Description
The present invention relates to a technology for providing a message communication service such as an electronic mail communicated using an information network, and more particularly to a message communication service providing method, a message communication server, and a message communication program.
In the following description, an electronic mail (hereinafter referred to as mail) is taken as an example. Conventionally, the mail service has the following problems.
First, if a service user (simply referred to as a user) has multiple e-mail addresses to use different e-mails according to work or play, he / she accesses an e-mail server (ISP: Internet Services Provider) for each e-mail address. However, it is necessary to check whether mail has been received. However, accessing the mail server for each of a plurality of mail addresses makes the use of the service complicated, inconvenient, and increases the cost of using the mail server.
In addition, when using the mail forwarding service, you can receive mail without notifying the other party of the real mail address of the user, but the real mail address will be sent when replying. To be known.
Furthermore, the real mail address may be forced to be changed as a countermeasure against the spam mail that occurs as a result of the real mail address being known.
For these problems, in order to prevent the user's real email address from being inadvertently known, the user's real email address is stored in advance in a specific service server, and the real email address is stored by e-commerce or the like. When required, a method is disclosed in which the user presents only the URL of the service server that stores the real mail address (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this method, when the electronic commerce company accesses the URL of the service server, the service server pays out an appropriate mail address among the mail addresses held by the service server as the user mail address. Therefore, when the e-commerce company sends an e-mail to the user mail address corresponding to the paid-out user, the service server receives the mail addressed to the user e-mail address and uses the user e-mail address as the user's real mail. Replace with address and send to user.
As a result, the user does not notify the e-mail trader or the like of the real e-mail address, so that the concern about leakage of the real e-mail address can be reduced.
However, in the method described in
Here, in order to prevent the real address from being inadvertently leaked from the other party who sent the mail, there may be a method of setting this mail as a confidential mail when the sender sends the mail. . By making the other party's terminal device that received the confidential mail inaccessible unless a personal identification number is entered, it will not be possible to see the mail even if it is lost or stolen. E-mail addresses can be prevented from leaking. However, in this method, the terminal device on the other side that has received the confidential mail needs to be a dedicated terminal device that receives the confidential mail, and is not generally applicable, and there is a more convenient method. desired.
As described above, in the conventional mail service providing technology, the user cannot send a mail corresponding to the user mail address even when sending the mail. However, it cannot be used effectively, and there is a problem that a real email address is still leaked.
Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to solve the above problems, and even when the user uses a plurality of e-mail addresses separately from the actual e-mail address, for example, for a plurality of e-mail addresses and accompanying messages. It is to provide a message communication service providing method, a message communication server, and a message communication program that can be transmitted using individual mail addresses possessed by a user without complicated management.

。 Hereinafter, an outline of the operation of the message communication system will be described with reference to FIG. 2 (details of the operation will be described later).
First, the
Next, the
After the notification to the service
Next, the
Next, the
Next, the
Further, the
Next, (1) to (2) in the operation outline shown in FIG. 2 will be further described with reference to FIG.
For example, the
Further, the
Next, the
Next, the

First, the service
Subsequently, the service
Next, if the authentication is successful, the
Next, when a read request is made, the

Subsequently, as described above, the service user A7a operates the service user terminal device and inputs a login ID / password (PW) for authentication to the mail server 3 (illustration (2) in FIG. 4). ).
Next, if the authentication is successful, the
Next, the
Next, the
Next, (3), (4), and (8) in the operation outline shown in FIG. 2 will be further described with reference to FIG.
First, the service user terminal device operated by the service user A7a accesses the mail server 3 (illustration (1) in FIG. 6).

Next, if the authentication is successful, the
Subsequently, if there is a description request for outgoing mail, the

Next, various processes of the message communication system will be described.
(Mail server processing)
FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining an example of an alternative received address versus actual address management process in the
First, the
The
Further, the
Further, FIG. 8 shows that after associating the five alternative received mail addresses with the real mail address A.Tanaka@ntt.co.jp, the real mail address B.Tanaka@ntt is requested according to the request of the
The registration or deletion of the alternative received mail address can be freely performed according to the request of the
FIG. 9 is a diagram for explaining an example of an alternative reception address versus login ID management process in the user
The
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, since the login ID / password, the real mail address, and the alternative received mail address are associated, the
Next, an example of management processing of an address book for managing alternative received addresses versus counterpart addresses will be described.
(Subject, date, sender)
FIG. 10 is a diagram for explaining an example of management processing of an address book for managing alternative received addresses versus counterpart addresses in the user
The
Here, the address setting means is used when the address described in the form of the outgoing mail of the service user 7 (mail newly created by the service user 7) is registered in the address book as the destination (To). Does automatic verification. When the address to be described is not registered in the address book as a transmission destination (To), a warning is displayed on the display screen of the service
Here, when the
Further, the address setting means can set the other party address as the transmission destination of the transmission message from the service
Here, the alternative reception address vs. real address management means has a function of automatically registering a transmission or reply mail from the service
Further, the alternative received address versus actual address managing means of the

In addition, the sequence of FIG. 12 includes an alternative reception address setting step for performing setting including stopping, deleting, and changing the alternative reception mail address from the service
According to the embodiment of the present invention, as described above, it is not necessary for the user to notify his / her real mail address, and even if a plurality of alternative received mail addresses are acquired, the user can efficiently manage them.
The purpose-specific e-mail address can be determined according to the user's request if there is a vacancy in use (when there is no same e-mail address). In addition, the purpose-specific e-mail address can be changed as many times as the user desires. By stopping, changing, or deleting the purpose-specific e-mail address, you can avoid receiving junk e-mail.
Further, when replying to a mail sent to the purpose-specific mail address, the sender (from) can be rewritten to the purpose-specific mail address and transmitted. This has the effect of hiding the true email address. In addition, a user having a plurality of purpose-specific mail addresses can rewrite the address of the sender from the mail server for each purpose-specific mail address.
Further, the sender check function of the mail server eliminates the need to send or reply other than the purpose-specific mail address taught to the person who uses the partner terminal device. In addition, it is not necessary to change the real mail address to prevent spam mail. Furthermore, since the communication method is not changed, a terminal device used for general purposes can be used.
In the above-mentioned embodiment, examples of e-mail addresses such as sinten1@sinten.co.jp, tanaka@ntt.co.jp, hatu.B@docomo.co.jp are shown, but they are used for the convenience of the description of the embodiment. Needless to say, it can be any form of e-mail address. In the above embodiment, for convenience of explanation, the mail body database, the address management database, and the user data management database have been described as separate databases. However, a single database or any combination of databases may be used. . Further, the counterpart terminal device may be a service user terminal device according to the present invention. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 12 and can be variously modified without departing from the gist thereof.
As explained above, the end user does not need to know his / her real mail address, and can manage it efficiently even if he / she obtains multiple alternative received mail addresses. Use of services is widespread for convenience, and the demand for message communication systems and related devices can be expected to increase further, which is useful for such communication systems and related devices.
