Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a temperature sensitive label, and more particularly to a temperature sensitive label having a function of integrating and displaying the total amount of heat received by a target object over time.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Some objects that require temperature management may need to know not only the temperature change over time and temperature information at a certain moment, but also the total amount of heat that the target object receives over time. For example, in the case of an oil-filled transformer, if the total amount (integrated amount) of heat generated in the transformer exceeds a certain value due to continuous operation, the insulation oil may be replaced because the insulation has deteriorated. It has been broken.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the past, the total amount of heat received by the oil-filled transformer over time cannot be easily known, and it has been estimated by calculation from the operating time, changes in the heat generation value, and the like. It is possible to know the total amount of heat over time by attaching a temperature measuring device with a recording function that can sequentially record the temperature change of the target object to the target object such as an oil-filled transformer. It was expensive and the equipment cost was high, so it was impossible to adopt it in terms of cost.
[0004]
The present inventor has improved the temperature-sensitive label widely used for reversibly or irreversibly sensing and displaying the temperature of a desired part of various target objects such as mechanical devices and electrical equipment, thereby allowing the target object to undergo time-lapse. As a result of diligent research to make it possible to record the total amount of heat at a low cost, we have succeeded in developing a completely new temperature-sensitive label, and propose it here as the present invention.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The surface side center of the wax absorbent body 1 form a sheet, the pigment is dispersed, starts melting at a preset temperature, compared to the wax absorber 1, it the area than 1/10 of the sheet The disk-shaped wax 2 is superposed so that the margin 3 remains around, and one side is a colored surface 4 above, and when the wax 2 melts and penetrates, it changes from opaque to transparent. The sheet-like coloring material 5 through which the chromatic surface 4 can be seen is overlapped with the chromatic surface 4 facing the wax 2 side, and a double-sided adhesive tape 6 is pasted on the back surface side of the wax absorber 1, and the entire surface side By covering with a transparent film 7, the above problem is to be solved.
[0006]
Embodiment
FIG. 1 is an enlarged cross-sectional view schematically showing an embodiment of a temperature-sensitive label according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view with a part cut away, and FIG. 3 is a plan view seen from above. is there.
[0007]
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a wax absorber 1 in the form of a sheet having a property that the melted wax 2 can easily permeate. Absorbent paper, Japanese paper or the like is preferably used. In this embodiment, the wax absorber 1 has a rectangular shape, but may be a circular shape or an oval shape, and the planar shape is not limited.
[0008]
On the wax absorber 1, a circle is formed that has a sheet shape and has an area of 1/10 or less compared to the wax absorber, the pigment is dispersed, and starts melting at a preset temperature. The plate-like wax 2 is superposed so that a sufficient margin 3 remains around the wax absorber 1. As the wax 2, those mainly composed of linear hydrocarbons are preferable.
[0009]
Further, on the wax 2, the same plane shape is formed, and one surface is a chromatic surface 4. When the wax 2 melts and penetrates, it changes from opaque to transparent, and the chromatic surface 4 is transparent from the opposite side. A sheet-like coloring material 5 having a visible property is superimposed. In addition, as this coloring material 5, it is possible to use commercially available colored paper (Irogami) as it is.
[0010]
Further, a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 6 is affixed to the back surface of the wax absorber 1, and the entire surface side is covered with a transparent film 7.
[0011]
This embodiment has a configuration as described above, and is used by sticking to the surface of a target object whose temperature is to be detected, such as an oil-filled transformer, using a double-sided adhesive tape 6. When the target object reaches a preset temperature, the wax 2 melts and soaks into the coloring material 5, changes this to transparent, and makes the coloring surface 4 of the coloring material 5 visible from above. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, this temperature-sensitive label appears to be colored, and this color development irreversibly notifies that the target object has exceeded the set temperature.
[0012]
On the other hand, the melted wax 2 not only soaks into the coloring material 5, but part of the melted wax 2 soaks into the wax absorber 1 and concentrically spreads the blank portion 3 outward. At this time, since the pigment is dispersed in the wax 2, as shown in FIG. 5, a ring-stained figure 8 is formed by the pigment in the blank portion 3 of the wax absorber 1.
[0013]
When the temperature of the target object falls below the set temperature, the wax 2 returns to solid and the enlargement of the ring-stained figure 8 is temporarily stopped. However, when the temperature of the target object exceeds the set temperature again, the wax 2 is melted again. Then, the ring-stained figure 8 formed on the wax absorber 1 is expanded (grown) again outward.
[0014]
In this way, every time the temperature of the target object exceeds the set temperature, the ring-stained figure 8 formed on the wax absorber 1 continues to expand outward. The wax 2 is not merely melted, but its viscosity decreases as the temperature increases. Therefore, the higher the temperature of the target object, the faster the speed of expansion of the ring-like figure 8. Therefore, the size of the ring-stained figure 8 and the temperature of the target object have a correlation, and the size of the ring-stained figure 8 is added to the target object over time or is generated. It is possible to know the total amount of heat generated.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
Therefore, when this temperature-sensitive label is attached to an oil-filled transformer or the like, it is possible to easily know not only the fact that the set temperature has been exceeded but also the total amount of heat over time. In addition, the structure is extremely simple, it has excellent weather resistance, can be produced at low cost, and is extremely practical for temperature control of various devices.
