Description
The invention of this application relates to a purifying agent for suppressing the production of lipid peroxide in a living body .
In recent years, with the modernization of the living environment by mass consumption of fossil fuels, mass disposal of industrial waste and household waste, trace amounts of hydrogen sulfide, sulfurous acid gas, nicotine, tar, active oxygen, radicals, dioxins present in living spaces There is a growing interest in harmful substances such as pollen and dust. In order to remove these trace amounts of harmful substances from living space and maintain a comfortable living environment, fluid and solid and solid substance purifiers and adsorbents, deodorizers such as fluid and solid and solid substance purifiers Therefore, various cleaning agents such as adsorbents for toxic substances and decomposition / removal agents have been used in general household life. Since these harmful substance adsorbents and deodorizers are used in daily life, it is required to satisfy the following conditions.
(1) It has excellent adsorptivity and detoxification performance for various harmful substances such as minute amounts of hydrogen sulfide, sulfurous acid gas, nicotine, tar, active oxygen, radicals, etc. existing in daily living space.
(2) High safety.
(3) It must be easy to handle.
There are quite a lot of types of harmful substances in the living environment, but one of those that occupies a large proportion is radicals contained in large amounts in tobacco smoke, especially harmful active oxygen species such as hydroxy radicals. In general, activated carbon is often used as a purification agent. Activated carbon is a unique material having extremely excellent adsorptivity as a nonpolar adsorbent, and exhibits high adsorptivity to almost all trace amounts of gaseous substances. However, it is difficult for normal activated carbon to sufficiently remove and detoxify active oxygen species and radicals among the harmful substances.
In general, it is said that when a radical substance comes into contact with a living body or a cell, lipids in the cell membrane and cytoplasm are peroxidized, and a peroxide substance (lipid peroxide) is generated and increased. This lipid peroxide is unstable and is easily converted into a lipid peroxide radical, and a vicious cycle in which the lipid peroxide radical and other radicals produce new lipid peroxide is repeated.
The lipid peroxide radicals and other radicals generated here can ultimately damage the gene, resulting in cancerous cells. This is one of the reasons why this radical is dangerous for the living body. There are many known literatures regarding the increase in lipid peroxides in the body, the TBARS measurement method, and the relationship between the amount of TBARS and carcinogenesis (see Non-Patent Documents 1 to 3).
In view of the above, the invention of this application is excellent in suppressing the production of lipid peroxide generated in the human body, is safe and easy to handle, and produces lipid peroxide over a long period of time. It is an object to provide a new purifying agent capable of sustaining the purifying ability to suppress the above.

The purifying agent of the invention of this application has an excellent removal effect on radicals harmful to the human body present in daily living space, is excellent in the action of removing and inhibiting the generation of peroxides generated in the human body, and It is safe, easy to handle, easy to manufacture, and excellent in stability, so that it can maintain a purification ability for removing and inhibiting peroxidation substances for a long period of time.
For this reason, it can be incorporated and used in a fluid and solid substance purification apparatus in various forms such as filters, minute cells, baffles and the like in living spaces such as offices, cars, and homes.
The invention of this application will be described in detail below.
First, the biological cleansing agent for inhibiting production of lipid peroxide in the invention of this application contains at least one selected from the complex of polyvinylpyrrolidone and fullerene and fullerene hydroxide as described above.
Examples of fullerenes that can be used in the invention of this application include fullerene C60, fullerene C70, and mixtures of these with carbon nanotubes.
And about these fullerene and carbon nanotube, what has various carbon structures including what was known until now may be considered.
Examples of the fullerene hydroxide that can be used in the invention of this application include those having a hydroxyl group as a substituent on a fullerene having 60 or more carbon atoms such as fullerene C60 and fullerene C70. It is considered that the number of hydroxyl groups is generally 20 or less.
In the invention of this application, fullerenes having a structure represented by the general formula (1) and derivatives thereof (including salts thereof) are supported or adsorbed (supported or adsorbed on a porous material). In the present invention, “supported / adsorbed” is used.) As the porous material to be used, for example, inorganic porous materials such as activated carbon, activated alumina, silica gel and zeolite, and organic porous materials such as fibers, sponges and foamed resins can be used. . In the invention of this application, as the porous substance used as a carrier for the cleaning agent, a material having a large surface area of usually 10 m 2 or more per gram can be preferably used. For example, as an example, activated carbon is used. As a raw material of the activated carbon, a carbonized material such as coconut cereal and wood, activated carbon from coal, or the like may be used. In addition, there are many activation methods such as a method of activating at a high temperature with water vapor or carbon dioxide, or a method of treating with chemicals such as zinc chloride, phosphoric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, etc. It may be obtained by any method.
