前記画像制御素子のパッケージの上面に接して放熱する金属製の放熱部材と、
底部材と蓋部材で構成して該底部材と蓋部材を封印すると共に内部に前記回路基板を収めるケースと、を備え、
前記蓋部材は、
上面を覆う天板に形成され前記ケースの内側から外にトンネル状に貫通し且つ端部が前記回路基板に当接しない長さになっている筒部材と、
該筒部材の端部内周に互いの間に隙間を開けて突設された一対の内鍔と、
前記内鍔間の隙間部分の内周に整合するリング状であって該内鍔間の隙間内に装填された弾性パッキンと、を有し、
記放熱部材は、
前記内鍔間の隙間部分の内周に整合する板状基板と、
該板状基板上に突設された放熱主部と、を有し、
該放熱部材は、前記筒部材の前記隙間内であって前記パッケージ側に位置する前記内鍔と前記弾性パッキンとの間に前記板状基板を上下摺動可能な状態に内嵌して該筒部材の端部を蓋状態に塞と共に前記弾性パッキンにより前記パッケージ側に向けて付勢されるようになっており、
