Description

The present invention relates to a wire pipe attached to an electric wire in order to provoke the presence of an electric wire such as an overhead distribution line in indirect hot wire construction, and more particularly to an electric wire protective tube (for example, bellows poly pipe) for protecting the electric wire. .

In general, in direct hot-wire construction, when an electric wire protective pipe such as a bellows poly pipe is attached to an overhead distribution line (hereinafter simply referred to as an electric wire), the construction method shown in FIGS. 8 to 10 is used. When inserting an electric wire into the bellows poly pipe, an insertion pipe and a guide clip which will be described later are used. First, as shown in FIG. 8, the insertion pipe 12 is inserted into the open end of the bellows poly pipe 11.

The bellows poly tube 11 has a bellows-shaped peripheral surface, and a cut portion 11a is formed along the longitudinal direction. An electric wire (not shown in FIG. 8) is inserted into the bellows poly tube 11 from the cut portion 11a. The above-described cut portion 11a is normally closed in order to prevent the bellows poly pipe 11 from falling off the electric wire, and when the electric wire is inserted into the bellows poly pipe 11, the outer shape thereof is larger than the inner diameter of the bellows poly pipe 11. It is necessary to insert the pipe 12 into the opening end of the bellows poly pipe 11 and open the aforementioned cut portion 11a.

Subsequently, after attaching the guide clip 14 to the electric wire (for example, the edge line) 13 (see FIG. 9), as shown in FIG. 10, while guiding the electric wire 13 with the guide clip 14, the cut portion 11a from the right side in the figure. Then, the electric wire 13 is inserted into the bellows poly pipe 11 and the bellows poly pipe 11 is attached to the electric wire 13.

On the other hand, when attaching a bellows poly pipe to an electric wire in an indirect hot wire construction, for example, by opening a notch portion of the bellows poly pipe with a required indirect live wire gripping tool such as a yatco, the bellows poly pipe is attached to the electric wire (for example, , See Patent Document 1).
JP 2004-320961 A

By the way, in indirect hot wire construction, when attaching bellows poly pipes to electric wires, it is common to open the bellows poly pipe cut-out using a tool such as a Yatco and insert the electric wires from this cut into the bellows poly pipe. Since the Yatco is configured to close the tip side (acting part side) when the grip (lever) is gripped, it is extremely difficult to insert the tip of the Yatco through the opening end of the bellows poly pipe and open the notch of the bellows poly pipe Have difficulty.

In other words, it is extremely difficult to insert the tip of the yatco into the opening end of the bellows poly pipe and apply force in the direction of opening the gripping part of the yatco to open the working part side of the yatco, thereby opening the notch of the bellows poly pipe It is difficult, and indirect hot wire construction, there is a problem that it takes time to attach the bellows poly pipe to the electric wire.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a conduit tube such as a bellows poly tube that can be easily attached to an electrical wire in indirect hot wire construction.

The wire protective tube according to the present invention is attached to the electric wire in order to provoke the presence of the electric wire during indirect hot wire construction, and is formed along the longitudinal direction of the main body tube portion, which is formed of an insulating elastic material. a notch portion formed in the main body tube portion, possess a gripper to be gripped by a conduit insertion tool to be used when formed on the surface of the main tube portion for insertion of the wire, the wire tube inserted The tool for use is a Yatco having a pair of tips, and the gripping body has a pair of locking pieces for locking the tips of the Yatco, and the locking pieces are spaced at an angular interval of 90 degrees with respect to the cut portion. it is formed at and is characterized that you have been formed on the surface of the main tube portion symmetrically at an angular distance of 180 degrees from each other.

In the conduit according to the present invention, a plurality of the gripping bodies are formed at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction.

In the conduit of the present invention, the locking piece has a semi-ring shape, and both end portions thereof are integrally attached to the surface of the main body tube portion.

In the electric wire tube of the present invention, a space defined by the locking piece and the surface of the main body tube portion is open in the direction intersecting the longitudinal direction.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the grip body is formed on the surface of the main body tube portion, if the grip body is gripped by the conduit tube insertion tool, the cut portion of the conduit tube can be easily opened. As a result, there is an effect that the wire protection tube can be easily attached to the electric wire in the indirect hot wire construction.

According to the present invention, since a plurality of grip bodies are formed at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction, there is an effect that the cut portion can be opened at any position.

According to the present invention, the gripping body has a pair of locking pieces that respectively lock the tip of the Yatco, and the locking pieces are formed on the surface of the main body pipe portion symmetrically with respect to the cut portion. When the tip of the Yatco is locked to the locking piece, there is an effect that it is easy to apply a force in the opening direction to the cut portion, and the conduit can be easily opened.

According to the present invention, the semi-ring-shaped locking piece is formed on the surface of the main body tube portion so that a space defined by the locking piece and the main body tube portion opens in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction. Therefore, it is easy to insert the tip of the Yatco into the above space, and there is an effect that the conduit can be easily opened.