In addition, the activated carbon is effective for either crushed coal, granulated coal, or granulated coal. However, considering the ease of handling such as pressure loss and replacement of purifier, granulated coal or activated carbon is porous. A sheet-like adsorption layer supported or adsorbed on a substance carrier is convenient. Granulated coal is prepared by adding 30 to 60 parts of petroleum pitch or coal tar as a binder to 100 parts of activated carbon material as a binder, mixing, and activating after molding according to a conventional method. In addition, as a porous substance other than activated carbon, for example, a porous substance such as zeolite, alumina, silica gel, pumice, urethane foam, fiber, paper, and cloth can be used in a wide range. The shape of these porous materials is not particularly limited. For example, in addition to granules and powders, fibrous, honeycomb, sheet, cloth, felt or powdery porous materials are supported on urethane foam, etc. A fluid and solid substance purification filter or cartridge in which the adsorbed one, paper coated with a powdery porous substance is corrugated to improve the handleability as a honeycomb structure (in the invention of this application, these fullerenes and derivatives thereof are made porous. A material obtained by supporting a material and molding it can be collectively referred to as a “fluid and solid material purification filter”).
The surface of these porous substances is selected from water glass, polysaccharides such as hyaluronic acid, starch and cellulose, water-soluble polymers such as carbopol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol and polyacrylic acid, and glycerin. If the polyols of a simple substance or a composite thereof are surface-treated and the fullerenes or derivatives thereof of the invention of this application are contained in these substances, the reactivity of the radicals is increased and the radicals can be more efficiently eliminated.
The amount of fullerenes and their derivatives supported and adsorbed on the porous material is preferably 0.001 to 50.0% by weight, more preferably 0.1 to 30% by weight. Adsorption / detoxification performance of harmful substances such as fullerenes and their derivatives is poor when the loading / adsorption amount is less than 0.1% by weight, and adsorption of porous materials when the loading / adsorption amount exceeds 50.0% by weight. It is because is inhibited.
Moreover, you may make it contain the radical scavenging agent other than at least 1 sort (s) chosen from the composite_body | complex of polyvinylpyrrolidone and fullerene, and the fullerene hydroxide in the purification agent of invention of this application. In general, when a radical substance comes into contact with a living body or a cell, lipids in the cell membrane and cytoplasm are peroxidized, and lipid peroxide is generated and increased. There are many well-known literatures regarding the increase in lipid peroxide in the body, the TBARS measurement method, and the relationship between the amount of TBARS and carcinogenesis (Non-Patent Documents 1 to 3) .
Therefore, in order to investigate the influence of radicals in fluids and solid substances, it can be examined by measuring the amount of peroxide in the organism, and is generally most susceptible to influences of fluids and solid substances. It is believed that the amount of peroxide in the lung tissue can be followed by measuring TBARS. In other words, if the amount of radicals in the environmental fluid and solid material increases, the amount of radicals in the environmental fluid and solid material is tracked by tracking the amount of TBARS in the lung tissue of the organism that is breathing lungs. It is considered possible.
The loading / adsorption amount of radical scavenging agents other than the fullerenes of the invention of this application and derivatives thereof with respect to the porous material is preferably 0.001 to 50.0% by weight, more preferably 0.1 to 30% by weight, respectively. It is. If the supported / adsorbed amount is less than 0.1% by weight, the effect is poor. If the supported / adsorbed amount exceeds 50.0% by weight, the adsorptivity of the porous material is hindered, so the fluid and solid materials are purified. The performance of removing and adsorbing harmful substances as agents is reduced. In the fluid and solid substance purifying agent of the invention of this application, one or more auxiliary agents that are usually added to the fluid and solid substance purifying agent can be added simultaneously. Examples of the auxiliary agent that can be added to the invention of this application include the following, and it can be usually added at a ratio of 0.0001 to 50% by weight based on the porous material.
Examples of the auxiliary agent that can be used in the invention of this application include glue, methylcellulose, adhesives such as adhesive resins, stabilizers such as erythorbin sun, antibacterial agents such as baraben and isophthalonitrile derivatives, water glass, and sodium polyacrylate. Binders such as silica and diatomaceous earth, colorants such as blue No. 6, decolorizing agents such as sodium hypochlorite, surfactants such as SDS, and humectants such as glycerin.
In order to prepare the cleaning agent for suppressing production of lipid peroxide in the living body of the invention of this application, at least one selected from a complex of polyvinylpyrrolidone and fullerene and fullerene hydroxide and other radical scavenges as necessary It is preferable to carry or adsorb a predetermined amount of a bonding agent on the porous material in advance, and then carry and adsorb a predetermined amount of the auxiliary agent. Specifically, at least one selected from a complex of polyvinyl pyrrolidone and fullerene and fullerene hydroxide is supported and adsorbed on the porous material by an adsorption method or a sprinkling method, and then a predetermined amount is supported and adsorbed by sprinkling the adjunct. Then, it can be prepared by drying at a temperature of 100 ° C. or higher. The purification agent of the invention of this application can be obtained by using these fluid and solid substance purification agents alone or by mixing them with fresh activated carbon.
