ベース上にターンテーブルを水平回転可能に載置し、そのターンテーブル上に、回転駆動する切断刃を備えた本体を上下動可能且つ上死点への付勢状態で設けるとともに、前記ターンテーブルの外側に操作部材を設けており、前記操作部材を把持して前記ターンテーブルを回転操作することによって前記切断刃の平面視角度を変更可能とした切断機であって、
前記操作部材が、前記ターンテーブルの半径方向に支持された姿勢で、前記ターンテーブルの半径方向へ移動可能、且つ、前記ターンテーブル下方の前記ベース側面側へ向けて付勢されて設けられたロッド部材であり、
