本発明は、プリント基板を有するステータ構造に関し、特に、輪状ステータの外径位置よりも外側へ突出する突出基板部をプリント基板に形成し、この突出基板部にリード線を接続した接続部分をポッティング樹脂部で覆うことにより、リード線の接続作業を容易化し、リード線にシールド線を用いることを容易化し、かつ、この突出基板部にリード線を接続することを容易化するための新規な改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、用いられていたこの種のステータ構造としては、一般に、図3及び図4で示される第1従来例、図5及び図6で示される第2従来例を挙げることができる。
すなわち、図3及び図4で示される第1従来例の場合、符号1で示されるものは全体形状が輪状をなし多層に積層された輪状ステータであり、この輪状ステータ1の各スロット2内には、例えば、輪状に形成された絶縁カバー4を介してU、V、W相のステータ巻線3が巻回されている。

前記ステータ巻線3に接続されたリード線5は輪状ステータ1の外径位置1aから外側へ導出され、前述の輪状ステータ1、ステータ巻線3及び絶縁カバー4は、図4で示されるように、図示しない金型を介して樹脂モールド部6によってモールドされて一体化され、前記リード線5はこの樹脂モールド部6から外側へ導出されている。

また、図5及び図6で示される第2従来例の場合、前記輪状ステータ1の一端側にプリント基板7が設けられ、このプリント基板7のプリントパターン7Aを介してステータ巻線3とリード線5を接続し、前述の輪状ステータ1、ステータ巻線3、絶縁カバー4及びプリント基板7を樹脂モールド部6で一体化させ、リード線5がこの樹脂モールド部6から外側へ導出されている。
尚、図3及び図4と同一部分については、同一符号を付し、その説明は省略している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のステータ構造は、以上のように構成されていたため、次のような課題が存在していた。
すなわち、従来構成においては、何れの場合もリード線を樹脂モールドによって一体化するために、樹脂モールド時に金型によってリード線を挟み込む場合があり、作業性が良くなかった。
また、図3から図6で示されるようにリード線を樹脂モールドした場合、このリード線は固定されたものとなり、樹脂モールド後は、シールド線に変更することは不可であった。

本発明は、以上のような課題を解決するためになされたもので、特に、輪状ステータの外径位置よりも外側へ突出する突出基板部をプリント基板に形成し、この突出基板部にリード線を接続した接続部分をポッティング樹脂部で覆うことにより、リード線の接続作業を容易化し、リード線にシールド線を用いることを容易化し、かつ、この突出基板部にリード線又はコネクタの何れかを接続するようにしたプリント基板を有するステータ構造を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によるプリント基板を有するステータ構造は、輪状ステータの各スロットに絶縁カバーを介して設けられたステータ巻線と、前記絶縁カバーの一端側に設けられたプリント基板と、前記プリント基板に形成され前記輪状ステータの外径位置よりも外側へ突出する突出基板部と、前記プリント基板から前記突出基板部に連続して形成されたプリントパターンと、前記突出基板部に形成されたプリントパターンに接続されたリード線とを備え、前記突出基板部を除く前記プリント基板とステータ巻線及び絶縁カバーは、金型により形成した樹脂モールド部によって覆われ、前記突出基板部の前記プリントパターンとリード線との接続部分は、前記樹脂モールド部の成形後に、ポッティング処理によるポッティング樹脂部によって覆われ、前記樹脂モールド部と前記ポッティング樹脂部とは互いに独立して形成され、前記輪状ステータの外径位置から外側には前記突出基板部のみが突出している構成である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面と共に本発明によるプリント基板を有するステータ構造の好適な実施の形態について説明する。尚、従来例と同一又は同等部分には同一符号を付して説明する。
図1及び図2において符号1で示されるものは全体形状が輪状をなし多層に積層された輪状ステータであり、この輪状ステータ1の各スロット2内には、例えば、輪状に形成された絶縁カバー4を介してU、V、W相のステータ巻線3が巻回されている。

前記各絶縁カバー4の中、外側に位置する絶縁カバー4には、例えば、平面的にみて半輪状(輪状でも可)のプリント基板7が取付けられており、このプリント基板7の一側には、輪状ステータ1の外径位置1aから外側に突出する突出基板部7aのみが半径方向に突出している。
前記プリント基板7に形成されたプリントパターン7Aは、前記突出基板部7aにわたって連続して形成されており、この突出基板部7aに位置するプリントパターン7Aの端部にはリード線5を貫通させて接続するための孔21が形成されている。

前記輪状ステータ1、ステータ巻線3、絶縁カバー4及び前記突出基板部7aを除くプリント基板7は、図示しない金型を用いて形成した樹脂モールド部6によって一体に筒状に形成されている。

前記樹脂モールド部6の成形後に、この樹脂モールド部6から突出して露出している突出基板部7aの各孔21内にはリード線5の芯線が貫通して半田付け等で固定され、このリード線5とプリントパターン7Aとの接続部分22は、周知のポッティング処理によって樹脂を滴下又は塗布することによりポッティング樹脂部23が形成され、このポッティング樹脂部23によってこの接続部分22が完全に覆われていると共に、このポッティング樹脂部23は樹脂モールド部6とは独立して形成されている。
尚、前記突出基板部7aの各プリントパターン7Aに対しては、前述のようにリード線5を接続する構成に限ることなく、周知のシールド線、フラットケーブル、コネクタ等を任意に接続することができるものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明によるプリント基板を有するステータ構造は、以上のように構成されているため、次のような効果を得ることができる。
すなわち、輪状ステータの外径位置よりも外側に突出した突出基板部のプリントパターンにリード線を接続するため、樹脂モールドを金型で行った後に、リード線の取付けを行うことができ、樹脂モールドが極めて容易となり、生産性の向上を得ることができる。
また、突出基板部へのリード線の取付けが容易となり、リード線に限らず、シールド線、フラットケーブル、コネクタ等をユーザー側の必要に応じて取付けることができる。
また、1枚の基板のみで種々の引出し要求に応えることができ、コストダウン及び生産性の向上が可能となる。