Hereinafter, an example of a conduit according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the indirect hot wire construction, a conduit that provokes the presence of an electric wire is attached to the electric wire. Here, as an example, an electric wire protective tube that provokes the presence of the electric wire and protects the electric wire will be described. First, with reference to FIG. 1, the location where indirect hot wire construction is performed is demonstrated. Fig.1 (a) is the figure which looked at the utility pole from the side, FIG.1 (b) is the figure which looked at the utility pole from the front. The utility pole 31 has a height of, for example, about 12 meters, a high voltage underline retainer 32 is attached near the top, and an electric wire support (for 4-wire) 33 is attached to the lower side. ing.

Further, the utility pole 31 is provided with a low-voltage pull-up line 34 and a high-voltage under-line 35, a high-voltage cutout support arm 36 is provided with a transformer 37, and the transformer 27 is connected to the power pole 31 by a transformer mounting band 37a. It is fixed to. Then, the high voltage underline 35 is drawn into the transformer 37 via the high voltage cutout 38, and the low voltage upline 34 is pulled up from the transformer 37 and connected to the lead line 39. A pull-in armature 40 is disposed below the transformer 37, and a high voltage cutout operation scaffold 40 a is provided on the utility pole 31.

By the way, in indirect hot wire construction, when attaching bellows poly pipes to electric wires, for example, the high-voltage underline 35 and the lead-in wire 39, the insertion pipe used in the direct hot wire method described with reference to FIGS. Guide clips cannot be used. For this reason, here, using the bellows poly pipe described below, it was possible to easily open the cut section of the bellows poly pipe with a yatco. In the following description, the bellows poly pipe according to the embodiment of the present invention is denoted by reference numeral 21. Further, the present invention is not limited to the bellows poly pipe 21 and may be applied in the same manner as long as it is an insulating elastic wire tube having a cut portion formed in the longitudinal direction.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an example of the bellows poly pipe 21 according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a plan view of the bellows poly pipe 21 shown in FIG. Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the bellows poly pipe 21 has a main body pipe portion 22 and a pair of flange portions 23 and 24 formed integrally with the main body pipe portion 22. The pair of flange portions 23 and 24 are formed along the longitudinal direction of the main body tube portion 22, and the flange portions 23 and 24 are normally in contact with each other (the cut portion 25 is constituted by the flange portions 23 and 24).

That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the main body tube portion 22 is a tubular member having a bellows surface 22 a, and a flange portion 23 is formed along one longitudinal end of the main body tube portion 22. A flange portion 24 is formed along the longitudinal direction on the surface of the main body tube portion 22 near the end. The other end in the longitudinal direction of the main body tube portion 22 overlaps with one end in the longitudinal direction (hereinafter referred to as an overlap portion), and the bellows poly tube 21 is subjected to an elastic force in a direction in which the flange portions 23 and 24 are in close contact with each other. Yes.

As a result, after the electric wire is inserted into the bellows poly pipe 21, the flange portions 23 and 24 are in close contact with each other, and the bellows poly pipe 21 is not dropped from the electric wire due to the presence of the overlap portion.

On the other hand, in indirect hot-wire construction, when inserting an electric wire into the bellows poly pipe 21, the flanges 23 and 24 are separated from each other against the elastic force of the bellows poly pipe 21, thereby eliminating the above-described overlap portion (opening). In addition, it is necessary to open the cut portion 25 slightly larger than the diameter of the electric wire. However, in the indirect hot wire construction, it is extremely difficult to insert the leading end portion of the yatco into the opening end portion of the bellows poly pipe 21 and open the notch 25 until the electric wire can be inserted by the yatco.

In the illustrated example, the locking pieces 26 are formed on the surface of the main body tube portion 22 at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction so that the cut portion 25 of the bellows poly tube 21 can be easily opened. The locking piece 26 is formed integrally with the main body tube portion 22, has a semi-ring shape, and both end portions thereof are connected to the surface of the main body tube portion 22. As shown in FIG. 3, the locking pieces 26 are formed at an angular interval of 180 degrees and face each other. That is, the gripping body is defined by the locking pieces 26 facing each other.

Referring to FIG. 4, FIG. 4 (a) is a view showing the end portion of the yatco 41 from the side with the end slightly opened, and FIG. 4 (b) is a side view showing the state where the end portion of the yatco 41 is closed. FIG. The YATCO 41 includes a pair of action portions 42 and 43, and these action portions 42 and 43 are connected to each other by a pin shaft member 44 that extends from the front side to the back side of the drawing in the drawing at the rear end side, and as will be described later. In addition, the action portion 43 rotates as the pin shaft member 44 rotates.

Further, an operation lever portion 45 is connected to the rear end of the action portion 42, and an arm portion 45 a extending from the operation lever portion 45 is connected to the pin shaft member 44. Further, one end of a link member 46 is connected to the pin shaft member 44, and the other end of the link member 46 is connected to the operation lever portion 48 by a pin shaft member 47.

