BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fabric for inkjet printing and a method for producing the same, and more particularly, to a fabric for inkjet printing having an ink receiving layer capable of determining the production quality before inkjet printing and a method for producing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the past dyeing industry, the screen printing method and the roll printing method have been mainstream. However, since a large amount of water is consumed, the amount of waste liquid is large and the burden on the environment becomes a problem. In addition, these are suitable for mass production, but in recent years when small lots are required, there is a problem that a large amount of loss occurs. For this reason, inkjet printing has been attracting attention because it has a small amount of waste liquid, can be produced in small lots, is rational, and can express various varieties, colors, and artistic expressions.
[0003]
The ink receiving layer indispensable in the ink jet printing is formed by applying a treatment liquid containing an ink receiving component to a fabric. In the case of a textile printing product, the texture is usually required. Therefore, after ink is applied by inkjet and dyed by wet heat treatment, the ink receiving layer is generally removed by soaping. The formation of the ink-receiving layer is a very important factor in ink jet printing, and affects the leveling feeling, density and penetrability of the fabric after printing depending on the formation state on the fabric.
[0004]
In general, water-soluble polysaccharides, water-soluble polymers, or polymer emulsions are used as ink-receptive components. However, in recent years, an interface has been used to provide various functions such as antibacterial, antifouling, and flameproofing. In many cases, an activator or a water-insoluble inorganic substance is added, and therefore, the treatment liquid tends to be non-uniform. If the treatment liquid is not uniform, the ink receiving layer that is formed even when applied to the fabric will naturally be non-uniform, which will cause poor product quality (level dyeing, density, and permeability) and cause significant damage. Will be invited. Even if this treatment liquid is uniform, poor quality occurs even when the ink receiving layer is formed unevenly when applied to the fabric.
[0005]
Conventionally, it has not been possible to determine whether or not such a defective product is a defective product until the printed product is actually produced through ink-jet printing, a coloring process and a washing process.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention relates to a fabric for inkjet printing that can solve the above-described conventional problems and can predict the quality of the inkjet printed product at the stage where an ink receiving layer is provided, and a method for producing the same.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of diligent efforts to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have selected the colorant that does not dye the fabric in the treatment liquid for providing the ink receiving layer, and thereby the formation state of the ink receiving layer is changed. As a result, it was found that the quality of the ink-jet printed material could be predicted, and the present invention was completed.
[0008]
That is, the present invention
(1) Ink-receiving layer forming step for forming an ink-receiving layer on a polyester fabric, ink-jet printing step for performing ink-jet printing with an ink containing a disperse dye, a wet heat step for dyeing a disperse dye on a polyester fabric, and washing the polyester fabric In the method for producing an inkjet printed matter having a washing step,
A method for producing an ink-jet printed product, comprising the step of forming a reactive dye in the ink receiving layer in the ink receiving layer forming step, and removing the reactive dye from the polyester fabric in the washing step.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described in more detail.
In the present invention, the uniformity of the processing liquid can be known by adding a coloring material to the processing liquid for providing the ink receiving layer. That is, when it is non-uniform, measures such as re-stirring before processing can be taken. Furthermore, if a color material is contained in the treatment liquid, the ink receiving layer is naturally colored, and the formation state of the ink receiving layer on the fabric can be known. In addition, by coloring the color material for each material of the fabric, it is possible to obtain an effect that the material of the fabric can be easily identified.
[0010]
When this treatment liquid is applied to the fabric, the coloring material hardly adheres to the place where the ink receiving layer is little or not applied, and a light color is exhibited, but the ink receiving layer is sufficiently formed. Has a dark color.
[0011]
In other words, the unevenness of the ink receiving layer, for example, non-uniformity of glue due to mitchier or migration, can be confirmed in advance by the density of the color material, and the quality check is performed before the fabric on which the ink receiving layer is formed is flowed to the subsequent process. And a large amount of defective products can be prevented.
[0012]
Further, by coloring, quality check is not only easy to visually check, but it is possible to use a device such as a sensor, which is particularly effective in mass production.
[0013]
In order to perform this check visually or with a sensor, it is preferable to add a coloring material so that the surface concentration is within a certain range. Specifically, the lightness (L value) of the ink receiving surface of the fabric is 60 to 95. It is preferable that it is in the range. More preferably, it is the range of 70-90. If the L value is higher than this range, the color density is low and it becomes difficult to distinguish the shade. Further, if the L value is lower than this range, the color density increases, but it cannot always be said that it is easy to distinguish between the shades. When the color material is removed in the subsequent washing step, the color material is used as a fabric or a washing device. This increases the possibility of contamination, which is not preferable.
