Claims (12)
- オーディオ及び/又はビデオデータのストリームからコンテンツの選択をなす装置であって、前記装置は、
・ビデオ及び/又はオーディオデータのコンテンツ要素セグメント及び前記コンテンツ要素セグメントに時間的に混合された挿入セグメントを有する主ストリームを受信するための入力部と、
・前記主ストリームのそれぞれのセグメントから指紋を計算する計算回路と、
・基準指紋及び前記基準指紋の順序を規定する基準ストリームを基準送信装置から受信する入力部と、
・前記指紋を前記基準指紋と比較する比較ユニットと、
・前記主ストリームから、前記指紋が前記基準指紋に合致するコンテンツ要素を選択するように、又は前記主ストリームから、前記指紋が前記基準指紋に合致しないコンテンツ要素を選択するように構成された制御ユニットと、
を有し、
前記比較ユニットは、前記指紋が1回を超えて前記基準指紋と合致するか否かを検出するように構成され、前記制御ユニットは、この検出に応答して、対応のコンテンツ要素のうちの1つだけがレンダリングされるように構成されている、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記制御ユニットは、前記主ストリームから、前記指紋が前記基準指紋に合致しないコンテンツ要素を選択し、前記制御ユニットは、前記コンテンツ要素のレンダリングをスキップさせる、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記主ストリームを受信により記憶する記憶装置を有し、前記制御ユニットは、前記記憶装置からの選択的取り込みのために前記指紋が前記基準指紋に合致するコンテンツアイテムを選択するように構成されている、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記主ストリーム及びマークアップ情報を受信により記憶する記憶装置を有し、前記比較ユニットは、前記指紋が前記基準指紋における何処のリンク位置に合致するかを示すリンク情報を記憶させるように構成されている、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記指紋が前記基準指紋に合致しないときに前記主ストリームのチャネルとは異なるチャネルのストリームのレンダリングに切り換え、前記指紋が前記基準指紋に合致するときに前記主ストリームのレンダリングに切り換え直すように構成されたチャネル選択ユニットを有する装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記主ストリームを受信するための入力部及び前記基準指紋を受信するための入力部は、相互に異なる分配メディアから前記主ストリーム及び前記基準指紋を受信するように構成されている、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記主ストリームを受信するための入力部は、放送チャネルにより前記主ストリームを受信するように構成されている、装置。
- 請求項7に記載の装置であって、前記主ストリームを受信により記録するための記憶装置を有し、前記指紋が前記基準指紋と合致する場合のコンテンツアイテムは、前記記憶装置における保持のために破棄される、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記基準ストリームが、前記ビデオ及び/又はオーディオデータのコンテンツ要素を低い解像度で表す要素を有し、前記計算回路は、前記基準ストリームから前記基準指紋を計算するように構成されている、装置。
- オーディオ及び/又はビデオデータのストリームからコンテンツを選択する方法であって、前記方法が、
・ビデオ及び/又はオーディオデータのコンテンツ要素セグメント及び前記コンテンツ要素セグメントに時間的に混合された挿入セグメントを有する主ストリームを受信するステップと、
・前記主ストリームのそれぞれのセグメントから指紋を計算するステップと、
・基準指紋及び前記基準指紋の順序を規定する基準ストリームを基準送信装置から受信するステップと、
・前記指紋を前記基準指紋と比較するステップと、
・前記主ストリームから、前記指紋が前記基準指紋に合致するコンテンツ要素を選択するか、又は前記主ストリームから、前記指紋が前記基準指紋に合致しないコンテンツ要素を選択するステップと、
を有し、
前記比較するステップにおいて、前記指紋が1回を超えて前記基準指紋と合致するか否かが検出され、この検出に応答して、対応のコンテンツ要素のうちの1つだけがレンダリングされる、
方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法であって、前記指紋が前記基準指紋に合致しない場合に前記主ストリームからコンテンツ要素が選択され、前記コンテンツ要素のレンダリングをスキップさせるステップをさらに有する方法。
- 命令のプログラムを有するコンピュータプログラムであって、オーディオ及び/又はビデオデータのストリームからコンテンツを選択するためにプログラマブルマシンにより実行されるときに、前記コンピュータプログラムは、当該マシンに、
・ビデオ及び/又はオーディオデータのコンテンツ要素セグメント及び前記コンテンツ要素セグメントに時間的に混合された挿入セグメントを有する主ストリームを受信させ、
・前記主ストリームのそれぞれのセグメントから指紋を計算させ、
・基準指紋及び前記基準指紋の順序を規定する基準ストリームを基準送信装置から受信させ、
・前記指紋を前記基準指紋と比較させ、
・前記主ストリームから、前記指紋が前記基準指紋と合致するコンテンツ要素を選択させるか、又は前記主ストリームから、前記指紋が前記基準指紋と合致しないコンテンツ要素を選択させ、
前記比較において、前記指紋が1回を超えて前記基準指紋と合致するか否かが検出され、この検出に応答して、対応のコンテンツ要素のうちの1つだけがレンダリングされる、
コンピュータプログラム。