Although not shown, grip levers are connected to the rear end sides of the operation lever portions 45 and 48. For example, when the grip lever is gripped in the state shown in FIG. A force acts on the operation lever portion 48 in the direction indicated by the solid line arrow. As a result, the link member 46 is pulled in the direction indicated by the solid arrow, the action part 43 rotates around the pin shaft member 44, and the action parts 42 and 43 are closed, resulting in the state shown in FIG. (That is, the tip of the YATCO 41 is closed).

On the other hand, when the grip lever is operated in the opening direction, a force acts on the operation lever portion 48 in the direction opposite to the direction indicated by the solid line arrow in FIG. As a result, the link member 46 is pulled in the direction opposite to the direction indicated by the solid arrow, the action part 43 rotates around the pin shaft member 44, and the action parts 42 and 43 are opened, as shown in FIG. It will be in the state shown.

When opening the notch 25 of the bellows poly pipe 21 described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3, with the YATCO 41 slightly opened, the YAGCO 41 is respectively inserted into the locking pieces 26 facing each other, that is, in the hollow portion of the gripping body. The distal end portions, that is, the distal ends of the action portions 42 and 43 are inserted from the back side of the paper surface in FIG. Then, the gripping lever is further moved in the opening direction, and the action portions 42 and 43 are further moved in the opening direction.

As a result, the action portions 42 and 43 are respectively caught by the locking pieces 26, and a force acts in the opening direction on the bellows poly pipe 21, that is, the main body pipe portion 22. And when the action parts 42 and 43 are further opened, the above-mentioned overlap part will be eliminated (open) and the notch part 25 will open large. And an electric wire is inserted from this notch 25 (that is, the bellows poly pipe 21 is attached to the electric wire).

As is clear from the above description, if the above-described bellows poly pipe 21 is used, the bellows poly pipe 21 can be easily opened using a normal YATCO 41, and the bellows poly pipe 21 can be easily attached to an electric wire in indirect hot-wire construction. can do.

By the way, the Yatco 41 used in the indirect hot wire construction is long and has a large width and thickness at its tip, which is not suitable for gripping small members, for example. Moreover, if the hollow part of the above-mentioned locking piece 26 is small, the front-end | tip part of the Yatco 41 may not be inserted.

Therefore, in such a case, the following mounting adapter is used. Referring to FIG. 5, FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the mounting adapter, and the mounting adapter 50 has a housing part 51, and a radio pliers part constituting a radio pliers on the bottom outer surface of the housing part 51. 52 is fixed.

One surface (side surface) of the housing part 51 is opened to define an insertion space 53. A cylinder portion 54 extending upward in the figure is formed on the upper surface of the housing portion 51, and a screw is cut on the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder portion 54. A bolt body 55 is screwed onto the cylinder portion 54, and when the bolt body 55 is rotated, the bolt body 55 moves in the vertical direction along the cylinder portion 54.

Next, referring to FIG. 6, FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b) are views of the mounting adapter 50 as viewed from the opening end side. In the state shown in FIG. 6 (a), the bolt body 55 is moved upward. On the other hand, in the state shown in FIG. 6B, the bolt body 55 is moved downward, and the tip end portion 55 a protrudes into the insertion space 53.

When attaching the tip of the YATCO 41 (tips of the action portions 42 and 43) to the attachment adapter 50, the action portion of the YATKO 41 is inserted into the insertion space 53 from the opening end of the attachment adapter 50 in the state shown in FIG. Insert the tip of 42. And after inserting the front-end | tip of the action part 42 in the insertion space 53, the bolt body 55 is rotated manually, for example, and it is set as the state shown in FIG.6 (b). That is, the tip end portion 55 a of the bolt body 55 is projected into the insertion space 53.

In the state shown in FIG. 6B, the tip of the action part 42 is sandwiched between the tip part 55 a of the bolt body 55 and the inner bottom surface of the casing part 51, so that the action part is removed from the insertion space 53. The tip of 42 will not come off. Similarly, another mounting adapter is prepared, and another mounting adapter 50 is attached to the tip of the action portion 43.

In this way, the attachment adapters 50 are respectively attached to the tips of the action portions 42 and 43 to obtain the state shown in FIG. That is, as shown in FIG. 7, a pair of attachment adapters 50 may be attached to the tip of the YATCO 41, for example, to constitute a radio pliers.

Radio pliers 52a and 52b are attached to the pair of attachment adapters 50, respectively, and the radio pliers 52a and 52b constitute radio pliers. And if the yatco 41 is opened, the radio pliers are also opened, and if the yatco 41 is closed, the radio pliers are also closed.

In this way, when the radio pliers are attached to the tip of the YATCO 41 by the attachment adapter 50, not only can a small member be gripped by the radio pliers, but the radio pliers can be attached even if the hollow portion of the locking piece 26 is small. Since it can be inserted, it does not happen that the bellows poly pipe 21 cannot be opened.
