Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a denitration apparatus, a denitration method, and an ejector drain discharge apparatus for denitrating exhaust gas discharged from a waste incinerator or a gas turbine.
There is known a flue gas denitration apparatus that supplies ammonia gas into a flow path of exhaust gas discharged from a municipal waste incinerator and removes nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas using a denitration catalyst (see Patent Document 1). ). There is also known a denitration apparatus in which ammonia water is sprayed using an ejector into a flow path of exhaust gas discharged from a waste incinerator, and the exhaust gas is denitrated by a denitration catalyst.
In the latter case, as shown in FIG. 5, ammonia water (several percent ammonia water diluted with water) is ejected by an
In order to avoid such problems, the
In short, the above-mentioned problem is caused by the accumulation of drain D in the
In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is designed to prevent a part of ammonia water from being accumulated in a liquid form in the header and entering the denitration reaction tower, being applied to the denitration catalyst and damaging the denitration catalyst. An object of the present invention is to propose a denitration device and a denitration method capable of discharging the drain inside, and an ejector drain discharge device capable of discharging drain accumulated in the header of the ejector.

In addition, the said inlet port means the area to the mixing chamber of the vapor | steam which is a drive pressure fluid of an ejector, and the ammonia water which is a conveyance fluid, and the inlet part of a diffuser connected to it. The lower part of the header means the entire bottom part in the longitudinal direction when the header is installed horizontally, and the bottom part when the header is installed upright, which means the lower part of the header. Is.
According to this means, ammonia drain or the like staying in the header can be returned to the inlet of the ejector by the negative pressure in the ejector.
(2) second means, in the denitration apparatus according to the first aspect, the provided valve before after Dorentora' flop provided in the drain pipe, characterized in that the replaceable drain trap during operation.
According to this means, the header and the inlet can be hermetically isolated by the airtight function of the drain trap.
In said first means, according to "the reservoir drain exceeds a predetermined amount, a drain that have a function to flow the inlet port side" configuration, during normal, between the header and the inlet port can be hermetically secured, Moreover, only a predetermined amount can be flowed to the inlet side.
( 3 ) The third means is a denitration apparatus according to either the first means or the second means, wherein the drain pipe is provided with a drain drain pipe for drain discharge, and the drain vent pipe is provided with an on-off valve. It is characterized by that.
( 4 ) The fourth means is a denitration apparatus according to any one of the first means to the third means, and is provided so as to be inclined so that a distal end side of the header is lower than a proximal end side. The drain pipe is communicated with the distal end side.
( 5 ) A fifth means is a denitrification method in which ammonia water is sprayed into the exhaust gas of the denitration reaction tower using an ejector, and nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas are removed using a denitration catalyst. The ammonia drain staying in the header is returned to the inlet of the ejector and sprayed again with the ammonia water.
According to the denitration apparatus according to claim 1, comprising the first means, ammonia water can be sprayed into the exhaust gas flow path of the denitration reaction tower using an ejector, and nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas are removed using a denitration catalyst. In addition, the ammonia drain staying in the ejector header during operation can be returned to the ejector inlet side from the drain pipe, and the ammonia drain can be sprayed again with the ammonia water. By doing in this way, ammonia drain does not stay in the header during operation, ammonia spray from the spray nozzle is completely performed, and ammonia drain does not enter the denitration reaction tower directly in liquid state. Damage to the denitration catalyst can be reliably prevented. In addition, since ammonia drain is re-injected, there is no waste of ammonia water, and the amount of ammonia water to be discharged out of the system can be minimized.
The denitration apparatus according to
In the first or second means "the reservoir drain exceeds a predetermined amount, that have a function to flow a drain on the inlet port side" According to the configuration, inlet port of the ejector until the reservoir drain exceeds a predetermined amount Therefore, the negative pressure system in the ammonia spraying apparatus can be stabilized and secured, the ammonia drain can be stably supplied, and the pressure in the ammonia spraying apparatus can be stabilized, and the spraying ability of the ejector can always be maintained at the maximum.
The denitration apparatus according to
The denitration apparatus according to
According to the denitration method of the fifth aspect comprising the fifth means, it is possible to avoid spraying in the state of ammonia drain, to reliably prevent the denitration catalyst from being damaged, and to eliminate waste of ammonia water. In addition, the amount of ammonia water discharged out of the system can be minimized, and a favorable effect can be obtained from the environmental viewpoint. In addition, by circulating and reinjecting ammonia drain (the unsprayed portion of the supplied ammonia water), the concentration and amount of ammonia water introduced into the exhaust gas passage can be stabilized, and denitration treatment The stability of efficiency can be improved.

Example 1
The present embodiment relates to a denitration device for exhaust gas generated during incineration of a garbage incineration plant, and the ammonia spray device of this denitration device uses an ejector that uses steam produced by utilizing an exhaust gas heat source as a driving pressure fluid. Therefore, the amount of generated steam, steam heat, steam pressure, and gas-liquid ratio may not be constant with changes in the amount of dust input. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a denitration device that clearly shows the inside, and a plurality of layers of

During operation, ammonia water is sucked into the
In short, in the above denitration apparatus 1, ammonia water is sprayed into the exhaust
Further, since ammonia drain is re-injected, there is no waste of ammonia water, and the amount of ammonia water discharged outside the system can be minimized, which is preferable in terms of the environment. Further, by circulating and reinjecting the unsprayed portion of the ammonia water to be supplied, it is possible to stabilize the concentration and amount of the ammonia water introduced into the

Further, since the ammonia drain in the

By doing so, ammonia drain does not stay in the
In each of the above embodiments, a plurality of
