Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As the plastic film used for the inner bag for bag-in-box where the inner-layer bag of the present invention can be easily reversed, a plastic film conventionally used for the inner bag for bag-in-box can be used. For example, a film made of a polyethylene resin such as a linear low density polyethylene resin is preferably used. Moreover, what laminated | stacked the several sheets of film from surfaces, such as intensity | strength and safety | security, is preferable. Furthermore, a laminated film provided with a resin layer having a special function such as a gas barrier resin layer is also preferably used.
[0007]
As the shape of the outer layer bag used for the inner bag for bag-in-box of the present invention, those having the shape conventionally used for inner bags for bag-in-box can be used. For example, a rectangular bag-like body or a bag-like body having a square bottom seal portion can be used.
[0008]
And in 2nd invention, the outer layer bag is provided with the intake hole. The position of the intake hole provided in the outer bag is not particularly limited, but it is preferably provided in the vicinity of the bottom of the outer bag. Of course, the air inlet hole provided in the outer layer bag may be one in which a hole is formed in the film. However, in consideration of processability, mechanical strength, etc., it is not formed in a part of the seal part forming the outer layer bag. It is preferable to provide a seal portion and form an intake hole. For example, a bottom seal or a side seal portion close to the bottom provided with an unsealed portion is suitable. In addition, when a plurality of bottom seals and side seals forming the outer layer bag are provided, of course, the unsealed portion may be provided at the same position and the intake hole may be penetrated. May be provided at different locations, and the intake holes are not penetrating but continuous and capable of intake. The size of the air intake hole is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately determined depending on the size of the bag, the material of the film, the contents, or the like. Further, the number of intake holes is not particularly limited, and may be one or several.
[0009 ]
[0010]
In the first invention and the second invention, it is necessary that the width of the bottom portion of the inner layer bag is narrower than the width of the opening. The ratio of the width of the bottom portion being narrower than the width of the opening portion is not particularly limited, but generally it is preferably 2 to 20% narrower. Further, the shape in which the width of the bottom portion becomes narrower than the width of the opening portion is not particularly limited, and may be narrowed linearly or narrowly curved. Further, the narrowing place may be continuous from the opening or may be continuous from an appropriate position between the opening and the bottom. For the purpose of the present invention, naturally, the width between the opening and the bottom of the inner layer bag must be the same as or narrower than the width of the bottom of the inner layer bag.
[0011]
In the inner bag for a bag-in-box according to the present invention, the inner layer bag is inserted into the outer layer bag, and the opening of the outer layer bag and the opening of the inner layer bag are overlapped. The inner surface of the outer layer bag and the outer surface of the inner layer bag are joined in the vicinity of the opening of the outer layer bag and the inner layer bag. Generally, the inner surface of the outer layer bag and the outer surface of the inner layer bag are bonded by heat sealing. To insert the inner-layer bag into the outer-layer bag, the finished outer-layer bag and inner-layer bag can be used. However, in the process of bag making, the inner-layer bag is inserted into the outer-layer bag. You can also Moreover, the inner surface of the outer layer bag near the opening and the outer surface of the inner layer bag can also be joined after the inner layer bag is inserted into the outer layer bag. The inner surface of the inner bag and the outer surface of the inner layer bag can be joined. In order to overlap the openings of the outer layer bag and the inner layer bag, it is preferable that the inner width of the outer layer bag and the outer width of the inner layer bag are substantially the same. The outer width may be narrower than the inner width of the opening of the outer layer bag.
[0012]
In the inner bag for bag-in-box according to the present invention, the opening of the inner-layer bag is sealed while the contents are filled. Moreover, the position where the opening of the inner layer bag is sealed is a position closer to the edge of the opening than the position where the inner surface of the outer layer bag and the outer surface of the inner layer bag are joined.
[0013]
In the inner bag for a bag-in-box according to the present invention, the opening of the inner layer bag may be sealed with a tape-like delamination material interposed. That is, one heat seal layer of the tape-like interlayer peelable material is bonded to one inner surface of the inner layer bag, and the other heat seal layer of the tape-like interlayer peelable material is bonded to the other inner surface of the inner layer bag and sealed. . In general, it is preferable from the viewpoint of workability that the position where the tape-like delaminating material seals the inner layer bag and the position where the inner surface of the outer layer bag and the outer surface of the inner layer bag are joined are the same position. .
