corresponding to the axial direction of the large-diameter pipe 3 among the flange parts 11 seated around the coupling hole 3a of the large-diameter pipe 3. Forming. By forming the leading insertion claw 14a in this way, when the branch pipe 1 is inserted into the coupling hole 3a of the large diameter pipe 3, the leading insertion claw 14a is aligned with the longitudinal direction of the large diameter pipe 3. Therefore, it is only necessary to insert the branch pipe 1 (insertion tube portion 13), so that the alignment at the time of insertion becomes easy.
In the present embodiment, an indication 17 indicating the position of the preceding insertion claw 14a is provided on the surface of the flange portion 11 on the receiving cylinder portion 12 side. This marking 17 ensures alignment when inserting the branch pipe 1 into the coupling hole 3a. The marking 17 can also be provided at a position corresponding to the opposing claw 14b and the intermediate claw 14c.
The marking 17 may be anything that can be marked, in addition to the raised line, a groove, and the like.

When the position of the preceding insertion claw 14a is a position corresponding to the flange portion 11 corresponding to the axial direction of the large-diameter pipe 3, the large-diameter pipe 3 is set upright (see FIG. 2). When piped, the leading insertion claw 14a of the branch pipe 1 attached to the pipe 1 is arranged at a higher position in the vertical direction of the large diameter pipe 3, and the opposing claw 14b is arranged at a lower position in the vertical direction of the large diameter pipe 3. Will be placed in position.
When the claw 14a having a long claw is located at the upper position of the large-diameter pipe 3 provided upright, even when earth pressure from above is applied to the joined branch pipe 2 or the like, the advance insertion is performed. Since the engagement amount of the claw 14a is large, it is difficult to disengage by that much and it is possible to withstand the pressure from above.

With reference to FIG. 8, the operation | work which couple | bonds the branch pipe 1 with the hole 3a for a coupling | bonding of the large diameter pipe 3 of the standing state is demonstrated.
Now, the receiving tube portion 12 of the branch pipe 1 is held by hand so that the leading insertion claw 14a is on the tube portion 12 at the upper side. Then, the branch pipe 1 is inserted into the coupling hole 3a while being slightly inclined downward. In this case, the indicator 17 indicating the position of the leading insertion claw 14a is inserted in alignment with the axial direction of the large diameter pipe 3 (longitudinal direction of the large diameter pipe 3), and the leading insertion claw 14a is first inserted into the coupling hole 3a. Engage with the back of the. Further, the pair of protruding guides 15 on both sides of the leading insertion claw 14a are inserted so as to contact the inner surface of the coupling hole 3a. The projecting guide 15 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the coupling hole 3a, whereby the insertion tube portion 13 is centered with respect to the coupling hole 3a. In the state guided by the pair of projecting guides 15 in contact with the inner wall of the coupling hole 3a, the intermediate claw 14c and the opposing claw 14b are forcibly brought into contact with the inner wall of the coupling hole 3a by further pushing the branch pipe 1. Or with a slight gap, it engages with the back surface of the hole 3a beyond the coupling hole 3a. At this time, since the diameter R4 from the tip of the projecting guide 15 to the axis X of the branch pipe 1 is slightly smaller than the radius R of the coupling hole 3a, the branch pipe 1 is engaged with the coupling hole 3a. After that, it is possible to shift it slightly downward. Due to this displacement, the engagement between the opposing claw 14b and the intermediate claw 14c is stabilized, and the claw is difficult to come off from the coupling hole 3a. Since the leading insertion claw 14a has an originally long engagement length, even if the branch pipe 1 is slightly shifted, the engagement is not released.
Since the displacement of the branch pipe 1 in the coupling hole 3a is slight, the stable coupling is maintained in the state where the branch pipe 1 is inserted into the coupling hole 3a.
In the case where the adhesive material 16 is applied, the bonding state is stabilized correspondingly and the water tightness is also improved.
Of course, even when the adhesive material 16 is not applied, as a simple connection means, it is possible to easily form a connection joint and join the branch pipes 2 easily.

In addition, although one nail | claw 14a for advance insertion was provided in this embodiment, you may provide one or more.
Although one opposing claw 14b is provided in the present embodiment, one or more opposing claws 14b may be provided.
Further, although it is possible without the intermediate pawl 14c, the branch tube 1 is easily removed from the coupling hole 3a. In the embodiment, a pair is provided, but there may be two or more.
In the present embodiment, two pairs of protruding guides 15 are provided, but the number of protruding guides 15 is not limited.