[0014]
As for the content of the coloring material, the L value varies greatly depending on the type of the coloring material used, and cannot be specified unconditionally. However, as a guideline, the colorant should be treated at a concentration of 1 × 10 −4 to 1% by weight. What is necessary is just to make it contain.
[0015]
The color material that can be used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is other than the color of the fabric (usually white), and examples thereof include a color material that falls off in the washing step. Specific examples include pigments, edible colorants, and dyes such as dispersion, acid, direct, and basic. It is preferable to select a coloring material that does not stain (contaminate) the fabric.
[0016]
Here, the term “dyeing” refers to what is commonly referred to as a coloring material that is colored directly by diffusing and adsorbing inside the fabric, or a coloring material that is colored by reacting with the fabric and being covalently bonded or ionically bonded. This refers to the state of not being discolored by washing or drying at home. However, even if the fabric is dyed, there is no problem as long as the concentration is low enough not to inhibit inkjet dyeing.
[0017]
Specifically, as a combination of a fabric and a color material that does not dye the fabric, a disperse dye, an acid dye, a cationic dye or an edible color material is used for a rayon fabric, and a reactive dye, a direct dye, a pigment or an edible product is used for an acetate fabric Pigment and edible color material for coloring material and promix fabric, cationic dye, basic dye and edible color material for vinylon fabric, basic dye, pigment and edible color material for vinyl fabric, and vinylidene fabric Is an acid dye, cationic dye, reactive dye, direct dye, basic dye or edible color material, and for polyvinyl chloride fabric, cationic dye, reactive dye, direct dye, basic dye, pigment or edible color material, polyester For acid fabrics, acid dyes, metal dyes, cationic dyes, reactive dyes, direct dyes, basic dyes and pigments, and for acrylic fabrics, acid dyes, reactive dyes, direct dyes and food coloring materials, polyethylene cloth Disperse dyes, acid dyes, cationic dyes, reactive dyes, direct dyes, basic dyes and food coloring materials, and polypropylene fabrics for acid dyes, cationic dyes, reactive dyes, direct dyes, basic dyes and food colors Materials, polyurethane fabrics, cationic dyes, reactive dyes, direct dyes, basic dyes, pigments and food colorants, cotton fabrics, disperse dyes, acid dyes, cationic dyes and food colorants, wool fabrics Disperse dyes, pigments and edible color materials, silk fabrics include disperse dyes, pigments and edible color materials, hemp fabrics include disperse dyes, acid dyes, cationic dyes, basic dyes, pigments and edible color materials, etc. It is done.
[0018]
Moreover, in the case of the composite article of the said fabric, it is a color material applicable to each, or if it is the low density | concentration of the range which does not inhibit inkjet dyeing like the above, it does not interfere.
[0019]
In the present invention, the treatment liquid for forming the ink receiving layer contains a water-soluble paste that easily drops off in a later washing step. Water-soluble pastes include starch, natural gum, vegetable protein, seaweed, casein, gelatin and other natural pastes, ether-type cellulose, ester-type cellulose, ether-type starch, ester-type starch and processed natural gum Paste, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl butyrate resin, polyvinyl acrylate resin, polyvinyl methyl resin, cross-linked polyacrylic acid, polyacrylic acid soda, polyacrylic acid ester, polyacrylamide, sodium methacrylate, polybutadiene, polyurethane, Synthetic pastes such as polyester and polylactic acid are exemplified.
[0020]
As a method for imparting to the fabric, general techniques such as a mangled pad method, a dipping method, a coating method, a laminating method, a screen method, a spray method, a gravure method, and the like are used.
[0021]
In addition, a pH adjuster, a wetting agent, an emulsifier, a dispersant, a solubilizer, a softening agent, a suspending agent, a carrier, an anti-wrinkle agent, a water-repellent agent, an oil-repellent agent, a flame proofing agent, a brushing agent, and a smoothing agent. , Hydrophilic processing agent, dark dyeing agent, leveling agent, antifouling agent, antistatic agent, oiling agent, catalyst, antifoaming agent, retention agent, plasticizer, viscosity modifier, crosslinking agent, infrared absorber, ultraviolet absorber , Light resistance improvers, antioxidants, extenders, fluorescent brighteners, adsorbents, reduction inhibitors, sequestering agents, penetrants, fragrances, antibacterial agents, deodorants, insect repellents, etc. It is.
[0022]
However, the additive must not contain a component that causes the coloring material to aggregate. That is, it is necessary that the treatment liquid is nonionic, the color material is nonionic, or the ionicity of the treatment liquid and the color material is the same.