[0014]
As the tape-like delamination material, tape-like delamination materials described in JP-A-6-286757 and JP-A-6-32359 are used. That is, a tape-like interlayer easily peelable material having heat sealable heat sealable layers as both outermost layers and an easily peelable easily peelable layer as a core layer is used. In addition, what provided the base material layer etc. which were excellent in heat resistance between the heat seal layer of both outermost layers, and the easily peelable layer of a core layer is preferable. Further, as the easily peelable layer of the core layer, a layer in which a partial resin layer made of a resin having a relatively weak adhesive strength and a layer made of an adhesive or a pressure-sensitive adhesive are laminated is used. Further, it is preferable that the core layer has an easily peelable layer laminated so that both outermost layers and the like become grips when opened.
[0015]
The inner bag for a bag-in-box according to the present invention preferably has a spout. In addition, since the contents are filled from the spout and the contents are taken out by cutting or opening the sealed portion, it is preferable to select a spout having an excellent filling function. For example, the size and shape of the spout may be appropriately determined depending on the size of the inner bag for bag-in-box and the viscosity of the contents. If the bag-in-box inner bag is provided with a spout for filling the contents, it is not necessary to leave an opening for filling the contents, and the bag can be sealed in advance.
[0016]
A method for taking out the contents from the inner bag for bag-in-box where the inner-layer bag of the present invention can be easily reversed will be described. First, the sealing part given to the opening part of the inner bag for bag-in-box is cut | disconnected, or a tape-shaped interlayer easily peeling material is peeled, and it opens. When the sealing portion is cut, it is necessary to prevent the portion where the inner surface of the outer layer bag and the outer surface of the inner layer bag are joined from being separated. Next, the bag-in-box inner bag is turned upside down, and the contents are dropped together with the inner layer bag by its own weight. At this time, if the outer layer bag is provided with an intake hole, outside air enters between the outer layer bag and the inner layer bag through the intake hole, and the inner layer bag can be easily pulled out. If the width of the bottom of the inner layer bag is narrower than the width of the opening, the bottom of the inner layer bag can easily pass through the opening of the inner layer bag and the inner layer bag can be easily pulled out. Then, the drawn inner layer bag is reversed with the joint portion between the inner surface of the outer layer bag and the outer surface of the inner layer bag as a fulcrum. Then, the contents are peeled off from the inner surface of the inner layer bag and taken out. In particular, the content is preferably used in the case of food, particularly margarine, fat spread, shortening, flower paste, cheese, chocolate oil, lard, beef tallow, palm oil, palm oil or palm kernel oil. And when a content is a solid substance, a content can be taken out as one lump.
[0017]
Hereinafter, an example of an inner bag for bag-in-box in which the inner layer bag of the present invention can be easily reversed will be described with reference to the drawings . FIG. 2 is a schematic plan view of a bag-in-box inner bag in which the inner layer bag of the first invention can be easily reversed. Furthermore, FIG. 3 is a schematic plan view of an inner bag for bag and box in which the inner layer bag of the second invention can be easily reversed. FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing a state in which the contents are taken out.
[0018]
The inner layer bag (2) is inserted into the outer layer bag (1), and the opening of the outer layer bag and the opening of the inner layer bag are overlapped. In the second invention shown in FIG. 3, the side seal portion in the vicinity of the bottom portion of the outer bag is provided with an intake hole (3) by an unsealed portion. Furthermore, in the 1st and 2nd invention of FIG.2 and FIG.3, the width | variety of the bottom part of an inner-layer bag is narrower than the width | variety of an opening part. The opening of the inner layer bag is sealed (4), and the inner surface of the outer layer bag and the outer surface of the inner layer bag are joined (5) to the center of the bag rather than the sealing portion of the inner layer bag. The bag-in-box inner bag shown in the figure is provided with a spout (6).
[0019]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an Example is shown and the content of this invention is demonstrated more concretely .
[0020 ]
[0021]
(First invention and the fourth invention) rectangular outer bag thickness is a linear low density polyethylene resin film 100 [mu] m (620 × 820 mm) (inside width of the opening; 590 mm), the thickness Is inserted into a reverse trapezoidal inner layer bag (opening width: 550 mm , bottom width: 500 mm , longitudinal direction (height); 695 mm) using a linear low density polyethylene resin film of 80 μm. Superimposed. A spout is attached in the vicinity of the opening by heat fusion, and the opening of the inner layer bag is sealed with a heat seal having a width of 5 mm. Further, the inner surface of the outer layer bag and the inner layer bag are further sealed from the center of the bag through the sealing portion. A joint portion to the outer surface of the bag was provided on the entire circumference of the bag. In addition, this joining part was performed by heat sealing, and the width | variety of this joining part was about 5 mm.
[0022]
The obtained inner bag for bag-in-box was filled with 15 kg of fluid margarine from a spout and allowed to stand for 2 days.
