50mlの栓付きメスシリンダーに試験用の硬水(CIPAC標準水D、硬度342ppm)50mlを入れ、20℃の恒温水槽にしばらく放置し、水温を20℃に調節した。次いで、試験用の粒状農薬組成物500mgを前記メスシリンダーに入れて栓をして、2秒間に1回の割合で転倒を繰り返した。そして供試した粒状農薬組成物が完全に崩壊するまでに要した転倒回数を測定した。結果を表1に示す。

試験用の粒状農薬組成物250mgを、温度20℃の硬水(CIPAC標準水D)250mlを満たした栓付きメスシリンダー(容量250ml)に加え、超音波処理装置付き水槽中で2分間超音波処理を行った後、30回転倒を繰り返した。該メスシリンダーを15分間静置した後に、シリンダーの中央部から懸濁液25mlを抜き出し、該懸濁液中に含有されている1−〔(2−プロペニルチオ)カルボニル〕−2−(1−メチルエチル)−4−(2−メチルフェニル)−5−アミノ−1H−ピラゾール−3−オンの量(A)を、液体クロマトグラフィーによる定量分析により求めた。
別途、粒状組成物250mg中に含まれていた1−〔(2−プロペニルチオ)カルボニル〕−2−(1−メチルエチル)−4−(2−メチルフェニル)−5−アミノ−1H−ピラゾール−3−オンの量(B)を、粒状組成物中の仕込み比率より求め、下記の計算式により分散の程度(%)を算出した。
分散の程度(%)=1000×(A/B)
結果を表2に示す。
