Description

The present invention relates to a headrest manufacturing apparatus, more specifically, a bag-shaped skin is set in a mold, a foaming liquid for pad foam molding is injected into the skin, and the pad is integrally foamed into the skin and molded. The present invention relates to a headrest manufacturing apparatus.

Conventionally, in this type of headrest, an injection nozzle is inserted into a skin set in a mold, and the foaming liquid is injected through the injection nozzle to integrally foam a pad with the skin and stay. At the time of the foam molding, the foaming liquid is foamed in the skin, and the foaming liquid is foamed and ejected from the injection nozzle to the outside.

In order to prevent the foaming liquid from being ejected to the outside, it is kept pressed to close the injection port of the injection nozzle until foaming is completed and cured (for example, Japanese Patent No. 3650860).

Japanese Patent No. 3650860

Therefore, the conventional product has to keep pressing the injection port of the injection nozzle inserted into the epidermis for a certain period of time after injecting the foaming liquid until it foams and hardens.

That is, in order to manufacture another headrest until the foaming liquid is cured, it is necessary to join an injection gun by an injection molding machine to the injection nozzle.

Therefore, when the headrest is continuously foam-molded using a large number of molds, the curing time of the foamed liquid is required, which has a problem of poor workability.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to eliminate the problems caused by such conventional products.

In order to achieve the above object, a headrest manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention sets a skin that is sewn in a bag shape inside, and inserts and inserts a lower end of an injection nozzle into the skin, and this mold. An opening / closing piece pivotally mounted on the mold so as to be swingable in the vertical direction, a lid for opening / closing the upper end opening of the injection nozzle on one end side of the opening / closing piece, and the lid in the direction of the upper end opening of the injection nozzle A closing mechanism composed of an urging structure and an injection molding machine for injecting a foaming liquid for pad molding, which is attached to the upper surface of the injection nozzle so as to be movable up and down and injected into the skin, into the skin through the injection nozzle It is composed of an injection part with a gun, and an opening mechanism comprising an up-and-down moving mechanism that attaches to the injection gun side and presses the opening and closing piece to lower the lid from the injection nozzle when lowered. is there.

A cleaning mechanism comprising a cleaning tank having an open upper part, which slides in the direction of the injection port of the injection gun and pivotally attaches a cleaning brush for cleaning the foaming liquid attached to the discharge port of the injection gun. It is preferable to have.

Further, the side wall of the cleaning tank on the injection gun side is formed in a two-step inclined shape that is inclined in the direction of the cleaning brush, and the upper and lower moving rods are connected so that the lower part can be folded. To be provided.

According to the present invention, after injecting the foaming liquid into the bag-shaped skin from the injection nozzle through the injection gun, the injection gun is lifted and separated from the injection nozzle's injection port. It is closed at. Therefore, the foaming liquid does not spout outside from the injection port of the injection nozzle when foaming.

Therefore, it is not necessary to hold down the inlet of the injection nozzle with the injection gun until the foaming liquid is foamed and hardened after injecting the foaming liquid into the epidermis, so that the headrest manufacturing time can be shortened. In addition, since the structure is such that the injection nozzle is opened and closed by the lid, the opening and closing timing of the injection nozzle is made constant and stable. Furthermore, since the injection nozzle is mechanically opened and closed by the lid, the structure is simple and failure is reduced.

In addition, since the foaming liquid adhering to the discharge port of the injection gun is washed with the cleaning brush, when the headrest is manufactured by injecting the foaming liquid into the epidermis, the foaming is then applied to the injection nozzle inserted into the epidermis. Liquid can be injected.
Therefore, the headrest manufacturing time can be further shortened.

Furthermore, the side wall on the injection gun side of the cleaning tank in the cleaning mechanism is formed in an up and down two-step slope, the lower part of the upper and lower moving rod can be folded, and a roller is provided in two upper and lower stages. And it becomes possible to move smoothly, and the discharge port of the injection gun is accurately cleaned with the cleaning brush.

Best Mode for Solving the Invention

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 4, the present invention is a headrest manufacturing apparatus for injecting a foaming liquid for pad molding into a breathable skin A sewn into a bag shape and integrally molding the pad B, Inside A, metal stays S and S are mounted in advance.