[0023]
In addition, as an ink jet recording method, a charge modulation method, a micro dot method, a charge ejection control method, a continuous method such as an ink mist method, an on-demand method such as a piezo method, a bubble jet method, an electrostatic suction method, etc. are adopted. Is possible.
[0024]
After the treatment liquid is applied and ink jet recording is performed by the above-described method, if necessary, wet heat treatment is performed, and finally, the target printed matter is obtained by washing and drying. In this cleaning, a chemical agent that decomposes the color material contained in the processing liquid may be used. Specific examples include sodium hydrosulfite, stannous chloride, sodium borohydride, ferric chloride, sodium hypochlorite, and the like.
[0025]

[0032]
[Example 3] A 100% polyester knitted fabric was used as the ink-jet printing fabric, and the treatment liquid C was used as the ink receiving layer forming solution. This treatment solution was applied to the fabric by a rotary screen printing method so that the dry coating amount was 10 g / m 2 and dried.
[0033]
[Example 4] A 100% polyester knitted fabric was used as the fabric for inkjet printing, and the treatment solution D was used as the ink receiving layer forming solution. This treatment solution was applied to the fabric by a rotary screen printing method so that the dry coating amount was 10 g / m 2 and dried.
[0034]

[0035]
[Comparative Example 2] A 100% polyester knitted fabric was used as a fabric for ink jet textile printing. I. What remove | excluded Reactive Red3: 1 was used. This treatment solution was applied to the fabric by a rotary screen printing method so that the dry coating amount was 10 g / m 2 and dried.
[0036]
Subsequently, the obtained treated cloth (fabric provided with an ink receiving layer: hereinafter treated cloth) was evaluated as follows. The results are shown in Table 1.
Evaluation methods
[0037]
(1) Lightness of fabric The surface reflectance of the surface of the ink-receiving layer of the pretreated fabric was measured with a spectrophotometer, and the lightness of the surface was indicated by the L value in the CIE 1976 Lab color system.
[0038]
(2) Confirmation of coloring state of ink receiving layer The coloring state of the ink receiving layer of the pretreated cloth was visually confirmed.
Judgment standard ( circle) = uniformly colored.
X = There are colored spots.
− = Because it is not colored, the formation state of the ink receiving layer cannot be judged visually.
[0039]
In addition, the processing cloth is installed in the ink jet machine, and further, based on pre-input data, the pressure controlled by the nozzle, the opening and closing of the nozzle, the running of the cartridge, etc. are controlled by a computer, and ink is applied under the following conditions. It was.
[0040]
[Inkjet application conditions]
B) Nozzle diameter: 50 (μm)
B) Applied voltage: 120 (V)
C) Pulse width: 10 (μs)
D) Drive frequency: 1 (kHz)
E) Resolution: 180 (dpi)
[0041]
[0042]
After air drying, wet color heat treatment (180 ° C. × 10 minutes) was performed to fix and develop color, and then immersed in a cleaning solution at a bath ratio of 1: 100 under the following conditions, followed by treatment at 80 ° C. for 30 minutes and drying.
[0043]
[0044]
The following evaluation was performed on the ink-jet textile fabric produced as described above. The results are shown in Table 1.
[0045]
(3) Contamination degree The part where the pattern was not created by the inkjet (white field) was compared with a blank white cloth and graded on a gray scale.
[0046]
(4) Printing state The printing state (coloring density, leveling feeling, etc.) of the part provided with the pattern by inkjet was visually evaluated.
Judgment standard ◯ = No color loss of the pattern, and it is colored without spots at the desired concentration.
X = Color loss and color spots of pattern are observed.
[0047]
[Table 1]
[0048]
From Table 1, it can be seen that the quality of the colored state of the fabric before inkjet printing reflects the quality of the printed state of the inkjet printed product, and the printed state of the inkjet printed product is predicted from the colored state of the fabric before inkjet printing. I can understand.
[0049]
In addition, when the L value of the example is 56 (Examples 3 and 4), the color density of the fabric before inkjet printing is deeper than when the L value is 84 (Examples 1 and 2). However, it was difficult to distinguish between uniform and non-uniform states, and it was not easy to distinguish if the color density was high.
[0050]
【The invention's effect】
The ink-jet textile fabric according to the present invention can prevent the occurrence of defective products since the application state of the ink-receiving layer can be confirmed before ink-jet textile printing. In addition, by including a colorant in the ink receiving layer, it is possible to easily distinguish the untreated cloth from the treated cloth, so that the progress of the processing process can be easily grasped. As a result, the poor productivity of inkjets can be greatly improved, and great progress can be made in the spread and development of inkjets in the textile industry.