Then, as shown in FIG. 1, this skin A is set in a mold 1 consisting of split molds 10A and 10B, and a cylindrical injection nozzle C made of resin is inserted into the skin A, and this injection nozzle C The foaming liquid is injected from the injection gun 3 of the injection molding machine through the.

After the foaming liquid is foamed and cured, the injection nozzle C is extracted from the headrest in the direction of the arrow from the state shown in FIG. 4, and is reused after removing the foaming liquid cured inside.

The holding portions 10C and 10C of the injection nozzle C are integrally provided at the joint portions of the split molds 10A and 10B of the mold 1, and the lower part is inserted into the bag-shaped skin A set in the capacity of the mold 1. The injection nozzle C is held.

An arm 10D is fixed to the mold 1 and a closing mechanism 2 is provided on the arm 10D. The closing mechanism 2 includes an opening / closing piece 20, lids 21 and 22, and the like. The opening / closing piece 20 is pivotally mounted by a pin 2A so as to be swingable in the vertical direction, and lids 21 and 22 for opening and closing the injection port of the injection nozzle C are fixed to the lower surface of one end of the opening / closing piece 20. The opening / closing piece 20 is biased by a spring (not shown) so that 21 and 22 close the injection port of the injection nozzle C.

In addition, the other part 21 of the lid integrally provided on the part 22 is formed to have a larger diameter than the injection port so that the part 22 of the lid fits in the injection port of the injection nozzle C, The ejection from the injection port of the injection nozzle C during foaming is completely prevented.

A pressing piece 23 is integrally fixed to the upper surface of the other end of the opening / closing piece 20. When the pressing piece 23 is pushed down by the vertical moving rods 40 </ b> A and 40 </ b> B constituting the opening mechanism 4 against the elasticity of the spring. The lid bodies 21 and 22 are moved upward and detached from the injection port of the injection nozzle C.

The pressing piece 23 is pressed by the lowering of the vertical moving rod 4 and pushed downward. The vertical moving rod 4 is attached to the injection unit 3 side of the injection molding machine E so as to be movable up and down, and is integrated with a support 43 attached to the injection unit 3. The upper rod 40B and a lower rod 40A that is foldably connected to the upper rod 40B by a pin. The lower rod 40A is provided with rollers 41 and 42 in two upper and lower stages.

A large number of the above-described molds 1 are arranged as shown in FIG. 3 and mounted on a rotating disk 6 with rollers 61. Each mold 1 can be slid on the turntable 6 in the direction of the center of rotation by a slide 8.

The injection part 3 of the injection molding machine E is fixed above the center of the turntable 6, and this injection part 3 is attached to the center of the horizontal part of the gate-shaped column 7 fixed to the floor G. ing.
An injection gun 30 for injecting the foaming liquid into the injection nozzle C is attached to the injection unit 3 so as to be movable in the vertical direction.

Accordingly, the mold 1 is movably mounted on the rotating plate 6 so that the injection nozzle C is positioned below the injection gun 30, and when setting the skin A on the mold 1, or in the skin A After foaming the pad B, each mold 1 is moved to the peripheral edge away from the rotation center of the turntable 6 so that the skin A can be easily set on the mold 1 or an integrally foamed skin. A pad B can be easily removed from the mold 1 at A.

A cleaning device 5 including a cleaning brush 51 and a cleaning tank 50 is mounted on the horizontal portion of the support column 7 so as to be slidable in the direction of the injection gun 30.

When the injection gun 30 is lowered, the injection port is formed so as to fit into the injection port of the injection nozzle C as shown in FIG. 2, and the foaming liquid is injected from the injection gun 30 into the injection nozzle C. It is configured as follows. The injection gun 30 is configured to move up and down separately from the up and down moving rod 4.

The above-described cleaning tank 50 is a box having an opening at the top, and is arranged so that a part of the cleaning brush 51 is exposed from the opening, and the cleaning brush 51 is rotated in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 1 by the driving force of the motor. The foaming liquid B1 adhering to the discharge port of the injection gun 30 is removed.

As shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning tank 50 has side walls 52, 53 in the direction of the injection gun 30 formed on a two-step inclined surface, and when the cleaning tank 50 is slid in the direction of the arrow in FIG. Since the upper and lower moving rods 4 are provided with two rollers 41 and 42 on the upper and lower moving rods 4 smoothly, the inclined side walls 52 and 53 can be moved without difficulty, and the discharge port of the injection gun 30 can be opened. As shown by a chain line in FIG. 1, the cleaning brush 51 is configured to come into contact.

When the cleaning tank 50 is slid in the direction of the injection gun 30, the lower rod 40 </ b> A is bent with respect to the upper rod 40 </ b> B, and the roller 41 at the lower end contacts the upper surface of the cleaning tank 50.

Next, the operation of the device of the present invention will be described.
First, on the periphery of the turntable 6, the skin A with the stays S and S inserted therein is set in the mold 1, and the lower part of the injection nozzle C is inserted into the through hole provided in the skin A, so that the split mold 10A Match the mold 1 consisting of 10B.

Next, the rotating plate 6 is rotated, and the mold 1 on which the skin A with the injection nozzle C is set is moved so as to be positioned below the injection unit 3.
In this state, the injection port located above the injection nozzle C is closed by the lid bodies 21 and 22.

After that, when the vertical moving rod 4 is lowered and the pressing piece 23 is pushed down, the opening / closing piece 2 swings, the lid bodies 21 and 22 are lifted and separated from the injection port of the injection nozzle C, and the injection port is opened. .

At substantially the same time, the injection gun 30 is lowered and the discharge port of the injection gun 30 is fitted into the injection port of the injection nozzle C.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the foaming liquid B ′ is injected from the injection mold E into the skin A in the mold 1 through the injection gun 30 and the injection nozzle C of the injection part 3.

After injecting an appropriate amount of the foaming liquid B1, when the vertical moving rod 4 and the injection gun 30 are raised in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 2, the injection gun 30 is detached from the injection nozzle C and the pressing piece 23 of the vertical moving rod 4 is pressed. Is released. Then, the open / close piece 2 is rotated downward by the elasticity of the spring to close the injection port of the injection nozzle C (FIG. 1).

This is performed before the foaming liquid B1 injected into the skin A is foamed and ejected from the injection nozzle C to the outside.

Therefore, the foam B1 is foam-cured with the injection port of the injection nozzle C closed with the lids 21 and 22.

After injecting the foaming liquid B1, the injection port of the injection nozzle C is closed by the lids 21 and 22, and then the mold 1 is moved from the center of the rotating disk 6 to the peripheral portion to cure the foaming liquid B1. The headrest is manufactured by forming the pad B by curing. And the metal mold | die 1 which consists of split mold 10A, 10B is open | released, and the headrest shown in FIG. 4 is taken out. Thereafter, the injection nozzle C is extracted from the headrest, the foaming liquid cured inside the injection nozzle C is removed, and the injection nozzle C is reused.

Then, after raising the up and down moving rod 4 and the injection gun 30, the cleaning device 5 moves in the direction of the injection gun 30, which is the arrow direction in FIG. 1, and the foam attached to the discharge port of the injection gun 30 with the cleaning brush 51. The discharge port of the injection gun 30 is cleaned by removing the liquid B ′.

When the cleaning brush 51 of the cleaning mechanism 5 moves to the discharge port of the injection gun 30, the side walls 52 and 53 of the cleaning tank 50 come into contact with the vertical moving rod 4 so that the lower rod 40A of the vertical moving rod 4 is vertical. Folded with respect to the fixed upper collar 40B, either one of the rollers 41, 42 contacts the side walls 52, 53, and the lower collar 40A itself does not directly contact the side walls 52, 53. The movement of the mechanism 5 in the direction of the injection gun 30 can be performed smoothly.

Then, after cleaning the discharge port at the lower end of the injection gun 30 with the cleaning brush 51, the cleaning mechanism 5 moves to the original position.

Hereinafter, the headrest is manufactured by repeating this.

Although the headrest manufacturing apparatus has been described above, the apparatus according to the present invention can be used for an armrest or the like.
